Critics should never be listened to when it comes to comic book adapted material. I was surprised at how good Venom was. Was it perfect? No, few flicks are. Did it work for what it was trying to do? Yes, it did. We all knew going into this it had nothing to do with Spidey...so to say that as a negative is not fair to the film. I feel bad for Tom Hardy. I think he did a really good job in the role of Eddy and would like to see him continue that in future movies...but alas, once Venom gets in the Marvel Studios reboot he is unlikely to come along for the ride.

I could not agree more! I'd like for them to go as far back as Quill's first team with Deathcry, Captain Universe, Bug, and Mantis all in their original uniforms!

The fact that Netflix is not going to continue to produce Iron Fist should not be equated to a typical cancellation. All of the Netflix shows are likely going to be similarly cancelled after their current seasons are completed in light of the Disney streaming platform launching in 2019.
