I got him yesterday! $14 after my $10 gift certificate. Maybe someday I will open my Marvel Select figures...I'm out of space on my bookshelf so I might have to.

Very nice!! I found one on tfieds.com for $20 a couple of years ago but I sold it when I was saving up for my wife's engagement ring. Great find!

Shoooot Art Asylum updated their ship dates and Gambit won't ship til July 27th now.

I have a pretty decent collection of Marvel Selects now though so the scale thing doesn't bother me so much. I can have one display of Marvel Legends & one display of Marvel Selections.

The closest one to me is in Knoxville, TN about 2 hours away from me.

Series 6 or 8 from Toybiz or the Red Hulk wave from Hasbro.

These are so awesome! I'm so pissed that there isn't a Disney Store anywhere near me anymore!

It probably has a lot to do with them only making 9 figures a year. It doesnt allow for many new figures especially this year when 4 of the 9 figures are from the Cap & Thor movies. I would love a Marvel Select Black Panther though!

If i was into DC i would love where DCUC is going. Finally starting some Marvel Legends style articulation. I've seen that Azrael a few times; he's awesome!

Definitely snag that Juggernaut! Best figure I've ever bought! I am looking forward to the Gambit figure. I'm a little bummed b/c if the Deadpool, Magneto, Cyclops & Juggernaut figures all count as 2011 releases then we won't see anymore Marvel Select this year. They only release 9 figures so counting those four plus Gambit and the 4 Marvel movie figures (Cap, Red Skull, Loki, Thor) that's it. Here's hoping that Deadpool, Cyclops & Magneto count as December 2010 releases.

Dang it! They do still have the War Machine...I think i would only get that one if they Still had Dynamo to pad the shipping cost a bit.

I would say no. I had a great collection of Marvel Legends and I sold all of them (definitely not to buy MU though; I've done an excellent job of resisting the 4 inch crap). I just sold them b/c it felt like something I needed to do at the time. I now have lots of Minimates and some Marvel Select figures but they'll never compare to all the Marvel Legends I had. One day I'll have a great collection of them again. Maybe sell some that you know will be easy to get back later via ebay or something. That will open up some funds for you to try out MU for a little bit and have your own opinion about them.

Let me know if you still want one; I can pick one up for you. A wal-mart pretty close to me has like 20 of them.

Check out the new wave of Best of Marvel Select! The 3 hulks (Green, Red & Ultimate) are being re-released. This time though the Ultimate Hulk looks much better! I always hated this one and never bought it. But now it looks to have a much better paint wash. He is actually grey instead of black. Looks a lot more like 616 Grey Hulk rather than Ultimate Hulk. Hmmm weird I thought I posted this earlier... I hope some of those move down here to the states at that price! I have the regular Deadpool/X-Force Warpath. I can't bring myself to pay $30+ for the Hulk/Valk & Winter Soldier/Black Widow packs though.
