im going with the first version though supposedly he had bad quality (sloppy paint, loose joints, etc.)

well, they are the same sculpt and artiulcation are the same, so those cant be counted on. the paint on the hasbro one is better, and the pegs ensure that he can stand when he is standing and holding the board, though the TB one came with a stand. the hasbro one is probably cheaper right now, and a conversion to magnets isnt hard for the figure itself (the board on the other hand...), so that would be my pick.

so, hasbro's getting near perfect and marvel toys is slipping...back in my day, we called that "irony"
