  1. I just picked up Inferno Armor and Subterranean Armor... I think that's the end of the Iron Man movie figures, thank God. I've got all 12 unique armors. I didn't get the Iron Man Hot Zone armor or the Battle Monger because I already had the War Machine armor and the Iron Monger with opening cockpit. I will say, it was a good line.
  2. Just got my Stealth Striker last night. Also picked up a Silver Satellite Armor. Some thoughts: Both figures look really cool. Stealth Strike's backpack is gimmicky, but neat and fits with the theme. The Satellite Armor backpack is pretty cool. Definitely looks better in person than online. Glad I went with the silver instead of the white. The Stealth Strike is a new mold (that they're reusing for Inferno Armor), and it looks very cool. Slightly less posable legs, but nothing bad. He'd look awesome in flight. I'd actually highly recommend both figures.
  3. I think there are actually three molds. There's the base mold (Mark III), which they used for the Mark II, Mark III, Stealth Ops, Cpt. America, Repulsor Red Prototype, Satellite Armor, and the Torpedo Armor. There's the "Flying Mold", which they've used for Stealth Strike, and apparently the Inferno Armor as well. And finally, there's the "Heavy" mold, which is the basis for the Heavy Artillery armor, the Atmospheric Dive armor, and the Subterranean Armor. As for why they do this, it's not at all surprising. Anyone that's collected Transformers knows that Hasbro is notorious for milking a mold for whatever it's worth. They'll recolor and add a few accessories until people stop buying them. Given that it's Iron Man, there are literally limitless potential for new toys, as long as people keep buying them. I'd like to point out that I've spent $50 on Iron Man toys in the last week, and was practically wetting myself when I got the Silver Satellite Armor variant, and the Stealth Striker Armor. God I hate Hasbro. I hate Hot Toys even more though, for making that unbelievably awesome 12" Iron Man cost $160. Bastards!
  4. I'm definitely getting the Subterannean Iron Man and the Inferno Armor Iron Man. The War Machine and Battle Monger armor I'd consider. I'm not 100% sold on those yet.
  5. If I could afford the $160 for this, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Since it's out of the question right now, I'll wait. But in a perfect world, I'd definitely take it.
  6. So I talked to the guy that's selling this item. He found it at Target. I'm offering a bounty of Cost + 50% + Shipping to anyone that finds one and will send it to me.
  7. Definitely more armors. Rhodes as War Machine. Demon In A Bottle. The Mandarin. Justin Hammer. The Armor Wars. Any of those would be fantastic.
  8. Oh snap! Another one just turned up on Ebay! No way I'm missing out on this!
  9. Yup, that's the one. I was SO CLOSE to getting it. I haven't even seen pictures of it listed anywhere else, hence why I asked. I sent an email to Hasbro, but haven't heard back, nor do I expect to.
  10. I'm hoping that someone here can shed some light on this situation... I've been collecting the Iron Man movie figures (Mk I, Mk II, Mk III, Stealth Ops, Silver Centurion, Iron Monger 2, and just ordered the Cpt. America Armor, Silver Satellite Armor, and Torpedo Armor), and I haven't seen anything regarding the Stealth Strike Armor, save a single eBay auction I *almost* won last night. I know the Heavy Artillery and Atmospheric Dive Armor are in Wave 4, but what's up with the Stealth Strike Armor? Thanks!
