  1. Just starting to read Maestro, the prequel. I've been a fan of Peter David for some time now, mostly 'cause of his work with Star Trek: New Frontier and many other Star Trek novels. I've not read Hulk---ever!---I am just his early cartoon and live action tv series fan, none else---but seeing that this is Peter's work, I'll give it a shot.
  2. I hope that despite the fact that this one won the poll they'd still release and create the one with cape and sword. It looks astounding and could represent other royal blood characters--would be great in my collection. Pls @Hasbro and pls have @Bigbadtoystore distribute it.
  3. Yes Heimdall's character proportionate to his height, in the movie, was very imposing. His sword should look menacing too. The paint apps were dull on both. Hope they put more sculpting details on the sword itself making it look more precious and worthy-of-a-god-or-demigod. The Lava Monster BAF should have better sculpting details too, and should be much bigger than the first release. I suggest using transparent plastic with yellow flame turning to red-orange to red. Plus more accessories. People are going to pay good money for it; it's a BAF, so why get stingy ?
  4. Thanks for the cool reviews and TNi ... more birthdays to come... !!
  5. I'm a big fan of Marvel Legends but also of other brands. I find ML work to be quality work but gosh... I'm just hoping that you also have space in your heart to release 1/12 (7 inch) scale figs to coincide with our other collections. Thanks ML wink wink
  6. It's the Red Skull that captured my attention mostly among the pictures as well. Menacing! World War-ish feel! Hope I get to acquire the same skill someday when I'm ready to consolidate and exhibit my collection-- just for home guest's perusing only πŸ˜‰
  7. No Apocalypse?! Bummer 😒 ... Let's just hope Jay C pick us ❀️ as the next winners for that BigBadToyStore credit contest hehe... I've been sooo tempted to order sooo much from them too (I made some) but there's just a lot of toys waiting there to be part of my collection 😭 btw that black clad Storm looks pretty damn great. 90's animated X-Men is kinda my thing too. Jean Grey as dark Phoenix... How I long for you!!!
  8. You have to give it to McFarlane though; he make good toys at affordable price. And the joints and body proportions! Almost always a satisfactory work... An improvement over DC Direct.
  9. Sticking to routine, work to home and vice versa, is maddening... So I went out on a limb. Went toy hunting in full mask & facial shield yesterday at SM and Galleria. Toys r Us carries most of the AOA, though I didn't notice Weapon X. I finally got my Sunfire πŸ”₯ 🀩 πŸ”₯ πŸ₯° Evidently AOA's might just warm Philippine stores' toy pegs since there's scarcely any shopper on a Saturday. Imagine that! Sadly though, both Toy Kingdom and TRU didn't have Apocalypse himself πŸ˜’ How's it over there down under? You got the new Apocalypse?
  10. I'm still waiting for the X-Men animated 1990's version of Rogue. Takes me back to my childhood days. Sweeeeeeet !!!πŸ˜‰
  11. Anything with apocalypse will really work for me. As long as he's menacing and a huge bulky figure.
  12. What can I say I'm an Apocalypse fan πŸ˜‰πŸ‘. Hope before going away from this storyline, Hasbro could at least make versions of the four horsemen comics version and tv animated series version. At least they should help complete our collections. πŸ˜’ If they could only treat all storylines in the same way...
  13. Mile's huge grabby hands got me stoked for this figure. I recognize this Morbius in the comics and the anticipation of a movie about him sweetened the deal-- great villain to put in my shelf!
  14. Where you at, bro? I should pay a visit to that store one day. Though I'm primarily looking to get--on top of my list--Sunfire 😟. Learning he's sold out just burns πŸ”₯
