  1. Yeah dude you could totally use the tentacles from a sentinel or Omega Red! Hasbro will certainly make this sometime. B/c it truley would be so easy for them. I like to use the clear ties that came packaged with Toybiz ML. Most of them are too short and thin, but I've seen some that are longer and thicker, and easier to bend. I think the tentacles would look better, obvioisly, but if they are too fat they won't wrap completely around a figure.
  2. This is total BS. The constrictor sure seemed like an overwhelming favorite. And as for as the "whiners" go, it sounds like the ones whinng are the ones who missed Deadpool the first time around. Well too bad for you. I wouldn't get to happy though until it's finally released. Hasbro will probably make him short like they did with Tarantula.

    Vote for Marvel Legends !

I want paperbag Spidey to fail! Actually, it's the same thing with the MU voting. I couldn't believe a figure was wasted on a Mary Jane "action figure." It's dangerously close to playing with dolls. Voted for: Constrictor, Brother Voodoo, and Lady Bullseye. Lets get some new figures in here!
  4. well since you asked, it's the cape and mask from batman begins. I seen it one day and wondered if it would fit on any of the marvel legends. I tried on just about everyone that looked like it might look decent. It was a perfect fit for DD from the Urban Legends boxed set. It had the only head and face that fit. But, the color of that partucular DD was also a perfect match. I don't know if you've ever seen it but the mask and the part where the shoulders are is maroon and that color too was a perfect match. I also used a hoppy knife to cut the mask loose so he would still have full movement. At the time their were no good articulated batman figures around. Of course now I have the select sculpt batman which is an awesome figure. It looks better in person.
  5. I've been wanting to chime in on this subject. I have all three figs and i like all three. The SMC DD has no costume detail and his boots are too small. FO DD, while I like the color, I don't like the color of the boots and gloves. The ankle articulation looks funny too. I use to think that SMC DDs head was too small, but Nemisis DD has an even smaller head. His hand are also undersized, and his arms don't have the reach of the other too. I really like the all red look. Since everybody seems to really like the Deadpool Fig, Its only logical that SMC DD is the best. By a slight margin.
  6. I don't know, can't concentrate, must fight, cant think straight........................... loosing consciousness.

    Nemesis wave this week

One of my three local walmats just got 3 boxes of the Ares wave at 10.49 each. I don't know if that's a clearence price or not, but if it is, why would Walmart order the Nemisis wave just to have it go on clearence. In fact it was first announced that they would be released in December I found that odd, because shelfs are already so clustered. I've got a bad feeling about this Nemisis wave.

    Comic Books

    1) Do you still collect comics? No, I'm mainly just a reader. The stories are just as good as the crap on TV. 2) What do you collect? When I was yunger, mainly Marvel, and mainly spiderman. 3) How many comics do you have? A few boxes. About 1500 books 4) How/where do you store them? Bagged and boarded in a closet. 5) What current books are you really into or read now? Captain America, Daredevil, Moonknight, punisher, and Batman. Occationally, Spiderman but I really haven't enjoyed the stories since the Mid 80's. It seems they can't decide who Peter Parker is, how old he is, should he be married or single, live alone or with Aunt may. And the way they draw him is like he,s 14 years old. 6) What are your top comics? Older Amasing Spiderman, Spectacular spiderman, Marvel Teamup. 7) What issue/issues do you want the most? None, now I would like to sell them.
