These These are not 6", they are 3 3/4, I have seen them at legends the other day. Legends had them listed in the 3 3/4", but if you look at the pictures and descriptions its the 6" figures. They had pictures before anyone else did so I bet they got the pictures from Hasbro and just mislabled them in their system. They are up for preorder, so I doubt they would have them in their physical shop. These are 3 3/4 I had them in my hands at legends, don't get your hopes up because your gonna be disapointed.

Got these last week, there very cool. Even if the hulkbuster is a far cry from the toybiz one its still cool.

6inch, no question. 3 3/4 are just way too small, they look terrible and trying to create detail on something so small is just impossible.

Oh, you know me, I picked them up here and there. The desk came with the Spider-Man Movie J. Jonah Jameson figure (best pack-in prop ever). The bookshelf I found at a craft store (Michael's I think). It was raw wood so I had to stain it myself and the books are pictures I printed out from my computer. As for the file cabinet, I made that from a small plastic box I had and pics printed from the computer that I glued onto the front, top and sides. For a bookshelf you can use the one that came with the movie Peter Parker figure, really nice and you don't have the hasle of staining it.

There are some boundaries, it applies to cases like the one we are discussing here were althought its the same product on both tags it was misplaced, thats the stores responsibility to keep things straight. You can't get a marvel figure from a transformers shelf and say well that's were it was, they won't honor that. They also always go and check what you claim they don't take your word for it. That way the correct the mistake right away. Another example, a few weeks ago when i was grocery shopping I got some orange juice, there was a sign placed saying it was on special, and when I got to the cash it scanned at regular price, I asked the girl isn't this on special? there is a sign that says it is, she sent a bag boy to check and he returned with the explanation, the brand next to the one I got was actually on special and when the shelf got half empty the stock boy filled the shelf with the brand next to it because they had none of the brand on special left but he didn't move the sign . Since it was there stock boy's mistake they had to give it to me free because it was less then 10$. With the TRU case it was more than likely the stock boys who misplaced the legends packs because they don't know the difference between the new and old sets, to them legends is legends.

This will be the only time I respond on this matter as to end the subject as has been asked. It was not my mistake it was there's, they misplaced them. There is a law here in Quebec that was put into effect some years ago to keep stores in line and force them to keep shelves properly placed. The law says that if the price on the shelf NO MATTER IF THE ITEM IS MISPLACED OR NOT is not the price that rings up at the cash the store has to a)if the item is 10$ or less give it to you free b) if the item is more then 10$ give you 10$ off the right price Granted the purchase was made in the US but still its there responsibility to keep there shelves in order.Furthermore I did not take anything away from Hasbro, I simply got around TRU greed. Make no mistake about it, Hasbro did not up there prices between shipments, TRU just raised there prices when they realized that these were selling like hot cakes to make more profits. You actually think its ok for TRU to have 2 different prices for the same product, I sure don't. Those of you who say they would have paid full price, nobody is gonna believe that because its in human nature to always want to get the best deal possible. This same situation has been reported on here before so its nothing new. Bottom line anybody who can get a deal is gonna take it and i don't regret getting around the mark up and TRU greed. It is TRU responsibility to have there product properly placed not the customers and that is exactly why the law that I stated earlier was put into effect, to protect the customer and make the stores assume there responsibilities.

Found these yesterday, drove down to the States and found the deadpool regular pack at the toy's r us in Burlington Vermont for 17,98$ because of a mixup on there part and the DCU 2 pack at the walmart in Malone NY marked down to 21.00$ from 32,97$. 2 great deals !!!

Found this yesterday, the final missing piece. I drove down to the States yesterday and checked out the Toy's r us in Burlington Vermont, they have all the new 2 packs and some older ones. These are now priced at 34,99$(toy's r us greed), the new packs and old packs are placed on different shelves but both were mixed up. The shelve were most of them were was the 17.98$price, the price for the older ones, at the cash it scanned at 34,99$, I told the lady that on the shelve the price tag read 17,98$ she then told another lady that she needed a price check, and I told the other lady "I'll show you" so she followed me and I showed her the price tag which said marvel legends 2 packs 17,98$, she said "humm your right", so we go back to the cash and she tells the cashier that I'm right and that "we need to get that checked". So I paid 19,24$ with tax, a great deal! :biggrin: Obviously the people putting the stock on the shelves don't know the difference between the newer and older 2 packs.

I agree with nightcrawler, walmart has been holding these back and sending them 2 places were sales are good. I drove down to the states yesterday and the walmart in Plattsburgh NY had about 20 mark V's on the pegs and they marked them down too 9$. Obviously that walmart will never get any mark IV's because they have to many 5's warming the pegs.

Here's the latest, 2 ghostrider figs I got from a local online classifieds , first appearance gold variant IM and fantastic four classics super skrull.

Most of these come from a local store that i go to regularly and others from another store I go to every once in a while. I got really lucky as off late I guess.

This is this past weeks haul, dr doom doombot variant, toybiz series 1 stealth IM and cable.

I agree the color doesn't look like what they showed at sdcc but it might be the way the picture was taken. Lets wait and see, cause like i said more often than not the final product differs from the prototype pictures we are shown.

Keep in mind guys that more often than not the actual color is quite different in person than what you see in a picture.If you don't like the color once we REALLY SEE what its like, customize it. I personaly love the look of the fig,green beeing my favorite color. Its a pain in the butt that everytime something new comes out after we've asked for it repeatedly, that people bash it. Its because of bashing like this that legends is were it is right now.
