  5. Hey, guys! Check out my latest! CAPTAIN AMERICA!!!
  6. Head, Shield and belt: MU Gigantic Battles (Wal-Mart Exclusive) Captain America vs Giant Skrull Upper and Lower Torso: MU Guardian Arms and Legs: GI Joe ROC Terra Viper Gun Holster: Indiana Jones 3 3/4 Inch Last Crusade Colonel Vogel I wanted to do a Captain America similar to the comics, but appropriate for my GI Joe Collection. I based the figure on the modern Cap uniform. I cracked open the Upper and lower Torso of the Guardian figure, and made all adjustment for the body to accept the legs and arms of a GI joe figure. I added the gun holster from an Indiana Jones figure, to make it look more real than the original. Added an extra pouch on the back of the belt. Glued confetti stars on the chest and back. After some painting, I ended up with a Captain America that I am very pleased with.
  7. Yep! That's Better! She is supposed to be taller than any regular man, but still not taller than Thor or Hercules. Way to go!
  8. Hey, Rod. I agree that the Piledriver figure is bulky, but I have to agree with Onyx about the "tall" issue. Have you considered using other legs to make her look taller? Or at least the lower legs. And don't worry about other legs being bulky. A little sanding on the sides can help.
  9. Hey Guys! Check out what I just did! What do you think?
  10. Head: Coruscant Attack Padme Amidala Body: ROC Desert Ambush Scarlet Hair: MU Kitty Pryde Hands and Belt: MU Secret Wars Comic 2-pack Storm A very easy custom to make. Just another contribution to my hobby of turning Gi Joe Movie figures into MARVEL characters. I have never imagined Rogue using guns, only her fist, so I changed her hands for the ones of Storm. Also gave her Storm's belt, making her look a bit like the 90's comic version. I "removed" her right leg pouch, with sanding and using Jin Saotome's baking soda/Super-Glue recipe. Remember, no weapons for this lady. ;-) A bit of red, white and brown paint, and... DONE!! Instant Hot-looking-power-absorbing babe! This is not how I originally imagined her to look like, but in the end, I'm pleased with the results.
  11. Onyx! Awesome Caliban! YOU SHOULD RUN FOR HEAD DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR FOR HASBRO MU DIVISION!!!
  12. Looks a lot like the Astonishing X-men version. Awesome, Onix! Are those his own legs, or other figure's legs?
  13. That's right, guys! I used the MU Punisher head and sculpted the hair. It was easier than I thought. The Venom head was given to me by a kid a while back. It was part of a small plastic"wooble head". Never seen it myself, so I guess it's "unique". Onix, I also used the Sabretooth/Venom recipe. I saw it a while ago when you did it. I had to try it by myself. So, thanks for the idea!
  14. Hey Guys! Check out what I just did!! 1st Appearance VENOM! What do you think?
  15. Venom Head: Unknown (probably from a small wooble head toy) Eddie Brock Head: MU Punisher 1 Legs: X-Men Origins Sabretooth (Sabretooth & Blob 2-pack) Rest: Toxic Blast Venom A few years back, a kid gave me what appeared to be a very small Venom wobble head made of plastic. Told me he purchase it in a pharmacy. Since I saw it, I knew the head would fit a 4 inch figure some day. Now with a cool Venom body out in stores, the time came to use it. As many customisers have done, I changed the legs using the ones from Sabretooth, erased the lines, and gave articulations to the wrists. I am personally a fan of the original Venom, as portrayed by Todd McFarlane. No Alien-sharp teeth. No elongated tongue. Just an evil grin. I also made an Eddie Brock Head, using a MU Punisher 1 head I had around, using Epoxy Putty to make the hair. A few layers of flat black and white acrylic paint and...DONE! An original venom! It took some work, but I am VERY pleased with the results.
  16. Onyx, my respect towards you has just went over to a new level. That Predator figure, with or without mask, is AWESOME! You are a true artist! (BTW: too bad about your thumb. But then again, a Predator figure can't be complete without a little... blood.. ) LOL! Just kidding! Hope you get better!
  17. I guess is the "quick fix" Guido was referring to.
  18. thats beautiful! parts recipe please! Head: SW Comic 2-pack Deena Shan Lower Arms: ROC Barroness (Modified) Feet: ROC Barroness Belt: ROC Reactive Armor Duke (Modified) Hair, Body, Upper Arms, Legs: ROC Covergirl (Modified)
