What about those of us who no longer have time to stay current and up-to-date in terms of toys, but enjoy coming here to chat with people they've known for well over a year...? I left here for a year and came back because it's a heck of a lot of fun talking about random goofy things with people you "know" who share common interests... and I missed that. I don't mean to turn this into a sympathy story, cause quite frankly, I'm not looking for any. I just wanted to say that save for one or two trolls, all you guys (and girls) rule, it's been fun, etc. :) ...And will somebody please toss me a line when they get GD back up? @wink@ @lol@

Unmoderated forums are always a bad idea. Ever been to one? That'll plunge the message board down the toilet in no time.

Well, I seemed to have found a way around the problem, but I still don't know why it was telling me my sig was over the limit when it was only 118 characters long. :-? What I did was re-host my sig picture under a shorter filename, so it would take up less character space. (Modified it a little while I was at it... whatever. :P) I guess it worked... got my avatar! 8) Thanks for the speedy response, Prozac! 8)

While I was gone I noticed somebody's been busy adding a ton of awesome new avatars and smilies!!! :)- And as much as I love Dusty, since my handle is Samus Aran, I think it'd be only fitting to sport the one and only Samus avatar. (Besides, Dusty's plastered all over my sig. It's cool. ;)) Anyway, when I'm in my 'profile' screen, it won't let me change my avatar because "my signature is too long." I pasted my entire signature into Microsoft Word and it reads as 118 characters long. The limit is 125... so does anyone know why I'm having a problem...? :-? I certainly don't want to get rid of my signature... I've had it for almost the entire time I've been here. I'd like to change my avatar to the more aptly fitting Samus one, though. Any mods (or webmasters ;)) out there that could help...? Thanks...

Well, catter, I like my sig I use at Seibertron, but since I post mainly in the GI Joe forum here I'm thinking of using something more Joe-oriented. Three guesses as to who's the main feature... ;) And yeah, whenever I make short posts I like to leave out my sig. I tried to make mine nice and horizontal, but it didn't really work out so well. :-? Oh well... if you think it's too big, PM me and it won't be a big deal changing it! :)

Hola, I'm relatively new here, and was wondering what the limits were on sigs. I'm thinking of making my own, and need to keep the parameters in mind... is there a height, width, and/or size limit to sigs? Also, is there a place where I can test out my sig? Thanks for any info! 8)

Hello! I myself would be very grateful if we had a Dusty, Flint, Hot Rod and/or Rodimus Prime avatars to choose from... I can dig up some nice pics if you need help. :)
