well, I don't really care if somebody gets offended, as long as the post in question was not made to disrespect any one else or their beliefs, I am fine with it. Say for example, religion. OKAY: I do not believe in God, and I do not think that Christianity should be part of our government. NOT OKAY: I do believe in GOD, and anyone that does not is stupid. and then politics OKAY: I like Goerge Bush and I am glad that he won, I think he is doing a fine job. NOT OKAY: thank goodness that Bush won because otherwise we would be under the rule of crazy liberals! Disagreements are fine. Attacking, insulting, and disrespecting are not acceptable methods of posting.

AGAIN^ this is no time to try to put the blame on others. If anyone found themselves being offended and fighting back instead of turning away, its their fault. If anyone found themselves being ANYTHING other than completely objective towards other people's opionions, its their fault. If anyone ever disrespected another person's beliefs, its their fault. I could go on and on. And I don't think I saw a SINGLE person participate in any of those discussions who can escape the blame. A lot of us would like to think we were innocent in this matter, but it is that type of thinking that caused the problems.. The entire "I am right" type of attitude is the culprit. I wasn't innocent, and I won't claim to be, or try to come off here like I was. The GD forums will be back, and if you can't live with it, don't even come inside that particular forum.

you did twice as much arguing as everyone else way to change face. and im not glad its gone. i for one think the GD should be back just no more discussuions of politics and flaming one another. keep a tight lip on it, but otherwise we lose points to spend so much time here. thats a place i can go to read some of the funnier news in the world, or see pics of tom making a fool of himself. its a place where we all got to really know each other. and i wish there'd be some sort of substitute for the lack of the room. whoa there.. although it may be true, this is not the time to be pointing fingers at other people. You know, that whole glass house thingy.. None of us should be throwing stones. This is a time to try to prove that we are able to have a GD forum. I am hoping that we can get it back, but we won't if we are bickering about why it got canned. Trust me, there is plenty of bickering going on inside the Mod Forum about this topic @lol@.. I am whining for all of us @loll@ I want the GD forum back too

well, obviously we were not doing a job worthy of thanking. If we were, the GD area would still be up and running. We failed you, and for that I am sorry.

I was gonna mention that :) ask Naz how he got to be a mod... and how we got Darthjoe his job as mod.

bah! I do check the forums like 5 times a day! moving is over, and I was only away 11 days because my DSL wasn't hooked up yet.. and with school I might only miss a day here and there, but even that is rare. hell, since the move over to TNI, I am one of the only original era members who didn't take a break!
