Big Lots has the second wave of Spiderman 2 figures. Picked up Green Goblin and translucent Electro. They also had the Marvel Mashers for 5 if anyone was into those.

Ebay seller Sinodolls has Thor movie Sif and Heimdall figures--loose, no accessories for sale right now. 9.99 buy it now with free shipping or auctions with 4.99 shipping. I got both yesterday for about 6 bucks each (didn't see the buy it now listings until after I bid.).

I like that set because I see it as a project. I'm going to add arms and leg articulation to Ultron. Probably just hips, shoulders and elbows.

Got my HTS shipment today... glad I'm an opener because those packages were ROUGH. Love gray Beast...but man.. a wait joint of some kind and a hinge neck would have been great. (I may mod him to have a hinge neck) I got Sandy Sandman (reg. is in my pile of loot at BBTS) and his torso is a bit loose (I've heard people having that complaint), it's because the arms are too heavy. Masterson Thor is nice. It actually makes me want to put together an Infinity Gauntlet scene with the appropriate figures.

Saw remnants of the newest two waves at TRU (Big Time Spidey and Hawkeye) ALMOST got Spidey, just to get him. I was shocked that they were still 9.99. It's crazy that Target and TRU can have a 25% price difference with TRU being the cheaper one.

Thunderstrike looks... crappy honestly. I may wait until Rodimus gets his hands on it and casts the head, jacket and mace. I do like armored Dare Devil... but I've always liked that outfit and the sculpted details on this figures are well done.

Broke down and bought Black Cat from China. She's only 13 which is probably cheaper than what I would pay at retail now with sale tax and price hikes.

I kind of hate myself for doing it.. but I did the preorder. There's enough figures in this wave that I want, that I don't want to have to try hunting. (But I will say... I'm watching ebay auctions from China like a hawk and if I can get Sandman, Bishop and Blackcat for 15ish each, I'll call it a day and cancel the pre-order)

My target had two pegs. One at 10.99 that had wave one of MI and one peg that was empty and read 12.99. Both were was marked "Marvel 3.75."

Always look on the bright side of life... If life seems jolly rotten There's something you've forgotten... I found the Pop Vinyl Howard the Duck today, and I can't help but think that the body is perfect for a MU scale Howard. I just need to figure out what to use for a head. What about an Ace Duck head from TMNT? Too big? I also can't imagine there's not a Donald Duck PVC figure out there that would work as well with some mods.

Are you in the US? Because Kmart hasn't stocked MU for about 3 years now. I'll have to check there more often. Yeah, this was in SoCal. I was surprised as well.

Say a Deathhead at Kmart... it was the only MU figure they had.

Found the Avengers cartoon tie-in figures at Ross. I picked up Black Widow and Leader (for trade).

That's cool. Looks like an appropriate size. Any chance the head is removable easily? I want to do a comic head version.

How soon? It took over two weeks to get my last package from a China seller.

If you don't mind bootlegs.... LOTS of Chinese sellers are selling 7inch Groots based on the ML mold-average about 12$. I hope that when the comic based one comes out next year in the boxed set- someone casts the head and I'll have a comic Groot for that shelf.

If it hasn't come up yet, Thor 2 figs are at Big Lots. it looks store are getting in like one case each. I lucked into finding another Dark Elf today. It was funny since I was at the same Big Lots three days ago and they had no Thor figs at all. 8$

Thought I should mention that I found wave 1 of MI at a Ralph's Grocery store in LA county. Ralph's is part of the Kroger chain so check their toy sections. If they sell through wave 1 (I did my part by buying the lone Wasp figure :), stores like these are seemingly more likely to get the big store passed over or small ordered waves (like the Red She-Hulk wave) and the refresher cases that might have variants,etc. Price was 9.99.

I picked up Go Go and Honey Lemon from Big Hero 6 at Target (8.99). They had all of them but I didn't feel like spending that much so I got the girls they seemed like they potentially would be the hardest to find later. Go Go has decent articulation but it can be hard to stand her up because of where her wheels snap on to her lower calves. Honey Lemon lacks a lot of articulation but its not too hard to stand her up. Her purse does kind of hang awkwardly off her shoulder... she also comes with a accessory that I can't figure out where it goes. It kind of looks like a lampshade on one side.
