  1. Saw some of the playmotion figures at a Ross store. They had Falcon and Ultron bot and Hulkbuster. They were 5 bucks. Thought about getting the bot and Falcon (just for his wings)
  2. I'm just starting to see the Yondu wave regularly. Count your blessings there are still being found at retail at all.
  3. At this point there's no real excuse from Hasbro-- the line is niche at retail and having character holdovers like that is bizarre. Remember when Troll was the character of the package before the design changeover? Yeah.... Hasbro really was trolling fans.
  4. Decided I was willing to pay 14.99 for Laser so I bit the bullet and also got Rage for 12.99. I'll look for the others at retail.
  5. I stand by "wasted spot" for that version of Hyperion. He's a team character and if there's no intention to make even half of that team.. why bother? He's also an obscure version of that character. I say the same thing about Colossonaut. If they aren't going to give us the rest of the Phoenix 5, why bother? It truly is a wasted spot. The only reason to do a character like that is if the design is contemporary and still relevant by the time the character gets released (like Thordis or Falcon Cap)...but when years or even a decade has gone by since that look was relevant and is not considered "classic" by the fans... again, why bother? Hydroman has no legs! (I think I'm okay with it)
  6. http://stores.ebay.com/yaksanage-store/_i.html?rt=nc&_sid=1010200764&_sticky=1&_trksid=p4634.c0.m14&_sop=10&_sc=1 I like Rogue and still can't believe they wasted a spot Supreme Power Hyperion...its a joke. (although I do like the black costume Hyperion, but I'm not going to go out of my way to get one.)
  7. That sounds correct. Starlord is being packed with the Gamora which looks to be the same as the single carded one..... soooo why am I going to buy the single-carded one?
  8. Oh nice. Time to snatch up an extra Rocket to do him in white trim.
  9. Still have not seen comic packs in the wild. Did see a Yondu and Triton at TRU.
  10. What about a base for a Netflix Daredevil. Just give him an MU DD head.
  11. Found Black Pnather and Spiderman Noir at TRU. Was going to get Spiderman but scanned him and he rang up at 12.99. I looked at this solitary figure with no accessories of a character I don't even care about..... promptly put it back on the shelf. (ETA:) Did end up getting the 12inch Spiderman vs. Sinister 6 Titan scale Sandman... cost? 10.99. (The new figures have ball shoulders and hips which is nice)
  12. I don't mind the Thor too much although he looks like he's wearing a unitard. (I see the production figure is supposed to have a loin cloth and that will help.) It's not a figure I'm at all interested in. Jan Thor looks really good though.
  13. I think he looks pretty good. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Marvel-Universe-2016-Falcon-SAM-WILSON-Captain-America-3-75-Loose-Action-Figure-/262248147892 Double knees, swivel ankles and elbows. Head looks a little pinched though.
  14. Jeeezie weezie- 100 for that lot? Half the figs aren't even complete.
  15. I'm intrigued by the mini-mashers. If the heads are compatible are with the larger figures its kind of genius.
  16. It's interesting... http://www.hasbro.com/en-us/product/ultimate-spider-man-vs-the-sinister-six-green-goblin-6-in-figure:68AD5C1E-5056-9047-F50F-6D14807E8C8E This Ultimate Green Goblin is listed as 6 inches and is part of the same line. It also looks to have ball shoulders and elbows.... which is cool. Also... the other retread with the Yondu wave is..... Spiderman House of M? Whaaaaaaaaaaa? http://www.hasbro.com/en-us/product/marvel-legends-3-75-in-spider-man:63EB5D2B-5056-9047-F5D8-FB03E8478C62
  17. Saw Captain Marvel pop up on Ebay today. Yeah, that head might look decent on the old MU female buck. But not on the current one.
  18. He looks good, right? I don't think I need a third version of that sculpt, but that is nice.
