  1. besides his arms, whats wrong with shocker? kraven was pretty good too!
  2. There are at least 4 body bases I can think of off the top of my head (for male characters). There's the one used for Robin and Beast Boy. The one used for characters in suits like Two-Face. The one used for thinish characters (Sinestro's), and then the one used for the rest (Superman, Batman, etc). They also have some that are unique (Man-bat). And of course at least one for females (which for the most part they do WAY better than Hasbro has). dont forget the question body, deadman body, and the gentleman ghost body. mattel uses 8-9 bodies, not 2. the only marvel characters that wouldnt work would be the extra flexible ones.
  3. thats from all the partying! :hulk: :profx: :cyclops: :spidey_deadtopic: :wolverine2: all of them, doing all of that!...in one house....its a wonder its still standing!
  4. seriously? well, now that you mention it...i do to! (for the most part)
  5. 2 What other company is out there that could handle Legends anyway? Mattel? Not really, then they would all look like DCUC figures and Marvel would not want their figures to look like the competitions offerings(most legends collectors probably wouldn't want ML to look like DCUC either) and they would likely be $15 a pop if not more for a single card release. you guys kill me with that 15.00 crap. i have NEVER bought a dcu for 15.00...so where have you been seeing them at that price? not to mention that even if they were 15.00...you still get a BaF. as far MLs go, if they were 15 bucks, ML goers would just b*tch, b*tch, b*tch as they still spend that 15 on MLs! At Walmart they are 12.99 a pop. Tax in CA is over 9% so after tax I think it's near 14.50. Close enough to 15 to round up anyway. MLs are in 2 packs for 22 something. After tax that's close to 13 per fig. That's really close to 15, and like you said, NO BAF. Like I always say tho, if you think it's too much, then don't buy it. If enough people did this, Hasbro and Mattel (not to mention Walmart, Target, TRU, etc) WOULD take notice. Just look at the Movie GI Joes. No one was really buying them (or at least, not as many as toy co's / stores thought) and now the prices are dropping dramatically - $5.00 even at Walmart now. to be fair....movie joes sold more than ANY fig this year! theyre going on sale because of overstock.(and the movie hype dying) and ML collectors tryed "not buying" figs.....it resulted in hasbro slowing legends to a crawl, and the birth of MU. Ah, I wasn't aware of that. In my area the displays looked nearly the same every time I went to the store (each figure still in the same place...not re-stocked). of which wave? 1&2 are warmers, but beyond that....they sell very well! The only one I can't find is the black wolf Snake Eyes. the paris pursuit SE? youll probably have to find it at a store that didnt sell many of their joes. it was a 1st release that i passed on the few times that i saw it. i bought the second versoin with the white/grey timber instead. you mean 8 inch. it was the GI Joe Sigma Six line.
  6. well, most new joe characters are coming out in the movie line. you probally wont see that change until the 2010 Pursuit of Cobra figures are released. so thats why you might see a lot of "movie" figs.

  11. i might snatch the black spidey if i see it.
  12. right! they couldve done tombstone, another vulture(younger maybe), silver sable, or a black cat that wasnt as fu*king ugly as the ML version! you did not just say that after telling eldestson to "watch his cursing". what a hypocrite! Although you have a good point about tombstone. hypocrite? do you come to read, or just look at the pictures? here, ill help you...cen·sor·ship: is the suppression of speech or deletion of communicative material which may be considered objectionable, harmful, sensitive, or inconvenient to the government or media organizations as determined by a censor. dude....you really need to chill. IDK what "gripe" you have with me (always trying to point out something that I did wrong, or complaining about something that i posted)...you really need to get over it. and yeah....Tombstone would be awesome! thank you for reading with understanding. the point of censoring the cursing is that flatout cursing isnt allowed. (not my rule) but youre right about people still knowing what youre saying. look at it like a rated R movie thats shown on regular TV. here's my point... regular tv relies on sound and visual to get it's messege across.although the visual is still questionable(wolvie2281 said we could tell what you were saying), if you sounded the word out it's still the same word. If you can say fu*king(now i'm a hypocrite, thanks) without the "C" on regular tv and make it work, I'm sure you could get a job at fox. Besides regular tv would say "fudging" or "beeeeep". as for my "gripe"..... judge ye not lest ye be judged. P.S. red letters don't scare me i love my fans!
  13. ..sounds like my kind of woman. (lol) they should make a prowler figure too.
