  1. I don't get it when we have Army Builders like Hand Ninjas or Shield Agents to collect and yet the articulations are limited so that you can barely pose them as a group in real "action" poses and have them in "static", standing poses instead and it really takes away the fun of it all when you try to make dioramas or do "action" pics and all they do is stand there flatfooted. Does anybody share this opinion. Why do they call them "action" figures anyway if they want to take away all the "action" out of it?

  2. Upscaled Dragon Man (comparable to Pitt)

    Upscaled Sentinel (hopefully Master Mold)

Huge 24" Galactus (BAF parts randomly strewn across multiple waves)

I have a suggestion for Hasbro - If they would have each BAF part not solely earmarked for one particular figure, that would be easier on us. They could randomly pack a BAF part like Rt arm, Lt arm, Rt leg, Lt leg, Torso, Head on ANY particular single carded figure. It would have more sales. And people don't have to get a figure they don't want just to have acquire that missing part on their BAF. or if not share a common BAF part among two figures (i.e. Apocalypse torso was shared by Omega Red and Mystique). That way a BAF part wouldn't be short packed like Ronan's torso (you can hardly find Invisible Woman package anywhere nowadays). We would be much happier with that kind of arrangement. HASBRO needs to train their microscope on this post, PRONTO !!

If not, they could reconfigure their Marvel ICONS line to larger, gigantic characters such as Ultimo, Living Monolith, Galactus, etc.

  3. Anyone check out the new Hulk videogame figures auctioned off in EBay from some toy store in Hongkong ? The BiBeast and IronClad figures look real cool. Only problem is, they are Hulk Movie figures scale ! And this is the indicator that the floodgates are slowly opening the younger collectors into the world of 3 3/4 " scale Marvel figures . . . . thru the avenue of the Hulk Movie figures and accompanying spinoff figures from the videogame! Quite clever isn't it ? The initial offerings might not look impressive in terms of sales, but it is only the initial foray. Little Johnny will say, hey those are the figures from the videogame! they would go well with my Hulk toys! and then the Wolverines will follow and the Spidermen, and the Capt Americas . . . . watch and see how this'll play out in the future!

  4. The White Sasquatch is unquestionably the form embodied by the Tanaraq, one of the Great Beasts of the North, which undoubtedly Walter Langkowski of Alpha Flight inherited in dark orange fur color during his experimenting with gamma radiation. Another Alpha Flight member, Snowbird was able to transform into the white Sasquatch form when she had to battle Walter Langkowski Sasquatch during one of his fits of madness. Finally, in a parallel universe Alpha Flight, Heather Hudson of Alpha Flight was also into gamma radiation experiments and got into a similar accident that enables her to assume the form of the white Sasquatch (Tanaraq) creature and its superhuman abilities

  5. Marvel Legends losing some of the toe articulation and not just that, but articulation in general does take the "action" out of the action figure phrase. Might as well call them "statues" or "dummies" to put it bluntly. Without these you can't make them do dynamic poses like they used to. Hand and finger articulation taken away from Spidey for example, is a cardinal sin. He can't do his web spinning pose. "Flatfootedness" in figures make them look like passive and blank expressions make them look lifeless and bland. Designing these toys should take into account how these figures are gonna be displayed, posed or played with. Just putting an elbro and knee joint here and there as an afterthought without these factors taken into consideration just won't cut it and would open critics to mention a figure's limited poseability and lack of dynamics.
