So far I have tracking numbers for regular Sandman, Bishop and blue Beast.

I ordered 5 figures across two orders. The free shipping part of the code was nice for that. Only $8.62 per figure! I'm still waiting for the regular Sandman. Black Cat, full sand Sandman and Bishop are showing out of stock now.

I found it interesting that the boxes are not sealed with tape. Is that common for all current Legends figures?

So far I've seen Agent Venom on the pegs with the other figures in the toy aisle, on an end-cap with the game of thrones figures at the end of the toy aisle, and on an end-cap in the front of the store no where near the toy section.

I found Agent Venom today at Walgreens in Mesa, AZ.

The Walgreens site now says: Available in stores on 9/1Update: I found an end-cap full of these at my local Walgreens today in Mesa, AZ.

I also saw Hasbro said it would be released in Walgreens stores on Aug 30th but when I pre-ordered at Walgreens.com it said Oct 15th.

Exactly this. When compared to the previous Marvel Universe packaging this looks very bland and cheap. Not a tremendous deal since I open my figures anyway but I can imagine that MOC collectors who like to decorate their walls with these would be a little annoyed. I kept all of my Marvel Universe figures MOC to display but I am opening these Infinite figures due to said bland generic packaging.

When I ordered Wasp on 4/3 I do remember it saying it was a pre-order estimated to ship on 4/28.
