  1. I cast it in flesh. I painted the hair just to show. Nothing fancy. I use different brands of paint. This was Model Masters
  2. I just realized that we are all sitting here discussing men's bodies and what we prefer? Time to change the subject....lol
  3. Well, I think he had more of the comic style look. I do think he could have been a bit bigger. The design of the film was great but the acting was just horrible! Good thing it had great ta-tas in it or it would have been a total flop!
  4. No worries.i think I will bring the hair line down a bit. Here is another pic from a different angle.
  5. The main problem I have run into with Rit dye is that , it will eventually bleed through any paint put on top of it.
  6. Made some changes to the head of an Icons Hulk.
  7. Turns out, this is the same head I ordered. I had thought mine was different but it arrived and was by Schleich and not Papo as the site indicated.

  9. Thanks Bro. I plan to do something similar with a Papo one. Ordered it a few days ago. I just hope it is the right size when it arrives.
  10. @ArsGratiaArtis: Man, I was just talking to Shayne the other day about wanting to do something like this! Great job! @ Fritz: That's awesome! What head is under the helmet?
  11. Does anyone know where the collar is from on this?
  12. Yeah, I'll work on it soon enough. Right now I have to get busy filling and shipping orders.
  13. Yeah the head was my least favorite part of it, It definitely worked but I just kept seeing loki with white hair... But George Washington would be worse.. unless you planned a comic - George Washington: King of England ;p I'd be curious to see what he looked like with his Secret Wars head. Yeah, I have to go dig that one up I suppose. I found everything but the head so... got to go hunting.
  14. Thanks bro. I think I'll change the head after my sarcastic GF said it looked like George Washington...LOL... Now , every time I look at it, all I is see George Washington.
  15. You guys inspired me to make one. I always liked Magneto but his outfits always disappointed. So, I decided to do my own version of what I thought he should look like based on his characteristics of being militant, egotistical, somewhat regal, as well as his master of magnetism. So, using a movie Loki, I felt it was perfect. I don't mind his lack of a cape because, frankly, who would wear a cape in reality? I also prefer his younger appearance. It's just a total repaint with movie Thor lower legs. I also wanted him to have some metallic ornamentation on his outfit to reflect his abilities somewhat, while also incorporating blacks to enhance. I'm working on a helmeted head for this as well. He's also taller than the SW Magneto.
  16. thank you so much man! I'll give it another shot sometime this weekend and let you know how it goes You're welcome bro! Remember that cutting is not always necessary.
  17. If you go to like a Sherwin Williams store, they have material specifically for removing paints that won't harm plastics. I know Goof off is one of them.
  18. Here is a tutorial on cracking MU torsos: http://onyxphoenix.forumotion.com/t1461-mu...-cracking#13881
  19. The only thing I can suggest is try to find a G.I.Joe hand or Star Wars that will fit correctly.
  20. The easiest way is to cast the head then sand the hair off. However, not everyone can cast so I suggest starting with a razor knife then sanding.
  21. Clam asked me to make a tutorial on how to crack MU torsos. Here it is: http://onyxphoenix.forumotion.com/t1461-mu...-cracking#13881
