What unannounced figures are you looking forward to?
ransomz replied to ransomz's topic in Marvel Legends Figure Discussion
Deathbird has been on my list for a long time. Now that we have Corsair and Ch'od I really want to add to my space based X-Men characters. Deathbird, D'Ken, Hepzibah and Raza Longknife are at the top of my list. Of course I also need a Power Princess to finish up the Squadron Supreme. I suspect she'll be snuck into Hasbro's next 5 pack. -
Another Marvel Legends Reveal Next Tuesday (5/30)?!?

Thor was totally going to kick that guy's ass, right until Gamemaster pulled the plug. -
Well you see, this is exactly what I think they should be doing with their Pulse page. They should be selling uniquely packaged items there like just the Sky Cycle. The only products they've had on Pulse are the same things I can buy on Amazon or anywhere else. Some people would buy multiple Sky Cycles for their none-flying Avenger characters.

I'll be pre-ordering them. That Destroyer is a must have. Generally I don't get multiple versions of characters, but that Thor looks really good. Updating Hawkeye is going to be nice and that cycle looks pretty cool. I'm still hoping Vision gets the deluxe treatment because I'm just not satisfied with what we've gotten so far.

Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania Hits Disney+ On May 17, 2023

Based on all the negative comments I read on the internet, I guess I'm in the minority on this, but I liked the movie and am looking forward to watching it again. -

That's some good news. Hopefully they stay awhile. -

I am surprised we haven't gotten any more Iron Man villains. I doubt that he has any movies coming up, what with him being dead, but I would think Iron Man could carry a whole wave, with four or five of his interesting nemeses. -
For me, it's Clea. Hasbro has been doing a bang-up job lately with the quality of the Marvel Legends. I am quite happy. They got off to a bit of a rocky start but have found their groove. I'd really like a comic book version of Clea. I got pretty excited when Charlize Theron popped up at the end of Dr. Strange 2. That series has had some great casting. I've enjoyed both and am looking forward to 3. No, I don't work for Disney. I just like the MCU in general and Dr. Strange in particular. I'm waiting patiently to see what they are going to do with Clea. I assume Hasbro is going to give me a comic accurate Clea. I'm even daring to hope for a deluxe figure.

I am really liking the deluxe, definitive versions of these Marvel legends. Yes, I used lower case. Obviously the Marvel Legends isn't limited to the legendary characters, thank goodness. I'm hoping to get more Savage Land characters in the near future. Sauron was a great start but he's getting lonely. I digress. I am all in on the 60th Anniversary line.

Frost Giants are always the first thing that pop into my mind too. I'd also like a limbo dimension set - Sym, Belasco, Goblin Queen, some random demons. I realize this would be more of a 5 pack thing, but if it came with some kind of throne room play set maybe it would be an appropriate candidate for Haslab.

One of the main reasons I would want it to be Giantman is because of the extras he would come with. I would think the tier releases would be well done, classic figures. Classic Wasp, obviously. Miniature versions of Antman and Wasp. Maybe some kind lab set. I like the idea of Jarvis. Maybe an obscure, old school villian.

New Marvel Legends Classic Luke Cage
ransomz replied to JayC's topic in Marvelous News's General Area
I actually like that they mix up the articulation a bit. Makes the characters feel a little more unique. Cage isn't known for his ninja skills. The question for him would be, how does he look in action poses like punching Rhino or lifting a car. Now if he's going to be in a 2-pack with a classic Iron Fist, which I'd be all for, I'd want Iron Fist to be highly posable. On a side-note, I think Netflix really swiffed it by not doing something with Power Man and Iron Fist as a duo. Hopefully Disney+ fixes that. I'd like a live action show with the two of them opening Heroes for Hire. They could open the show with Danny recapping his adventures in K'un-Lun to their new receptionist. It would be a brief summary of the second season of Iron Fist that didn't happen. She doesn't believe him but is humoring him. Maybe Cage mentions running a nightclub for a bit. Otherwise, they can just pretend Netflix never happened and get on with some new stories. -
