  1. Well, seeing as it is a Wal-Mart exclusive wave like the Ares wave before it, I would say only Wal-Mart.
  2. I bought the wave today. I live in Waterloo, IL where the Wal-Mart is. We're about 15-20 miles from St. Louis. We are considered part of the Metro-East St. Louis area. My wife is going to throw a fit when she sees the receipt for $100 and change.
  3. I just read the news about this wave showing up at San Diego in time for Comic-Con. It sort of ticks me off if its not available anywhere else.
  4. I got the Hasbro repaint and it is awesome. I just wish her were blue.
  5. hasbro released a black and red version. I saw that on clearance at a local Target. That's the one with the street-lamp? It looked cool. I was surprised by the amount of articulation on a Hasbro ML figure. Is it the same figure just repainted?
  6. Huh, I was hoping that someone would tell me something different. Is the McFarlane/Campbell Spidey re-released in any other form. He seems pricey on-line. I dislike the Ditko era Spiderman, despite my respect for Ditko's work and his historical importance. He reminds me of that aweful 60's cartoon and the Electric Company.
  7. Sorry, for me being new. I have been collecting G.I.Joe since 1982 and have had Star Wars my whole life. I haven't had Marvel figures since I had Mego Spider-man as a kid. I have bought up all the MU 4-inch figures I could find so far. What is the best blue and red costumed Spider-Man figure out there? From Internet pictures, I like the wave 12 McFarlance or Campbell Spider-Man, but I would like to know the pros or cons of others. I want a great Spider-Man figure that could sit on my desk at work or swing through my house.
  8. I was suprised to find overpriced and not seen parts of wave 1 at K-Mart. I was able to pick up Silver Surfer and Daredevil. I also picked up Moon Knight, Union Jack, and Blade at my town's Walmart. I passed on Red Hulk and Hobgoblin. I have not picked up any villains yet. I still haven't decided if I want to do that. I have 20 characters from Wolverine: X-Men Origins and Marvel Universe so far. They look cool all grouped together. I guess if I ever saw Bulls-Eye at retail. I might pick up Green Goblin, Hobgoblin, Hand Ninja, and Red Hulk.
  9. I picked up Cyclops at a local Target and Iron Fist at a Walmart. I almost picked up the chase orange Torch but I don't like the figure much. Will Daredevil and others show up again later? That seems to be how Hasbro is doing its Star Wars and Joe lines.
