  1. And the last three HMLs sold like hot cakes. Rulk sat for a bit, but you can't find any of them anymore. I think the 6" SM figs sell pretty well. I can still get almost every single MU or WXO fig. not true. most of the ares wave warmed pegs once they hit in full, and the nemesis wave hasnt hit here.(except cali) the foom wave warmed pegs with the exception of she-hulk. and just because you dont see figs anymore doesnt mean that they were sold, they just get shipped somewhere else like tj maxx and aj wright, who have had a crap load of EVERY hml series since the brood.(minus the rarer ones) even some of the sdcc 08 sets have shown up there.
  2. so, wolvey, warpath, and multiple man are definatly in.
  3. Dude what are you talking about? THAT Galactus is twice as thick as the TB version. It may be taller but in no way is it a copy. Same design maybe, but the articulation is way off. The figure looks decent but he looks far too stocky in the legs Legs are out of proportion. Looks way too short. BAF Galactus was FAR better. No way in hell is this the same mold - everything has been changed... and not for the better. BAF galactus was FAR better how? if you mean by height, this fig is clearly bigger than the BAF. the legs are fine in comparison to his arms and chest, and his face sculpt is awesome. you guys need to stop with the hate.
  4. MU is hasbro's focus at the moment. they actually sell more MU than they ever did legends. as far as figure numbers go, MU will greatly surpass ML. once they do it like the joes and give up some vehicles and bases....all bets are off.
  5. guys, you just dont get it. HML 1, 2, & 3 warmed pegs for what seed like forever! the only 6" sucsess that hasbro's had was transformers, and ironman. hasbro's just not going to go through that ML peg warming crap again. they seem to only be offering what they know that they can sell.
  6. im with you on this vote! i changed at the last minute and voted for the hood instead of fantomex.(i still want him though)
  7. he's union jack kit bash. besides the head and the belt, he's 100% union jack.(from what i see) i dont like the fact that they reuse heads, but that black widow is 1000 times better that the toy biz version! hasbro needs to stop f**king around and just release them all.
  8. my picks are..... 1.) deadpool. 2.) whoever this guy in the white is. 3.) the constrictor. 4.) gotta have him 5.) him too
  9. you guys are forgetting a few thigs. 1.) the hulk WAS NOT huge at first. he's that way now, but he was only about 8 ft. 2.) the thing has NEVER been huge until now. the thing was mesured at 6'1"-6'3" 3.) comics have been through more changes than joan rivers. theres no accurate size anymore.
  10. i do. i dont mess with dunks, but i love air force ones! i have at least 30 pair that i dont EVER wear, and about 15 that i do. the wolvey's are okay, but those sabretooth air max 95's are weak!
  11. arent these are just the 1st stores that get them?
  12. Hey pooda, I can't think of too many teams that can't be completed. There are several Avengers line-ups that can be done, the Fantastic Four, the core X-Men, the original Defenders, and even the Champions. The only one's I can think of that can't be done are the New Warriors and the expanded Defenders (Nighthawk, Hellcat and Valkyrie). That's not too bad. Plus, you're more into DC than Marvel anyway. I'll bet you haven't given up too many of your DCUC figs. (If any). Speaking of which, I was recently considering selling off all of my DCUC figures (I have around 50 or so). Then I reconsidered, because I pretty much have every DC Character that I like, so why get rid of them? They don't take up that much space. I just probably won't buy any more, (except possibly Green Arrow). So my point is, just because I'm not going to get any new ones, doesn't automatically mean I need to get rid of what I already have. what i mean by not being able to complete a team is that certain figures were produced in box sets that included figures that i had no use for. not that team members werent made, but they did leave some teams unfinished. other figures that i felt shouldve been produced never had a chance. take the ultimate xmen for instance, they only produced a few of them. true they were some in the xmc line, but i didnt feel like bouncing back and forth between the lines. they gave us one member of alpha flight, and short packed key characters. the red skull chase was probably the point where i started backing off, but there was nothing else good out there at the time, so.... as far as DCU figs go...nope. havent ever sold any of them....i have'em all. but it's not just dc that i keep. im a heavy anime collector. plus, i dont keep stuff unless i really like it. thats why i have all the spidey related figures. i like figures, so thats why i buy them, but unless they really intrest me....i dont care about keeping them.
  13. that's the truth. and in any of those peoples cases....it was a good decision. but in mine...ML just got boring. same old DD, samo old ironman, same old, same old. plus, i have enough cash to drop a line and start it all over again. and if i ever went "broke" ill sell one of my cars/homes first.
  14. *homer simpson grumbling* i.. said... buy.. it...
  15. it's getting old. most MLs are from the early 2000's, and new product isnt pumping. add the fact that they keep raising the price on stuff...gets kinda hard. i decided to sell most of my marvel figs when i seen that i could NEVER have a complete team. at times, i want them back. at other times....im glad that i sold them.
  16. I don't think ML one Iron Man is the best, I think the Silver Centurion from series 7 is the best. Right now that's just splitting hairs. Of course there are better IM's out there but this is by far the best IM (or any other fig for that matter) that Hasbro has ever done. Maybe the time off did them some good. Maybe they've had a chance to finally pull their head out of their a$e$. As for owing Hasbro an apology, I don't think we owe them one just yet. We've yet to see how they perform with the new 2 packs they're proposing. If they get that right maybe we can start considering an apology. No one owes Hasbro an apology and quite frankly, they are looking for one. They just want our money. i agree. hasbro isnt out of the water just yet. they seem to take a step foward, and the some how take two steps back. dont start the cheers just yet....lets see what else they have up their sleeves.
  17. the best toybiz fig was mcfarlane spidey. runners up: FO cap thor (giant man) bullseye the best hasbro fig was rulk spidey. runners up: punisher daredevil (nemesis) crossbones
  18. ill agree. smc 12 spidey is the best marvel fig ever. its not the best fig all around, but out of the marvel camp....yep!
  19. thats no lie! that rubber just makes him so unposible its just sad. as far as movie figures go...whats wrong with them? i liked blade, all of the spidey figs for the first two movies, the ironman figs were nice, the fantastic four first movie figs were decent, and even though i didnt like jane as castle, the movie fig was alright. i think that toad is a nice figure, but hes useless. the goliath fig is a space waster(they could of made a goliath for the line) ml4 elektra, and any of those xmc stealth x men are too.
  20. Hukling body; Sampson's head Fair enough, but then what is with the pic of Warpath with Wolverine? Someone's custom? Because that is definitely the Doc Sampson body. its a custom.
