  1. Huh. I really expected Cap and Iron Man (mk 85) to be anchors in the third Endgame wave. I could still see that happening with this as a 'prepaint' if this version had a little more battle damage deco and keeping the unmasked head and Mjilonir as exclusive accessories. Let the 'mass line' release be 'clean' have just the helmeted head with broken shield and that'd be a (grudgingly) acceptable approach.
  2. Okay, so I'm seeing an alt hand for the Apocalypse BaF, the Wakandan mask Killmonger stole in Black Panther and Squirrelpool. Anyone else spot anything else? I'm guessing they'll do the Apocalypse hand like they did the alternate Onslaught head and they could pop Squirrelpool in anywhere, but does that mask mean we might get Killmonger in his tactical suit?
  3. Like everyone else has said, either of these waves would be super sweet but personally I'm pulling for the X-Men Apocalypse wave - need that Wolverine, Psylocke and at least one Multiple Man for my Mutant Genesis era Legends shelf! Thanks for the great contest - between this and the YouTube contest, you must be swimming in extra Legends right now!
  4. Fingers crossed we do get some Legends-compatible figures out of NECA, but I would think it very odd for Hasbro to allow such a thing given they have the master license for Marvel action figures. Still, if it increases the chances of a Squirrel Girl I can put in my display then I'm all for it!
  5. Well seeing as I missed the brief window of BBTS having them on order guess I'll try my luck with HTS... and then end up paying a ton more on eBay that fails... Fingers crossed for us all!
  6. I'm going to go with Face Off Hulk as well - good hefty size, great sculpting, nice paint. Only downside would be the very 70's hair style and lack of ab articulation, but that's an acceptable trade-off for me.
  7. If crazy-weird Samuel L. Fury is the price we have to pay to get 616 Agent Coulson, then that's a price I'm willing to pay :) It is nice to see the Super Soldier outfit in use though - I like that design and don't mind it being spun off like "The Captain" outfit was spun off into USAgent.
  8. I'm extremely excited to see Miles getting a figure relatively soon in the life of the character - I really want to add him to my Ultimate shelf - but given the picture shown so far, I'm underwhelmed with the execution of it. As everyone has said, the body is totally wrong for the character (it looks more like 616 Spider-Man wearing Ultimate Spider-Man's costume) and that head really looks weird and off-model to me. Wonder if this is going to be our Spidey for Wave 3?
  9. Sheesh, these guys are out already and yet they won't tell us who's in the rest of wave 3? Wonder how long we'll have to wait for the next series then? Hope I'll be able to get those running changes/variants nice and easy!
  10. We all saw the Legends scale Avengers figures back at SDCC and I believe there was some sort of talk of different retailers having a different member of the team as their exclusive figure but I didn't see any mention of them through Toy Fair. There seem to be some what looks like limited articulation 6-inch figures coming out but does anyone know anything further about proper Legends-style Avengers? The pessimist in me wonders if we won't have to wait until the DVD release timeframe like we did with Cap and Thor... Thanks crew!
  11. As long as I gets me a USAgent! Wave 2 preordered as well. Hope the running changes do happen and aren't too much of a pain to get when they happen!
  12. I'm all in favour of more toys but I can't see this happening anytime soon. It seems more likely to me that they'd want to firmly re-establish Legends as a brand before looking at any expansion into seperate Classics lines. Personally I think I'd rather have more Legends and use the characters that would otherwise anchor their own lines to help ensure the longevity of the core Legends line.
