  1. you should have said something about those the other day bro, I've got those wings too lol
  2. I don't get on here too often, but from what I've seen lately in here, you guys are doing a great job. I'm loving these customs lately...makes me wanna sell off some of mine so I'll have room to make more lol.
  3. dellamorte, I made a pyro custom a while back and found captain marvels head to work perfectly. there are pictures of my custom here in the custom thread and some over at OPP
  4. looks really good.. i did something like that a while ago, i like yours way better thanks powerman :)
  5. Finally got around to making a more modern looking mu ghost rider. I mixed the mu version with the super hero showdown version and voila! More pictures can be found over at O.P.P.
  6. dang that Hulk head is perfect... if I could paint worth a damn I would be using that too OPP is starting to offer head painting as well, done by Legend if I'm not mistaken. Head over to the site for more info!
  7. I'm working on making a show accurate (or close to accurate) Avengers: EMH Black Panther. Here's a shot of the head so far. It still needs some tweaking, and I gotta get working on the body, but I hope you guys dig it!
  8. here is one of my entries for the april challenge over at OPP. More pictures and the recipe can be found over on the site.
  9. Here is my custom 90's era Wolverine. More pics and the recipe can be found over at O.P.P.
  10. I think it was a Friday and Sat. sale only Darn, I wanted to get a few more figs for customs. Forgot to post but I managed to snag these up on Friday. No MU's unfortunately. you lucky lucky man...I haven't even seen the previous wave and you've got two guardian snake eyes :( lol, sweet haul
  11. I would love to be able to do that, but the only store in town here that carries joes is target and they haven't restocked since the wave with dusty in it. Toys R us has them too, but they haven't had any stock since christmas :(
  12. not exactly a hasbro haul, but I did get some cast heads in the mail done by our own amazing Onyx. I picked up a zombie head and a Hulk head. The pictures don't do these things justice, in hand they're perfect. When the new hulk figure comes out in that three pack, he'll be getting a nice new (perfect) head thanks to Onyx :)
  13. I actually like the look of the mu hulk with the movie parts better than the movie hulk with mu parts....now if only I had those movie hulk parts lol.
  14. i think it looks great comacaz, well done :)
  15. personally I use testors model masters acryl paints...any good acrylic paint will do, so long as it's not the cheap walmart craft paints or anything. You don't always have to prime your figures, though it can help greatly depending on the color you want to lay down. Remember to use multiple thin coats when painting, it gives a smoother look and better coverage when you're done. I haven't sealed any figures or used spray paint, but there are tons of really great tutorials on the net when it comes to painting figures. Good luck with your first custom, and always remember, there are a lot of really great customizers on here and over at O.P.P. that are always willing to offer advice :)
