  1. Villians Wave Grim Reaper Tiger Shark The Hood Ulik Enchantress Executioner Deathwatch Chameleon BAF - Blastaar please Hasbro, just release more villians.....my shelves are consumed by heroes!!
  2. Ok, just got home from a local Wal-Mart and this is what the toy manager told me. When I asked if he had them, he said no, but they were on order. He also said that because the Ares Wave was an exclusive series that he had no idea when they were coming in, but indeed they were on order and more would be coming. So, take it for what its worth. As an earlier post said, I doubt they would cancel a toy that has sold out everywhere.
  3. I called a few in my area. They looked the up by UPC. Most said that they did not have the item and had no idea when they would get any in. One store, however, said that they would be getting them in a few weeks "closer to the christmas rush." I wonder if this is true, due to the fact that my area (Long Island, NY) did not get the Red Hulk Wave or Two-Packs until much later than the rest of the country and I have yet to see or hear about any Ares Wave sitings aroun here either. Makes you wonder, more shipments to come closer to Christmas?????
  4. I would pick up the Phoenix (Fiery Variant) if I were you, it looks awesome and is in my opinion, the best made Phoenix figure.
  5. 1) I agree with you regarding all of the Fantastic Four EXCEPT Sue. There has not been a perfect version of her done yet. MAYBE the two pack one will fix that... lets hope it does. 2) You say no more repeats... Negative Zone and FF Costume Spidey??? Six-Arm??? Wanna talk obscure... Old Man Logan. 3) The ONLY version of Havok made was the shitty FA version with the stupid metal rings all over his costume. EVERYONE has been clamoring for a modern version of him. Pretty sure your in the minority here guy. regarding your post: 1) we will see what the two-pack brings for Sue. On a side note, I would not mind getting a Sue Storm in her Malice persona.... 2) I am being realistic, as they will never altogether stop making their top charachters like Wolverine & Spidey. At least they have some costume changes that have not been done yet. I just don't want to see another Silver Surfer or Namor..... 3) I agree with you, that I am probably in the minority and I would not be surprised if we see a Havok/Polaris two-pack in 2009. I would just rather get someone we have no figure of yet than an updated Havok (such as Wolfsbane, Multiple Man, Siryn, etc....)
  6. Which Marvel Selects do you include (that fit in) with your Legends displays??? I have Thanos, Mephisto, Brood Hatchling, Skrull Soldier, Cloak & Dagger, Zombie Hulk, Zombie Spider-Man, Uatu the Watcher & Phoenix (Fiery Variant). I think all of these fit in awesome and the only other I plan on getting is Zombie Captain America.
  7. Why oh why do some of you people feel the need to perfect the Fantastic Four??? I would much rather get a Klaw or Wizard than another Thing. Let's count... Reed Richards - 7 Sue Storm - 7 Thing - 9 Human Torch - 12 and this does not include the Movie lines.... I must concur, no more repeats!!! There are way too many other characters that need to be done first. as for alternate costumes on the A-list characters, I would only like to see these: Wolverine - Old Man Logan Spider-Man - Negative Zone, Fantastic Four, Six-Arm, Captain Universe, Spider-Ham Captain America - Modern Costume (Bucky) Punisher - Captain America Armor I also have no desire to see alternate costumes on B & C list characters such as Havok, Adam Warlock, Banshee, etc..... The only exception would be a Modern Luke Cage
  8. The only one I would truly want made would be a Spider-Man (Ape). Which, I would not surprised if they made it considering all the iterations of Spidey we have seen in the past. However, I am still dying for a Negative Zone Spidey, Six-Armed Spidey & Earth-X Spiders-Man.
  9. actually they didn't come up with it. it was a fan who did. really? I didn't know the background for this story. Care to elaborate?
  10. hahhahaha.. looks like a resounding NO.........
  11. Have any of you been reading the current Marvel Apes mini series???? How would you feel about buying "Ape-Universe" versions of these heroes???? I think it would be kinda cool, like what they did with the Marvel Zombies (granted they were Marvel Select).
  12. Question.............. Who the hell goes shopping without money to buy a $10 or $15 figure??? Do you people not have jobs??? Or just spend way to much money on action figures??? I understand that collecting can become a somewhat expensive hobby, but i'll be damned if it ever interferes with the real word responsibilities.
  13. Well, I just placed an order at Hasbro.com for AOA Sunfire, Torpedo Iron Man, Satelitte Iron Man, Stealth Strike Iron Man & Spider-Man Origins Rhino (which was only $6.99). Unfortunately, Captain America Armor Iron Man was sold out! Can't wait to get them!!!
  14. I just picked up Venom, Spider-Man & Iron Spider from the new Spider-Man Classics line. I must say, these are pretty cool figures. I alos noticed on the back of the Spider-Man box, it showed a picture of Spider-Man in his Spider-Armor (from Web of Spider-Man # 100). I know the Spider-Man Classics line was continuing, but had not heard of any upcoming figures other than Tarantula & Juggernaut. But it looks like there will also be this re-release version of Spider-Man as well. I am excited, as I never got the original one when it was issued.
  15. Who here has these two figures (Hulk Movie Line)???? How do they fit in with the rest of your Marvel Legends???? Are they worth gettting??? I'm thinking about getting them (because I doubt they will be released in HML) thanks!!!
  16. Amen to that brother!!! I would like to see unreleased or b-list characters get their due rather than more first appearance figures (Storm), alternate costumes (Jean Grey), new scultps (Magneto) and re-releases (Deadpool, Phoenix) and so on............ I just don't see this being the end for Marvel Legends, as there are too many characters left to be made that people would be willing to spend money on. Let's not forget the many alternate reality versions/costume changes left to be made of Wolverine, Spider-Man, Hulk, Iron Man, Captain America, etc.....
  17. Grim Reaper Tiger Shark Silver Sable Sauron Sleepwalker Machine Man Darkhawk Winter Soldier BAF - Lockjaw
  18. How about Box and Mariana? I think Box would make a great BAF (when or if they come back).
  19. sure, I am having a hell of time finding Union Jack & Silver Savage
  20. What Iv'e found: Fin Fang Foom BAF Series: All Eight Figures Target Exclusive Movie Hulk Marvel Two-Packs: Wolverine/Forge (ordered Ronin/Elektra & Ultimate Fury/Cap online at Wal-Mart.com) Red Hulk BAF Series: Spiral Black Costume Spider-Man Wolverine (Variant) Adam Warlock Spider-Man Classics: Black Costume Spider-Man Green Goblin Still no luck with Union Jack Silver Savage Iron Man Movie (Wal-Mart Exclusive: Stealth Operations) Iron Man Movie (Captain America Armor) Iron Man Movie (Satellite) Iron Man Movie (Torpedo) any Ares Wave figs, or any of the other Spider-Man Classics.............
  21. is this store anygood???? I live in Long Island and may take a gander over there this weekend. Do they have lots of marvel legends? loose?? MOC??? how are their prices??? any examples you have would be great... thanks!
