  1. Someone in a previous post wondered if Hasbro would continue with the Spider-Man Classics line and possibly move into other Classics type lines. I think that would be a terrific idea. There are a plethora of figs that could be put into any of theses lines.... X-Men Classics - PLENTY of figures left to be made, Aurora, Northstar, Dust, Rockslide, Polaris, Jim Lee Jean Grey, Sauron, etc... Avengers Classics - any of the Initiative, Modern Cage, Jessica Jones, Grim Reaper, Mr. Hyde, Tiger Shark, etc.... Captain America Classics - Winter Soldier, Modern Cap, Dr.Faustus, Sin, Modern Red Skull, Nomad, Baron Blood, Flag Smasher, etc.... Thor Classics - Modern Thor, Baldar, Warriors Three, Fenris, Odin, Enchantress, Hela, Sif, etc... Spider-Man Classics - plenty of different Spideys left, Morlun, Mary Jane, Prowler, Rocket Racer, Silver Sable, Swarm, Carrion, Jakal, Jackpot, Chemeleon, etc... Iron Man Classics - still plenty of armors to be made, Tony Stark Tux, in SHIELD Uniform, Modern Mandarin, Grey Gargoyle, Blizard, Ezekial Stane, Justin Hammer, Ghost, Living Lazer, Blacklash, etc.... Hulk Classics - Red King, Valkyrie, any of the Warbound, General Ross, Rick Jones, Hulk 2099, etc....
  2. I liked the topic about your three favorite heroes/villians. Now who are your three lamest/worst/most hated heroes and three villians?????????? HEROES 3. Hyperion - Marvel's original Super Man rip off...... 2. Sentry - Marvel's second Super Man rip off...... 1. Super Man - I know he is the quintessential American Icon/Hero, but come on, he is ridiculously powerful, with no basic means to beat him (other than some green rock). VILLIANS 3. Red Hulk - am I the only one who thinks this concept it retarded and hates the new comic?? 2. Penguin - need I say more??? 1. All of the stupid and crazy mutants from the X-Books - for years, anytime Marvel needed a new hero or villian, they would just create some over-the-top mutant. Thank god for killing them all off in House of M, I just wish they killed off a few more.
  3. why?....and to the guy that asked if it could be any villian.....yes. you can name ANY villian, not just marvel. it depends on how you look at it, magneto thinks he is doing the right thing. and galactus...well...big boys gotta eat! lol but seriously is is not good but not evil either. he is just doing what keeps us alive. like say there was a alien race in our water, would you drink it to keep your self alive? i would. just because you think youre doing the right thing, doesnt mean its rght. magneto knew killing people and destroying crap is evil. galactus doesnt care about anyone but his self. he has destroyed entire races....thats evil. nah, Galactus is above the notion of good and evil. And Magneto has been both a hero and a villian. Has he killed before? Yes, but so has Punisher, Hulk, Thor, Wolverine and Captain America, yet nobody questions their heroism. True, Magneto believes that what he is doing is for the best of of the world, but so does Dr.Doom. Magneto is a special case, where he never truly does anything for an "evil" reason. In his vision, the ends justify the means (i.e. Wolverine).
  4. Dr.Doom Red Skull Apocalypse I wouldn't classify Galactus or Magneto as villians, but that's just me.....
  5. This past week I was able to get... *Ultimate Nick Fury/Captain America Two-Pack & Elektra/Ronin Two-Pack from Wal-Mart.com (using site-to-store, thus FREE SHIPPING!) *Captain America/Baron Strucker Face-Off from ebay ($12 including shipping) *Spider-Man (Black), Spiral, Adam Warlock & Wolverine (Black) from Target ($15 each) and from a small local comicbook show....... *Ultimate Wolverine (Blue Variant PX Previews Exclusive) ($5) *Spider-Hulk from Spider-Man Classics ($15) all in all a pretty good week
  6. True that!!!! Free health care is for Commies!!!! (lol hahaha)
  7. I just picked up two more Hydra Soldiers to go with my newly acquired Baron Strucker a few days ago. Good thing I was ab le to get them for $9.99 each. I damn sure would not have paid $14.99 for a couple extra army builders........
  8. At last, I found Spiral, Spider-Man (Black Costume), Adam Warlock & Wolverine (Black Variant) at a Target here in Long Island. Yup, tyhe price of this wave and all Marvel Legends has gone up to $14.99. The Hulk FFF BAF wave is now $15.99. The Hulk Movie figures are now $10.99. This is getting a little pricey, I can understand the price of the FFF Wave being $14.99 because they are much bigger figures, but to have HML increase in price by 50% is crazy! I would have assumed that they would have gone up to $10.99 or even $11.99. So it is now going to cost us $90 to build Red Hulk & Nemesis, and $120 to build Ares. Sweet, I can't wait to pay so much more!!!
  9. ahh, so the first series was the movie based line? the second was the re-release of Rhino, Shocker, etc...??? Ok, makes sense. Tarot, did you hear if this was going to include Puma? and/or a few more series' were going to be released with yet to be named figures??
  10. I haven't found them anywhere other than ebay yet. I would wait though, it seems like stores tend to stock up on Spider-Man figs, as he is a high seller with both kids any collectors.
  11. When was Havok ever in X-Force?????? Do you mean in his X-Factor get-up??? That would be cool as a Two-Pack w/Polaris (Jim Lee style)
  12. Silver Sable Winter Soldier Captain America (Barnes) Ulik Mr. Hyde Tiger Shark Enchantress Grim Reaper Night Thrasher Penace Sleep Walker Machine Man Darkhawk Justice Spider-Girl Moonstone Swordsman Radioactive Man Songbird Anti-Venom Menace Jackpot Stingray Executioner U.S.Agent Puck Jubilee Northstar Aurora Hood Mr.Fear Polaris Grey Gargoyle Valkyrie Hellstorm Satana Constrictor Sauron Arnim Zola Blaastar and many more........... (wishful thinking) the only ones I would put money on are Spider-Girl, Winter Soldier/Captain America (Modern), Northstar & Aurora (in a Two-Pack)
  13. Ok, so Series One is out (in some places), now what do we know about Series Two??? The only characters that I have heard about are Tarantula, Juggernaut, Juggernaut (Variant) & another Venom. I thought there was going to be a Puma as well???? Am I hallucinating or did I hear rumors (at NYCC) that there were going to 48 figures in several series for the new Spider-Man Classics line? Does anyone know?? If that is the case, what Spider-Man based figures would you like??? I would go with.......... HEROES Spider-Man (Captain Universe) Spider-Man (Six-Arm) Spider-Man (Negative Zone) Spiders-Man (Earth X) Spider-Man (Fantastic Four/Bag Man) Spider-Ham Jackpot Cardiac Spider-Girl Mary Jane (Modern or McFarlane) Silver Sable VILLIANS Vermin Carrion Jakal Chameleon Anti-Venom Menace Rocket Racer Molten Man Puma Hammerhead Tombstone Morlun Doppelganger Beetle (Classic) Basilisk Boomerang Calypso Silvermane Speed Demon Swarm
  14. I do not think that the BAF are dead. They are only on hold for the time being. I think that the success of this year's BAF line (FFF) and future lines (Red Hulk, Ares & Nemesis) will cause Hasbro to take another look at the possibilities for future BAF. Think about..... Lockjaw Blaastar Strong Guy Rockslide Surtor Nimrod Tri-Sentinel and many more....
  15. Just the Green "Classic" Hulk variant. I have all the rest of them.
  16. Has anyone in the New York (Long Island area) or anywhere in the Northeast come across any Marvel Legends Two-Packs, Red Hulk figs or New Spider-Man Classics?? The only ones I have found were one Wolverine/Forge (which I grabbed) and one Mr.Fantastic/Thing (which I passed). I am not sure if this area is the last to get stuff, which it seemed like with the Hulk FFF Wave. I only saw the FFF wave in stores for about a week, but I was lucky enough to get all eight figures. I am dying to buy all the new figures, but I just can't stand calling (because nobody at Target/Wal-Mart has a clue) and driving around for hours.
  17. Has anyone come across the Classic Hulk in the FFF line? aka the Save Grey Hulk Variant.
  18. what about SHIELD Agents "tact'd out" in their Cape Killer gear????
  19. She seems to fit into that outfit well (lol), maybe she should be tapped to play Frost in X-Men 4??????
  20. True AIM Scientist and Multiple Man would be my top picks.
  21. Someone in a previous post stated that Hasbro is planning on releasing more troop builders in future two-pack waves. So here bears the question, which troop builders need to be done?? AIM Scientist Atlantean Soldier Shi'ar Solder Helfire Club Henchman Reavers Mandroids Kree Sentry Guardsmen Mindless Ones Multiple Man
  22. Pooida, love the FHM spoof. Where did you get it? And, is that chic Jaime Presley or someone else...?
