  1. Apparently the Chicagoland Targets are awaiting a reset in October before any of the Red Hulk wave will ship to the stores. Is this true? Has anyone in the midwest found any of the Target Legends? I was hunting for almost two weeks before a "knowlegable" target employee gave me the lowdown about the resets, which appear to be true based on the general lack of new product in the area. Are there any Marvelous boarders in the area that may be able to help confirm this? Thanks
  2. Has anyone in the Chicagoland area seen these yet? There is a rumor that the Chicago tri-state area won't see them till October along with the new resets. Has anyone else found this to be true?
  3. I love it. All the people on this thread who complain about too many Spideys and Wolverines but those are the two most people here are looking to purchase. Kinda makes Hasbro's (or Toy Biz's) point for them, doesn't it? Personally, I"m lookin for the Spiral, Union Jack & Warlock figures, but I will also be building the Rulk.
  4. Looking at the new Target Legends, I realixed one thing. All of the figures are forever stuck in a flat-footed position, and it makes them look boring. I know there are many people who absolutely hate the toe articulation that Toy Biz did, feeling it made the figures unstable for display. And I understand both thier feeling and the fact that some figures didn't need it. Gottcha. Good, understood. But aren't there some collectors out there that miss the toes, and think that some characters absolutely need toe movement. Spidey, Daredevil, and Wolverine are constantly crouched, and I prefer to pose them this way, but it doesn't look right flat-footed. (looking at them makes me understand the D&D penalties for flat-footed combat) Seriously look at the preview pics for the Target release, they all look prone to attack. Besides the pictures, and with out turning this into a bashing page, I miss the articulation Toy Biz put into the figures, and suppossedly Hasbro will be including more with up-comming figures, but I think that really applies to the "other" joints, and not toes. Am I alone here? Does anyone else miss the toes?
  5. Personally, I think it really has to do with the new layout of the boards. The subjects are more divided than in the past, it's more difficult to access, and feels too separate from the rest of the toy boards. Plus it's topics don't seem to show up on the main TNI page like the others. I know that's what kept me informed of interesting topics in the old ML board, but I haven't seen a topic there since the switch over. Plus I hate the Black. It hurts my eyes and makes colored text impossible to read. Don't get me wrong, I'm not cutting on the new board cause updates have to happen, but sometimes updates need to be revised. Anyway, with out the main board and in lue of new product, the ML board is dying.
  6. It's got potential, but you might want to run a spelling check if you want people to take your site seriously.
