  1. I promise to check this soon, I am too busy right now, but glad to see another fine comic from you.
  2. I actually got mine in trade, but it was a kick butt trade as I traded him for an MU Mystique (back when she was HTF). So technically I spent $7. But he is one of my fav marvel legends of all.
  3. Honestly, when big H took over and double the price that was when I became a cherry picker for Legends. I'm not so much for MU (But they haven't had the chance to cover many of the characters). Buy the time the change over happened, Toy Biz had covered a vast majority of my wants anyway. My view is I will always vote with my wallet, and if Hasbro brings the prices too high, I will act accordingly. As for the arguemenst of you have to support, well you can do that, and if things turn sour anyway then what? All that energy and money was for naught.
  4. I just saw wave 2 at wally mart, was debating the stealth mark V but changed my mind, I have too many IM's for my own good.
  5. Actually if you look at the rest of the figs you can see the 3 & 3/4's in front of these, those are the 6 inchers. Also Hasbro hasn't been much for hand articulation since they took the line over. Only a few here and there get it at all.
  6. Awesome as always, really enjoy the set ups and style of your work, keep it coming.
  7. Awesome Job, This is the first time you have done a comic that I had most of the figures (with the exception of Captian Marvel and absorbing man), I am a Defenders nut and love doom too. Anyway Loved Absorbing man's part and the confrintation of Doom and Strange. Keep it coming.
  8. After a longer than expected hiatus, Scale Wars is back!! In this exciting issue: Wrestling champs debate who is the champ. THAT's Why Marvel's sales are down. Deadpool changes clothes. Vader gets mad about editing. Hulk and things that cannot be unseen And the ever popular much much more... http://www.zedsjoesite.com/comic/44/01.html Be sure to check back for updates every weekday Mon-Fri
  9. I'm an MU guy, but I gotta give it to the ML Sentinal. Personal opinion but the ML is more to scale with MU, overall looks better proportioned, and doesn't have the recycled parts. No contest.
  10. an undercoat of light grey or in some cases silver really helps, only painted on fig white in my life but when I did it that way it really worked. Otherwise you would be putting on like 10 coats.
  11. WTF?? I just wasted 30 seconds of my life reading this post. the hunt is when you find out a release date and then you go to a store to find it and purchase it. I dont know if you are JADED or what but it sounds like a personal problem. the thrill is owning and displaying a new figure that just comes out, if you wait on a new figure and its a really good figure then you risk spending a lot more money on a online purchase. Dude, take a pill, there is absolutlely no reason for such an overreaction like that. re-read the initial post again, it sounds like you are not catching what the thread is about.
  12. I try not to be judgemental to anyone, but to me the hunt is a pretty empty reason to collect. I'm not trying to be a snarky dick but I have never found another way to say it. Don't get me wrong there is a certain thrill of finding a hard to find figure in the store finally after searching so much. Thing is that high wears off as soon as you get home and only gets revitalized if you find something else. Really (witht he exception of MU, which I think will be better this year) almost anything can be found at multiple stores all over the place. "The Hunt" is kind of easy when it gets like that. It's hard to get excited about finding common items you also want. Hulkbuster IM was really exciting when I first found him but now he is everywhere, if it was just the hunt I would feel kind of let down now. Really I like characters, sometimes different versions of of certain characters (depends on the character) but that is what drives my collecting anymore. I don't fault anyone for collecting how they want, but I have never understood "the hunt."
  13. Very, very awesome. Great work and an unexpected team up vs. an unexpected team. Kind of reminds me of old school marvel team ups.
  14. There was a platoon series about 4 or 5 years ago from either BBI or 21st century (can't remember off hand). Remembered it a few days ago and put it up there.
  15. Very, very awesome. Great action and engaging dialouge. Love the backgrounds as well.
  16. You know I still haven't seen that, Just not had time and I keep meaning to buy it (It's like $10 now). Anyway I tend to think of his voice as the guy from X-Men Legends 2 myself. But like I said I never saw the Hulk Vs. one.
  17. Very Awsome. Let me add my voice to the great job on DP's dialouge.
