  1. Hackers took it down. The site owner can't get it back up. Seems to be gone for good. Very sad about that.
  2. Awesome. I can't wait for them to go on HTS.com Monday and get mine!
  3. Yes, people majorly overchange on eBay for ML figures and the majority of the figures go unsold, especially the more "rare" ones that are priced for $80. The only figure I've seen sell every time is the X-Men Classics Bobby Drake figure. Otherwise, they don't sell and just keep relisting them. I think a lot of the eBayers may be retarded, because I've seen figures on there for six months without selling, yet stay at the same price. I too started collecting ML late and had to build most of my collection via eBay and my local comic shop. Luckily, I found a collector in my area who was selling his entire collection (as singles) for cheap prices because he wanted them to move quickly. I bought a ton off him and without shipping, too!
  4. I've seen loose partial collections go for $2,000 or $3,000. You may have to leave it up for a while, though, to find someone wanting to dive headfirst into the line. I'd wait to sell any until fall when the new packs come out and after the SDCC news. It'll probably get a lot of reinterest in the line.
  5. There's no way you'll get $900 for those. Most of those are common figures. Your best bet really is trying to sell them individually on eBay.Good luck, though!
  6. I saw one set of these once in the fall, purchased them, and didn't see anymore until last week.
  7. I saw one set of these once in the fall, purchased them, and didn't see anymore until last week.
  8. And there's still some time left. He'll probably go for $60!
  9. So he was loose without hte BAF part? I actually want both the figure and the part.
  10. Oh, I'm definitely going to be patient. Was the one you got from eBay carded? I really don't care about actually opening the package, but I want the BAF piece, too. I haven't seen the BAF piece by itself either.
  11. http://www.amazon.com/Marvel-Legends-Exclu...3646&sr=8-1 Amazon is even less reasonable! Seriously, who would pay nearly $200 for it?
  12. Did you sell them on eBay for a lot? I think I got rid of one on eBay. Probably didn't go for more than 20-25. Sold the other at cost and I think traded another for something else. I run marvellegends.info so back when MLs were coming out and I stopped being a completist I just bought them, took scans and pics for my site then made them available here on the boards. Why do you ask? You're a good man! I love to see when collectors help out other collectors not for monetary gain, but just because they know the other person enjoys the hobby as much as themselves.
  13. I'm definitely not buying it for $150! The most I'd pay would be $30-$40. For $150, I could buy the entire wave (even the variants) of a lot of the older Toy Biz ML BAF waves!
  14. Was this figure ridiculously shortpacked or something? The only carded one on eBay is a "Buy It Now" for $150! http://cgi.ebay.com/CROSSBONES-MARVEL-LEGE...=item5638eff3eb I want to finish the BAF, but damn!
  15. I have both the unmasked and masked versions of this figure. The waist on the masked version is fine; however, the waist on the unmasked version is ridiculously loose. I display my figures, so it's not a big deal, though, as it'll hold as long as it's against something solid.
  16. - Jim Lee Jean Grey - Morph (very easy to do; reuse the Jim Wolverine body and put new hands and a head on it, then include a coat) - Iron Patriot (with Norman Osborn head) - Extremis Iron Man - Bucky Cap - Winter Soldier - Phallanx - Warpath (with X-Force variant) - FA Storm
  17. Thanks for the pics! I'm glad to be proven wrong! That Doom looks pretty sweet. I hope these come out pretty soon. The third wave was supposed to ship this month according to BBTS.com, but it's getting kinda late for that.
  18. Yeah, it does seem fishy. I'll give someone the benefit of the doubt, but it's strange that he hasn't been able to post the pic in five hours. I really want that Wasp pack-in to exist, though!
  19. If this is for real, that's awesome! With the Nightcrawler inclusion, we'll have a pretty decent early '80s X-Men team. Was there a Wasp pack-in with anything? Hasbro was hinting at that...
  20. I got one off Ebay for $20 recently. I was monitoring auctions for a bit, though, before I saw the deal. Besides an Ultimate Giant Man (with Wasp pack-in), I don't see there being any demand for these. The heavy hitters have already been released.
