  1. I would say the resets are coming soon as I've seen a mix of Marvel Legends Terrax and Arnim Zola waves at Target. I was able to grab Hope and Big Time Spider-Man within a week of each other. Also seeing a few new MU's: Hulk, Beast, Spider-Man and Beta Ray Bill.
  2. Finally found Wave 1 at a Walmart and a Target here in SoCal. It is true that Constrictor, Klaw and Iron Man are shelf warming like crazy. I did find Thor when I passed by the return desk at Walmart. I was hoping it would still be there when I got out of the restroom and it was so now I have Thor. Looking for Wave 2 in store because I refuse to pay those ridiculous prices on ebay, tru or amazon. A pox on those people on ebay that are selling these figures loose, no BAF piece for $20.
  3. I work retail and when a price differential like that happens the procedure is to give it to the customer for the price on the label or if it rings up cheaper then it's that price. If a manager was giving someone crap you should call corporate. They have to stand by their prices.
  4. Do want the Spider-Man "Big Time" & Future Foundation outfits. Madame Masque, Lady Hydra, the Wrecking Crew and Thor.
  5. Did they (Target) get rid of their collectibles policy? That's good to know I could just ask in electronics about ML's.
  6. Picked up Marvel Universe - Dr. Doom, Ultron and Absorbing Man @ Target when they were on sale for $6.99 last week.
  7. Running changes would be easy. Think about it like this: Initial release has, say, Thunderball. Every two months another Wrecking Crew member is introduced but not to the exclusion of the previous member so while there's a new WC in the case (Bulldozer for ex) Thunderball isn't completely gone for another two months. Lather, rinse, repeat. Now the only thing that will completely fudge this is the usual backroom shenanigans. I know these shenanigans as I worked at Target once and I can't begin to tell you the number of times I would find the rare/chase/variant figures stockpiled in the back. I would "liberate" them from their false prisons at every opportunity! LOL.
  8. Went into Target this morning and they had the new Batman 6 inch: Joker, Mr. Freeze, Batman & Gordon two pack. No Marvel Universe besides the 2 packs like Dr. Doom and Absorbing Man. Marvel Universe, Spider-Man and Star Wars were still bare from the BOGO free offer. They had the new Young Justice Aretemis 6 inch but at $20 that's a pass ditto for the smaller scale figs which are $10. I didn't get anything except the new Batman: Brave and the Bold Season 2 Part 1 dvd which was $14 and Super which was an amazing $9!
  9. I didn't go to Target today because I totally misread the ad! Ah, well. I did stop in at an Albertsons to get some soda and they had a WWHulk. It was $10. A little too pricey for me.
  10. It's not that Hasbro doesn't care about Marvel Legends it's that they don't have experience with 6" inch figures. All their lines are 3 3/4". That was their plan when they got the license for Marvel: to make everything 3 3/4". They only put out a few 6" so the line wouldn't be abandoned right off the bat.
  11. For female characters I would like to see a mix of redone and new figures. So how about this: 1) Invisible Woman 2) Rogue 3) The Wasp (Secret Invasion outfit) 4) Songbird 5) Moonstone 6) Troll (probably a long shot) 7) Sif 8) Jubilee (vampire version) 9) Mockingbird 10) Mary Jane Watson
  12. If Hasbro really wanted to kick off the relaunch of Marvel Legends right (and win back customers like me) here's how to do it: Marvel Legends Series 1 (relaunch) Captain Rogers Hawkeye - variant Ultimate Hawkeye Deadpool (X-Force colors) BuckyCap - variant Winter Soldier Magneto Thor (Modern) - variant Hela's Curse Thor BAF Thanos Three variants which stand out from their "normal" counterparts and a BAF that everyone would want. Make the price point reasonable at around $12 and it's all good.
  13. Went to Target late today (4pm) and found Red Skull and BuckyCap. They had a USAgent but I'm short on funds until this Wednesday so I had to pass on him. Still no Destroyer in either 3 3/4" or 8". I'm going to another Target tomorrow and a Wal-Mart so maybe I'll have better luck then.
  14. Went out around noon today to get some catfood and gardenhose nozzles from Target and wandered into the toy aisle where I found Crossbones on the peg. There was nothing else there but a couple of Thor's hammers and some Transformers: DOTM stuff. I was really surprised to find Crossbones today. What luck!
  15. Picked up: Marvel Universe: Apocalypse Marvel Universe: Gladiator
  16. went grocery shopping today and on the way home stopped in at Target and found Wave 13 Apocalypse and Gladiator. They also had 1st Appearance Wolverine, Spider-Woman and new armor Iron Man. Captain America wave 1 was also there + the deluxe figures. Target did a reset of the action figure aisle so there's more Transformers, Star Wars and Marvel stuff.
  17. @TrevSterr881 - you're welcome! Also I forgot to Honorably Mention the Face Off Hulk (showing teeth), McFarlane Spidey and Genis-Vel (Captain Marvel variant). The Face Off Hulk (with the teeth) reminds me so much of the Buscema Hulk covers of the 1970's....AWESOME!
  18. I'll check out the youtube video later, but for now here's my ML Top 10: 1) Captain America (Face Off) 2) The Destroyer (Thorbuster Iron-Man variant) 3) Juggernaut (Series 6) 4) Dragonman (Fantastic Four Classics) 5) Kitty Pryde w/Lockheed (Giant-Man Wave) 6) Hawkeye (Series 7) 7) Astonishing Wolverine 8) Dr. Strange 9) Iron Man (Series 1 pointy face plate variant) 10) Baron Zemo Honorable Mentions: Marvel Monsters Box Set Abomination Green Goblin (unmasked variant) Hercules (Blob wave) Nick Fury (Series 5) Angel (Sentinel wave)
  19. Ralphs is another supermarket to check out as I've found: Havok, AIM soldier and Colossus there.
  20. Am I correct in assuming the two Iron Man 6" are "open" without a bubble protecting them? If so it's going to be hard finding ones that haven't been ripped halfway out of the package or that have pieces missing. On a completely unrelated note I went into Target today and found several figures from DC Universe Classics Wave 10 (which was a Walmart exclusive). I scanned them to check the price and they came up. I picked up: Black suit Batman and Forager. They also had Power Girl from Wave 10 and a Red Superman from Wave 2! Happy Hunting! The 2 that have no bubble are 8 " figs not 6". The 3 pack in the picture are 6" figs. Ah, ok. I see the 8" on the package now. Thank you.

  22. I don't think so Tim.... Paying that much for him would be foolish. If you wait long enough the price will go down. Want an example? Here you go: In the last few ToyBiz Marvel Legends auctions I've bid on I've won them at low prices. X-23 (black costume) $0.99 + shipping = $3.00 Modok variant lot (Wasp red, Genis-Vil, Julia Carpenter Spider-Woman and white costume Moon Knight) $40.00 altogether single carded red Wasp $10.00 Wait another two years and the price for Ronan will even out. It's happening right now with DCU wave 10. Just remember be patient and don't over pay.
  23. Isn't that Phoenix originally from Marvel Legends 6? Fun fact: Going through and organizing my collection found that I ended up with multiples of that ML6 Green Phoenix. I remember buying two the others must have been gifts.
  24. BigBadToyStore is good. I ordered a DCU Wave 9 Vigilante from them and got it within a weeks time (that's including Sat & Sun)! I did have a bad experience with ToyRocket on eBay. I won a Muppets Sweetums and two Marvel Legends from them and it took almost a month to get it even though I paid as soon as the auction ended. I could just chalk it up to them being overwhelmed but still.
  25. Cool! I'm on youtube, as well. As (wait for it): GreatGarloo. lol. I'm a master at thinking up new names I am.
