  1. That Thanos was great too and I really wanted that Thanos BAF at the time but the wave was butt to me. I m glad I dodged that bullet and got the far superior version.
  2. @JayC The wrong video review is posted. Its ERiveras and not Sharts. Also I really really want this damn thing, if not for archangel but how he looks with Apocalypse and that new apoc hand!
  3. I have to say, these look pretty awful overall. Ive seen and have some of hasbros really great 3.75 figs and these are in no way great looking. Also its kind of a shame that these are just teaser figs. As in dont expect any more figures coming from the spiderman or marvel vs capcom properties. One shots i suppose would be a better terminology.
  4. I absolutely love that figure. I only have a few gripes with it. The articulation could be way better and its alittle oversized if used in with Marvel Legends.
  5. More based on his first appearance with McFarlane art style. He didnt get all tendrilly until later on. He had a sort of generic body with smooth musculature. And the mouth is exactly how McFarlane originally drew him.
  6. Im so mixed with this movie. The idea that they changed his origin is weird but at the same time the fact that venom has the spotlight, how could you make it not entertaining to watch? Im a diehard venom fan so im very torn about all of this.
  7. Thats right! I forgot about that too. They just always like to give them long necks, mostly on that butt hyperion body mold.. awful.
  8. yeah i hate the big head syndrome they have on their figs. Alot of the figures have disproportionate body parts all the time. Tiny feet, big heads, etc. With the Venom, youd think that after it was first revealed at i think SDCC, they would hear what everyones saying and go crazy to change it.. instead they are just like welp nothing we can do, already went to press. Which is most likely why they cant change it but its weird to show it and then get so many negative remarks to it that they just are like well crap and not do anything to fix it before it goes out to mass market.
  9. Maybe we ll see others down the line? I mean I doubt it, one could only hope tho. I like when they do this where they add a variation to a recent released BAF in another wave like they did with Onslaught. As long as it pertains to that character in that whoever is buying xmen is most likely going to want onslaught.. whoever bought apocalypse is most likely going to want one of his biggest horsemen as well. Dont make me buy a character I would most likely never buy for that add on part.
  10. That Hyperion body mold should have never got as far as it has. Its really ugly and the shoulders being so forward is just awkward looking. When they use techniques and creative placement to cover it up like Bishop and Cable, it looks great and fits nicely. The Omega Red big boy buck is amazing and I cant wait to see what they do with it. Ironically Im still ok with the bucky cap mold being used as its an excellent average build option.
  11. Hopefully I ll be able to snag this guy at some point. I have limited income at the moment and some of that is going towards some storm collectibles figs that cost a nice dime or two. He will look great next to my apocalypse!
  12. Of all the years Ive been on this site, ive never noticed nor followed contests. This is pretty cool. Good luck to everyone!
  13. This looks like the most faithful to the original version of Venom in action figure form Ive ever seen. It looks beautiful! And its nice to see a Brock head that looks right and not Legends oversized awkward gorilla face thing.
  14. I agree with both of you in saying that Wendigo looks off. I feel like its his parted human-esque hair style. It makes him look weird and more like a wolfman or something. Doesnt scream Wendigo to me. The overall look is pretty rad tho. I love that face sculpt.
  15. These look great but man Im glad thats one BAF I dont care about and can skip potentially a wave. Wallet is drying up with so many waves currently hitting everywhere. Its nice to be able to take a break for once.
  16. I just realized, Im pretty sure the MS Juggernaut is bigger than any of Hasbros BAFs, excluding Foom (since hes technically 2 BAFs in one haha.) Pretty amazing for a 20 dollar figure.
  17. I just got mine in the mail today and my god its the most amazing juggernaut ive ever seen. Definitely makes the ML juggs look it came from the 80s.
  18. man ive been wishing for a shuma gorath figure to pop up to complete my marvel super heroes lineup... and of course eventually fill in the many gaps for my MvsC2 lineup... great custom man, i would say one of your best and most awesomely thought out.
