  1. stopped by my favorite collectible show and picked up these guys: -Sinister and Gambit pack -Fandral from Thor -Masters of Evil SDCC exclusive pack -Hawkeye and Loki from avengers -Marvel's Kang (Thats right, KANG!) -Cable hopeless -Shocker -Lizard -Doc Ock from Spidey comic line -Kraven -Darth Malgus from Star Wars -Reservoir Dogs 5 pack Pretty awesome haul!
  2. Which nick fury? the hard to find digital exclusive one or the samuel l jackson version from the iron man fury of combat pack?
  3. The deluxe cap with the black us agent round shield is the fortress assault mission captain america, or as me and my friends jokingly call it, riot control/border control captain america
  4. Picked up fortress assault captain america (I call him riot gear cap) from TRU for just 9.99, which is a good deal because most places sell it for like 12.99, then stopped by K(rap)-Mart and picked up the international heroes 3 pack, ultimate cap, and winter soldier. Lastly, I stopped by Wal-Mart and scored the Wolverine/Silver Samurai two pack. I really was hoping to find a Deadpool/Taskmaster comic pack or a Marvel Girl/Cyclops first pack but no luck. I love ultimate cap but the stupid gimmick shield doesnt cut it for me so I replaced it with the secret wars cap's shield and put secret wars cap in the bin if loneliness because he has been replaced! A good haul overall though, and I cant wait to find heroic age cap, crossbones, and red skull now!
  5. I stopped by a little independant children's toy shop near my home this afternoon out of boredom, but doubting they had any mainstream figures and probably just coloring books and little kid stuff. Boy was I surprised! They had marvel universe, spider man 3 3/4 inch figures, star wars vintage and saga legends, and transformers. Nothing new from the spider man stuff but a bunch of craptacular spidey costumes. In the marvel universe section though, they had the cable wave but no cable or apocalypse. I was sooooo temped to get the jim lee cyclops but it was $10.99 plus tax which isnt bad and it beats most scalper prices, but Im on a tight budget so I can wait til I find it at target or wal-mart.
  6. What exactly is the difference between the standard x men anniversary box set and the variant set? Is it just the bamfing nightcrawler?
  7. wow I saw archangel for sale so I added him and the concept iron man 2 drone to cart, and was signing in when POOF! He's sold out. lol of course.
  8. sold some college textbooks off and finally had some spare figure money for once what seems like forever. Swung by Wal Mart and saw the pegs filled with MU but nothing to my liking. Grabbed an Iron Man 2 comic series advanced armor and took a look at the Thor stuff. They had 2 gold odins so I grabbed one for myself and one to trade. I checked out the gigantic battles price tag and the lady scanned it for me but said they are still waiting to arrive. I also snagged two of the $1.00 off coupons from iron man 2 peg warmers and stuck them to my odin and advanced armor iron man to save a few bucks.
  9. The Dc infinite heroes hawkman wings look pretty good. If Im patient enough, Im gonna buy 2 of the X Men First class Jean Gray and Cyclops comic packs, and use one of the cyclops bodies for a first class comic series Archangel with those wings. I'm not sure how to make a Beast yet but I will figure it out
  10. Anyone know some good wings to use for a custom classic archangel?
  11. Spacemonkey? I remember offering a trade for his mandarin and he didnt respond. I PMed him a few days later, still no response. Jerk... he could have at least sent me a quick "No thanks" or something.
  12. lol I just used iron man 2 movie line war machines ammo belt for his real belt. I love the scarlet spider but Im gonna try to trade him off now since the Marvel Universe one is coming out soon.
