  1. I just read all the Pak/Olivetti Skaar stories and I went on eBay and bought the Fin Fang Foom Skaar Son of Hulk. It's a pretty good figure. Worst of all, I'm now inspired to finish my Fin Fang Foom BAF, which will give me all the BAFs to date (Sandman doesn't count)!

Good luck on that. I just completed my Foom last year. The hardest figure to find is The End Hulk. I ended up paying about 90$ just for him.

  2. Have you wondered what a Skrull would look like on that old crappy daredevil mold? well neither did I until I saw pics of the new daredevil, making mine pretty worthless until now!

Honestly that mold is so bad the only thing it's good for is giving a lil diversity to the skrulls!

Thanks for the idea. I gave it a try and it turned out well. Now I find myself looking thru all my other extra bodys to see if I can come up with some other body styles for my Skrull army.

This is a great idea , I hope to find some time this weekend to make my own

  3. oh, I don't know how I forgot. But at Target they had yet another Cap deluxe figure. They're up to #6 now. It's called "Spinning Attack" Captain America, but it really looks like US Agent under the armor thing. I'm such a sucker, because I bought it too. I can't help it. With othe characters I'm like, "why would they have that? that's not from the comics, cartoons, or movies!" But with Cap, I'm just like "whoa, cool!" and I plop down the money.lol

Anyway, keep your eyes peeled for the Cap Deluxe stuff. There are now at least 6 "different" ones.

I saw him the other day too, under his armor he looks like Steve Rogers as "The Captain" his harness looked like it could maybe make a good custom Fixer from Tbolts

  4. 1. Songbird

    2. Swordsman (classic)

    3. Baron Zemo

    4. Modern Hercules

    5. Thunderbolts Juggernaut

    6. Modern Luke Cage

    7. X-force X-23

    8. Redone Scarlet Witch

    9. Moonstone / Dark Ms. Marvel variant

    10. Hawkeye / Dark Hawkeye variant

    11. Ghost

    12. Wasp

    13. Astonishing or modern Cyclops

    14. Cable

    15. AIM trooper

    BAF

    1. New MODOK from red Hulk series

    2. Super Adaptoid

    3. Nimrod

    4. Dragon Man

  5. I saw a X-Force pack in person the other day. Has anyone else noticed that Wolvie's costume (the sculpt and ribbing) looks a lot like his Astonishing outfit? I think it's safe to say that this is the mold we'll get for the next Wolvie.

I opened mine last night, It actually resembles his X-force costume, the gloves and boots. I was gonna pass on this pack, but the Wolvie and deadpool were both new. I havnt dug out my warpath to compare, but he still looked like the previously released version

  6. Went through kmart today to get the kids school clothes and they had all their clearance at taking an extra 50 % off. There was a huge amount of the Ironman Proving Ground 3 pack and there was one Cap 3 pack with a clearance sticker for 13.00. I knew this wasn't right, but decided to try my luck since Kmart had screwed me with their online store like everyone else a while back. The lady price overrided it and I took them home for 6.50. haha suck it kmart

  7. Picked up Falcon and Skaar. Doctor Doom I was glad I could pass on. I wish Falcon had swivel thighs like the Spider-man. Almost bought him just to switch the legs. Also glad that his wings are removable.

Skaar is cool, but desperately needs the OPP leg extensions.

No Doctor Strange, the only other one I want.

    1 Doc Doom

    3 scarlet Spider

    4 Falcon

    2 Skaar

  8. So after my frustrations with Kmart and Cap wave 2, I ordered a case from HTS. The Fed ex shipping says it will be here today. I went in Walmart this morning, and go figure, there is all of wave 2 on the pegs lol. I picked up the Red Skull and Crossbones for customs. I justified the case because my kids can have the doubles of the Caps, with the exception of a few for customs.

The same walmart had new Joe series as well, got Jungle BAT, AWESOME!

Went by local Toysrus and they had Xmen First class packs but the paint was HORRIBLE and the right legs on all the cyclops were warped.

Back to the Cap figures, I think it's funny that there is 3 Walmarts within 15 miles of me (I checked on way home for more wave 2) and none of them until today have even had any single Cap figures at all, and they have all been wave 2 so far. Just thought it was an odd occurance.

  9. Got Captain america deluxe sets of the parachutes and the one with the usagent shield. The Walmart and target i went to had no single pack figures and both store employees (who were both rather helpful I might add) found none in the back.

I checked Kmart website and they have all wave one and two of cap figures (except redskull) up on site. Ordered them site to store and have USAgent, Heroic age cap and Crossbones on way to store to pick up.

They also had the wave 2 thor figs and I have a Destroyer and Hogun on way as well.

All with a 6.99 price tag.

  10. Funny story... 3 weeks ago I was showing my girlfriend the pictures of the figures I was looking for, and she says " Hey I saw that Cable the other day!" AAHHHH! 1st missed chance..

So I come home from work today and she has waiting for me

    Apocalypse

    Gladiator

    1st appearance Wolvie

WWHulk (already had but will exchange)

    WW2 Cap!

and an Ultimate Cap from movie line

She said Meijer had a ton of Captain America stuff but she saw no Winter Soldier. So Cable has eluded me again... for now lol

She also got our kids the Cap movie Masks, really cool, now we are gonn have a Thor and two Captains running around the house!
