  1. Any one heard of this? figurines included with Blu-ray Release. Pre-order at Amazon.com For Transformers they were special version of Hasbro Transformers. But I guess it could be anything with Amazing Spider-Man, since Hasbro don't own Spider-Man -- Added Nevermind found this http://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=202505
  2. Anyone interested in a MOC Masked Darken for $26 shipped in the US? I am about to return it back to the store...
  3. Targets are getting new shipments of wave 2. I saw the entire 6 figures for Arnim Zola in two different Targets. with Masked darken, madame Masque and probably BT spidy (Since I guess someone picked it before I get there). Also Toys R Us has both ladies in stock and they are able to track them. However, you know how they are tracking them? They fold the card on Madame Masque. I saw in one store like 5 Madame Masque all the the card fold at same place. Must be returns from unhappy customers.
  4. Looking at the character line-up, I think this would end up being movie wave. :( Sorry for not reading the original post. They looks like would be some Marvel Legends repaints.
  5. I found a Marvel Legends Back Widow & Winter Solider 2 Pack in TRU yesterday and also seeing quite a few of them on eBay right now. Anyone has some insight? Are these being re-distributed or is TRU just found another pallet sitting in the warehouse?
  6. Found the Black Widow, Hawkeye, and Skrull Soldiers at Walmart This Morning, only pickup the Back Widow. Then I found Ultra Articulated Spider-Man at Target. Finally given in to the 4" lines. These will be the first figures I actually pay full retail price on. Man, the Black Widow head sculpt is even better than prototype pictures on the card. (the picture on the card had huge forehead). and the Super Articulated Spider-Man looks like it have rocker joint at ankle (not 100%, I haven't open it yet). This will work great with crouching pose. But looks like they are actually taken joints out of most of other spider-man figures. so I will probably skip the rest of the line.
  7. So most of the retailers are selling Wave 2 Now. But is that all for the wave 1 figures. I was lucky to get the figures I wanted but I really don't see it on the major retailers for long enough. I am little worry that Hasbro may not have produced enough wave 1 figures to meet the demand. I will hate to see many fans are left out in the cold not able to get their figures at reasonable price. This will not be healthy for the long running of this line if they didn't build enough fan base from the start.
  8. I gave them a bad review on the price on my last Survey and write it on the comment to say only the on sale items are at same price with other retailers regular price. This price change is different from "bump up program" and the change actually came from central, as you can see the price are consistent across price scanners in all stores. I am familiar with the "Bump Up" program and Target have them too. I know a few Target stores that consistently have action figures at $2~$3 more expensive than the other stores. For TRU, It's just that many stores have not refresh their price label yet. You can still get them to adjusted until then. I was getting some figures last Friday with BOGO 50% and ask them to adjust the price to honer the label but she said it was already Special priced and will not do it on top of the sales. So it is depend on the person when it come to an on sale item. I know I had no problem getting price adjusted to match label on regular priced items.
  9. The New Spider-Man Classic Heroes 6" figures from Hasbro that are still available in store now actually have a very nice new mold. They are a little shorter than the ToyBiz ones but actually more in scale (isn't Peter Parker is like 5'9" and not 6' like all the other Super Heroes). I also like the Movie Spider-Man from the first Movie if you are going to the realistic look
  10. Two of Wal-Mart stores I check regularly actually are shirking their Toy aisles. Only thing new is Thundercats 6". I doubt I will ever see them in those two Wal-Mart.
  11. As Toys R US Exclusive, Once they are off the toysrus.com the availability is very subjective to your area. But for the time they were available on Toysrus.com, I thought most of people was able to get them. It sucks for International collectors, As these 2 packs were never sold with at clearance price on-line that why they cost so much more on eBay. (all previous 2-packs were permanently reduce to $18 at some point). I believe the variants and regular was done about 50/50 on these sets but I not 100%. Right now, both the red Deadpool and Black Widow (black version) are still in high demand. The Deadpool pack didn't even last that long on-line either and I also never saw the red version in stores. I was lucky enough get them on the initial Toysrus.com stock and that was about it.
  12. really? But when they came out once the stock catch up with the demands they were at Toys R US everywhere. at $30/$35 each It wasn't like they were flying off shelves. Deadpool pack was much harder to find. I remember you were able to use the Iron Man 2 Coupon on them but that was about it. They were sold out in a few months and none ever hit the clearance.
  13. I said this before and I will said it again. the new MU Sentinel has a good style design, but Hasbro can't even find a way to hide the cut joints on its waist and below the knees on a robot? You can't compare to the ML version when you pose them.
  14. 3.75" Comic version HulkBuster isn't bad, just need bigger feet (like the classic comic Iron Monger). so it's 1 out of 3 for me.
  15. Because Hasbro just made a helmet for Heavy Artillery Iron Man and call it Hulkbuster.
  16. This is neither. Marvel Adventures Iron Man: Armored Avenger is actually a comic books line, just search Amazon.com. Hasbro is doing this to get away from exclusive Movie Line, so now they can be available from all retailers.
  17. The open cockpit one is better. The Legs for the first one is not really poseable due to the action feature. Although the open cockpit one has no neck joints.
  18. Wal-Mart should be responsible for this, not Hasbro. Wal-Mart have no idea what they are selling. For them all Iron Man figures are the same. They just ordered too much of Mark V (probably from mark VI and War Machines sale numbers). The Mark IV probably have been sitting in the warehouse. on the other hand there wasn't enough war machine to go around. I am sure there is tons of people who hasn't seem the 6" war machines.
  19. Now available on line, Iron Man 2 Movie 6" Mark IV at Walmart.com Happy Holidays!
  20. I keep the comics for the ones I still have the figures. but you can have this one X-Men # 7 (Omega Red) with card back Just send me a self addressed envelope (or stamps) I have others but looks like you are not looking for them.
  21. Happen to click on the links and Iron Man Subterranean Armor and Battle Monger are available again. Not on sale anymore but it there if you want it still. Don't show up on the search yet so good thing I save the links. Here is to find my saved links
  22. The usually reward is $5 for every $150 eligible purchases. The eligible purchase dollar is 1 to 1 for regular priced items and 50% of discounted items (any type of discount applied to regular price). so you can look at it's as roughly 3.3% cash back. you only get $5 for every $150 and forfeit any dollar points that not did not reach the next $150 every 3 month. You do get some coupons with it when ever get the $5 send to you but usually on the items I don't buy. They also spree out the $5 reward so you usually have to spend the first one before the second one arrive but there is no limitation that you can not combine reward dollars as long as they did not expire. You can track the progress on line. I think there is a 10% or 20% off on your first purchase when you sing-up in store. but this is one time only unless you are planning on singing-up every time you make a purchase. By the way, Toys R Us did up the cash back to 10% from now til Dec 24 and not limited to every $150. So it is a good time to get the reward card if you don't have it already. On the side note: that last Marvel legends Purchase was counted toward Nov for me instead of Oct which mean 10% cash back on my last purchase. - 11/05/2010
