  1. :( I tried to get it one or two days after the deadline! Go to any comic cons in Chicago if Marvel is there. Just like they gave away extra Nick Fury at one time, I bet they still have extra AA's to give away at cons.
  2. Hulk looks great! How's the neck joint working?
  3. The ML line has to prove successful for a couple years before I'd count on Hasbro expanding it into stuff like Classics.
  4. Mine as well. I had to do a triple take at all the price increases in the action figure aisle.
  5. No, the Amazon one is the "regular" one, i.e. the first release. The classic colors one came from BBTS. Yeah, I got my $27 sentinel from Amazon yesterday. It was silver.
  6. My Target expanded MU singles to 8 pegs and another 8 for comic packs. Of the new stuff there was a normal Dr Strange, an Apoc, a Hope-less cable, and a Bullseye. I got myself a second X-23 with a decent paint job. It was nice to see so many pegs, but there are so many Ultrons and Falcons it will take a while to burn through. There was also a Savage Opress and some other neat looking Star Wars stuff that I couldn't give a crap about. Target @Great Hills.
  7. The price is what's going to keep away the casual buyer. That's what I think is going to hurt the return of ML. Plus, a lot of ML fans have large collections and pick and choose what to add instead of being completists. I will be shocked if the return lasts more than one year. Really, I don't see cool 6" figures that are out now flying off the pegs (Titanium Man I'm looking at you).
  8. HA! Nice, Diabolical! I was thinking the same thing. Goddamn, I love that show. :-) I know Big Bang Pow is having trouble reaching their pre-order minimums to make the 3 3/4 figures they were showing off at SDCC this year, gonna be bummed if those don't get made. You and me both. Last I read (last week at Kastor's) the pre-orders were only at 10%. I don't think they will happen, which is a bummer. I was going to replace my 8" VB dolls with 4" figures. People can preorder from BBTS or any of their favorite online toy store.
  9. Yeah, Thunderbolts! These guys are awesome!
  10. Yes and yes! The Hydra stuff was pretty trick. We didn't even get a decent 4" WWII Harley for cap.
  11. My HEB had Mandarin and 3 buddies. They also had more than one case of wave 16. All AB's were fleshy. I need a metal Creel.
  12. Around my parts, it's the opposite. I feel like Joe pegs are always bare and doesn't sell nearly as well as MU (but combined SW sales probably kill them both).
  13. Oh, I hate those rubber stoppers. Especially when they don't bother to push them back before restocking and all the cards come crashing off the pegs when you try to look through them.
  14. Got wave 16 in Austin @Lakeline Target. Have an extra flesh Absorby for trade.
  15. Wolvie, is your w16 from a BBTS order or did you find it here in ATX?
  16. Can we start a new thread about that Doom? That art is from Secret Wars, but is that an Infinity Gauntlet in there?
  17. Got X-23 wave at TRU and convinced them to give me the Buy2get1 deal since the Cap pegs were still labeled. Yeah! Also got the comic packs free shipped at HTS.
  18. Gave up on trying to sculpt gauntlets and made some out of electrical connectors...
  19. The FF i just got from HTS with the GotG was regular. :( edit: Toyark member is reporting X-23 wave at Target (St. Louis) and a Rebelscummer found X-23 wave at TRU.
