  1. Storm gets my vote and then the twins. Not that we'll get to see them anytime in the near future.
  2. Here's my list Mangog Ymir Terminus One Above All (Celestial) Orka Awesome Android Krakoa the Living Island Banger McCrusher Direwraith Mole Creature (Giganto) Predator X
  3. Ok, since this is a "What If" scenario I'm taking for granted that we are looking for answers in the hypothetical realm. [/size] So, hypothetically the 6 inch line fades from existence in 2010, your question is could another company pick the line up? It's already been mentioned that Marvel Select could pick the line up, since they have a deal outside of the current license agreement, which is the most likely scenario for the continuation of the 6 inch line. Another hypothetical possibility is that the 3 ¾ inch line fails and Marvel revokes or buys out the remaining portion of the contract with Hasbro and begins to produce Marvel Legends again. My last hypothetical scenario involves a renegotiation of the current agreement between Marvel and Hasbro that allows for Marvel Toys to produce a 6 inch Marvel legends line only (similar to the Marvel Select arrangement) while Hasbro maintains all other aspects of the current Marvel license which would allow them to continue with the marvel based Transformers, 3 ¾ inch figures, Marvel Potato Head and any thing else that they wrap their heads around. There you have three "What If" scenarios based solely in the hypothetical realm. In reality I don't think there is a snowball's chance in hell of any of these scenarios playing out, but you put it out there, so I answered. :spidey_read_thread:
  4. The Red King prototype and the Valkryie prototype from the Hulk Legends wave.
  5. I like your signature image Grog. What do U have them posed in front of?
  6. Post info on what you use, where people can find certain items, or suggestions on what might make for a great diorama addition etc.
  7. Most of the Custom Hulks that I have use either the HOM Hulk or the Planet Hulk figure.
  8. Yes and uh Yes some more!!! I like the current offering in the Hulk wave and the Target wave looks to be really good. The two packs are decent and there are a few figures in the Nemesis wave that i'd like to get my hands on.
  9. i'm iron maned out. give us alpha flight or some body we haven't seen in toy form yet. maybe do a whole what if set of figures.
  10. my only concern with a 3 3/4 line is how much of it will be retreaded GI Joe and Star Wars stuff adjusted to pass for marvel product? not the figures themselves, but the vehicles and playsets.
  11. i second that. although i see what they are getting at. the snowbird sasquatch figure gas better arm and leg mobility for posing your figure, but the wendigo sculpt is dead on. apples to oranges i guess. i find it intriquing that people will suspend reality in order to make believe that snow bird sasquatch is wendigo, but cannot accept the wendigo figure itself for what it is... remarkable. anyway back on topic... i'd keep him with either the Hulk or wolverine, that is where his most notable appearances took place. although a wendigo did make an appearance in one of spidey's books as well.
  12. i would pick up weapons packs for my GI Joes back when they made them for that line. It would be nice if Hasbro brought this concept to the ML line. i was able to win an auction off of ebay for a set of casted ML weapons. i'm a Hulk fan so i've never seen a need for a battle damaged Hulk, unless it would be like a battle damaged smart hulk.
  13. i was just thinking about this concept minus the figure. either way i agree it would do well.
  14. Hey, why isn't the Foom wave represented. I'd vote for the Foom Wave as best BAF wave, if it were even presented as an option. As such I'd say the Red Hulk wave. As far a BAF figures go Pitt is simply the best. Pitt is not a Marvel character but simply put, Pitt is the best BAF. The best Marvel BAF I'd say is Galactus. Foom is probably the most saught after/wanted Baf though. Now on to Dragon man. I read several books with Dragon man and enjoyed how the character was used. A-list to D-list it doesn't matter to me. I got my Dragon man before collectors and scalpers made the price for the figure skyrocket. :hulk: :cyclops: Sauron has been a supporting character in the X-men universe for a while and deserves a figure for all the calamity he's caused over the years. I'm not sure if he needs a BAF though.
  15. Ah, c'mon Marvelmar, share the wealth how did U manage to snag all of this marvel goodness? Ebay, a secret source, 3 kings, how?
  16. I wouldn't say LHs failed, I think that it was a matter of distribution (isn't everything) or lack there of. I was looking forward to the third wave of LH if only to build the Frost Giant. If I remember correctly ToyBiz shut LH down so that they could help Hasbro manage the ML line. All that said, maybe the unannounced BAF wave and this What If wave are one in the same? It's possible that maybe Hasbro and ToyBiz will be working together from now on. Toybiz doing the sculpts and Hasbro with the distribution or vice versa. Yeah, yeah I know, and maybe marvel buys the rights to Superman from the Seigels. I can dream.
  17. If the Foom wave has taught us anything, it's that Hasbro is still trying to get this thing right. They're not ToyBiz, but I think that they understand that they have a cash cow on their hands if they would just manage it right. Another thing that is working in the collector's favor is the DCU line. Collectors and customizers have an option at this point. Before MLs were the end all and be all on the market. So, we were stuck with what Hasbro produced. Now Hasbro has to shape up in order to compete and stay atop the market. Lastly, it would seem that they have tightened security, as no images have leaked out of production (with the exception of the Hhulk video game figures) of what the new BAF wave will be (and I know we all have been searching high and low for tidbits contacting sources etc).
