  1. Any of you guys who bought multiple Sentinals and opened them feel like parting with one of your spare Wolverine's for a decent price shipped? I don't know why, but I want him, and I don't feel like buying a Sentinal (just yet anyway).
  2. Found the Future Foundation and Guardians packs at a Wal-Mart in NEPA last night. Only picked up the FF, but hid a Guardians pack for a friend of mine. So, start checking Wal-Mart's if you didn't already get yours from HTS. Last week at NYCC I picked up 2 Astonishing Wolvie's and the 2 different 4 inch Dexter figures while at the con. Then at a mall in Newport, NJ, I finally found a Stretch Strike Venom. Despite his lack of ankle or wrist articulation, he's such a killer figure and I'm glad I found him. This past week, I picked up another wave 16 Wolverine and Iceman (while I a
  3. The super glue trick works, but you've got to be really careful with it. Don't do more than one joint at a time and keep moving it even after you think it might be dry. When you get it to work though, it really does help. Another less dangerous method is to use tacky/elmers glue. It won't harden to the point that you're stuck with a useless joint, but it can be messier since the glue is thicker. On topic, i picked up an Astral Strange for Solid Wii (the guy is very patient) and got the Super Poseable Spider-Man from the Spidey line with Target's BOBO. Kinda happy I did, he's a pretty dece
  4. Buddy of mine found Wave 14 at Target today and stashed them all for me. I only wanted Falcon, Scarlet Spidey, and Strange. Unfortunately for me, Strange was the astral version, so I didn't pick him up, but I did leave him stashed in case anyone on the boards wanted him. I put back Doom and Skaar. Might get Doom later on, but he's not essential at this time. If anyone needs the astral Strange and has any of the following, we could work out a trade: Regular Dr. Strange, Stretch Strike Venom, Lizard, Scorpion. That's all I'm missing from what's out/what I want.
  5. Haha, yeah probably. It's a site primarily for adults, but do check it out when you get home if you can.
  6. I found a bunch of new stuff in the past two days, so I did a few reviews for the site I write for. Feel free to check them out guys! Jungle Cap and Hydra Soldiers: http://www.die-screaming.com/2011/07/31/ca...en-waiting-for/ Jazware's Classic 3" Sonic: http://www.die-screaming.com/2011/07/31/wh...c-sonic-figure/ Unimax Assassin's Creed: http://www.die-screaming.com/2011/07/31/un...at-in-my-sleep/
  7. All this talk about the Cap line Winter Soldier has me jonesing to buy him. Why does everyone find him better than the MU version? Just curious. I saw him but passed because he has that rediculous jet pack. I'm interested in the Bucky Cap too (since I'll never score the GB Skrull pack for less than $50) but again, why the rediculous shield with blades popping out? Come on Hasbro, leave that junk for the deluxe packs and the scuba/desert/flying/forest versions of figures. He's better because the sculpt is far more accurate (actually dead on) to how he's drawn in the comics, instead of

  9. Went out looking for the Cap stuff to no avail, but I did happen to find Wave 13 at my closest Walmart. Picked up Cyclops for myself and hid a Cable (Hope-less version) for my collecting friend. Then, at another brand new but usually untouched Walmart a little farther away I found two full cases of W13. And here I thought this wave was going to be really hard to find. Ah well, at least I got everyone I wanted.
  10. Just picked up Apocalypse, Cable, and Gladiator from my local comic shop. Cable and Apoc are Bad Ass. Truly. Don't pass these up if you see them. Also, he was supposed to hold Cyclops for me, but instead held Spider-woman. I'm not sure how he got mixed up, but it's alright, I'm sure I'll find him at some point.
  11. Gotta throw this out here in hopes of the majority of people see it, but for those who have PMed me asking to pick up the Gigantic battles packs, I'm sorry to say that I can't do that. I would love to help out my fellow collectors as I think the majority of the people on these boards are good people, but I just don't have the finances to do it. And I can't rightly do it for one person and tell another person no, it's just not fair. Also, I'd never mark up or ask for any extra on anything I found at retail, so while I appreciate the offers, I have to decline. If my monetary status ch
  12. @TxHiro I really don't know what the deal is, but somehow, this area doesn't put stuff out until at least a week or two after someone in Cali finds it. Sometimes (RARELY) but sometimes, we get it at the exact same time, but with the logic that they are located on this coast, we SHOULD get stuff first, but truly do not. @conan050 I truly wish I had the capital to be able to do that, but at the moment, I do not. If they don't make it to your area, or noone else is able to help, I'll see what I can do, because if they're like the last set, they won't sell out around here. At the moment,
  13. Yeah, They had multiples of both. At least a case or two worth, depending on how many come in a case. Three of each at least, and it looked like I bought the first one.
  14. Where's NEPA??? I'm thinkin North East PA? thats what I was thinkin too, but that would so out of the ordinary. Seems like these things show up in cali first, then trickle out. Yes, Northeast Pennsylvania. More specifically, the Scranton area. It definitely IS out of the ordinary. I went out looking for the Green lantern stuff, and stumbled upon these. Wish I would have stumbled into the first sighting of the movie Cap stuf, but still, I'm not complaining haha.
