  1. Ray Winstone, who was recently seen in Marvel's Black Widow, a film released in 2021 that starred Scarlett Johansson in the main role, expressed his dissatisfaction with his involvement in the Marvel production.

    In an exclusive interview with Radio Times magazine, Winstone candidly shared his thoughts on portraying the film's antagonist, the Russian general Dreykov.

    "It was fine until you have to do the reshoots," he said. "Then you find out that a few producers have come down, and your performance is too much, it’s too strong… That’s the way Marvel works. It can be soul-destroying because you feel like you’re doing great work."

    The actor revealed he was ready to give up on the project altogether: "I actually said, 'You ought to recast it because that was it for me.' And you end up doing it again because you’re contracted to do it. Otherwise you end up in court. It’s like being kicked in the balls."

     

     

  2. X-Men ’97 revisits the iconic era of the 1990s as The X-Men, a band of mutants who use their uncanny gifts to protect a world that hates and fears them, are challenged like never before, forced to face a dangerous and unexpected new future.

    The lineup of voice actors for X-Men ’97 is Ray Chase lending his voice to Cyclops, Jennifer Hale as Jean Grey, Alison Sealy-Smith as Storm, Cal Dodd as Wolverine, JP Karliak as Morph, Lenore Zann as Rogue, George Buza as Beast, AJ LoCascio as Gambit, Holly Chou as Jubilee, Isaac Robinson-Smith as Bishop, Matthew Waterson as Magneto, and Adrian Hough as Nightcrawler.

    The direction of the episodes of X-Men '97 is handled by Jake Castorena, Chase Conley, and Emi Yonemura. The series showcases music composed by The Newton Brothers, while DeMayo, Brad Winderbaum, Kevin Feige, Louis D'Esposito, and Victoria Alonso serve as executive producers.

  3. Marvel Studios has made some changes to their release dates. Thunderbolts will now be coming out on May 2, 2025, while Fantastic Four has been pushed back to July 25, 2025.

    The upcoming Fantastic Four movie will be directed by Matt Shakman. He will be working with a script written by Josh Friedman, Jeff Kaplan, and Ian Springer.  Thunderbolts will be directed by Jake Schreier and will feature Florence Pugh, Harrison Ford, Geraldine Viswanathan, Olga Kurylenko, Wyatt Russell, and Hannah John-Kamen.
