pretty cool, marked improvement. only minor critique and isn't on your work is now the arms look a little low. but now they all look like they should of raised the arms a tiny bit. but I like this head raise, I might try it myself if I find a minute. I love the monsters.

I checked out the Target and Walmart resets yesterday in OC NY. My closestTarget has 4 MU pegs and had the Elektra revision wave. My closest Walmart had 2 MU pegs and the Nova/Hercules wave. The Wally and Target next most frequented had no pegs for MU. yeah finally saw some revision case MU's at the local Target packed next to the Avenger 5 POA figures.. they raised the price by me to 11.47 or some such. REALLY? it used to be one of the cheapest places to find them. But hey, at least they are still carrying them for now.

So, from what I've seen. Target, Wal-mart, K-mart all stopped carrying Marvel Universes since the reset. but plenty of 5 POA Wolverine and The new 5 POA Avenger figures in these same stores...

@GPMartin the three in the background? yeah, I guess in Memorial for figures I wanted that were never made in this series. the Anti-venom is the real thing as the rest. awesome score on that Blade lightBob.

Didn't they though? we already HAVE Punisher, daredevil, moon knight, black widow and Power Man... Multiple costumes of each too.... Shang chi's the only one missing. Which is better than MOST teams out there :P We also had an X-men pack with only wolvie, rogue, and longshot of all people... /shrug As a rule, I like to see the actual NAMES of the people on the box... but at least they tell us something about the characters this time. There was a dude in all white in a recent marvel Legends line that I STILL have no idea who or what he was supposed to be... ok, kinda true but AGAIN they didn't release or make reference to any of the other Marvel Knights in the pack. And That X-men set is not what I was trying to say at all. I literally mean if, the packaged the "One" figure of Wolverine as the X-men, then as the variant of that one "X-men" The One figure They then packaged "storm" as the X-men... and leave it at that like they did with "Marvel Knights" but then again I felt it kinda worked for A-Bomb or Abomination being called "Abominations". but I'm weird that way.

They can't copyright "Cloak and Dagger" though. but is "Marvel Knights" actually better? honestly Cloak and Dagger sounds much cooler UNLESS they planning to release the whole team as Marvel Knights. It's kinda like Saying "Marvel's X-men" and only packaging Wolverine or Storm as the variant...and that's it. Because of copyright issues.

I love your unbridled optimism. And how you can maintain it despite this being Hasbro we are dealing with. that and the fact ALL early sightings and sales clearly show A-Bomb and Dagger aren't in the same cases as Cloak and Abomination.... but hey, love the optimism. I think this only solidifies that the Daggers and A-bombs are just coming out of the factories until we see some real ones in package(through the front or cough,cough out the back)

I don't think they've done a remodel here since the mid 90s but a lot of new businesses popped up in the plaza with it so hopefully it's getting a fresh coat of paint. Ok the TRU's by me have set the a maze of clearance crap at the entrance...I guess that that clearence summer thing isn't working in NYC........ the clearance summer thing would probably work if they gave us REAL clearance prices like the rest of the country..... I still look at 11.74 5 POA wolverine figures and wonder WTF.....

How the hell does Cap not come with the shield?? That blows my mind He came with a shield firing canon. So technically he did come with a shield.... it's just attached to a silly gimmick weapon. this line seems to of split the baby imo, not as detailed or has articulation as Most later MU's but still aimed mostly at kids. for what it is, I like these, but have no real intention of collecting anything from this line but new never released characters...like leader. I grabbed the Skull for his hat, head and coat to put on my custom Skull. the body is being recycled for Strucker. BUT a HUGE improvement over the last 5 POA crap they released so kudos for that at least.

Caved and bought the Avengers Red Skull, Mostly for the head and acc. Also got me a Taco Truck Deadpool set , Ordered the Rhino,Elektra and Mysterio from Kokomo toys, and from EBay finally scored the Anti-venom 3 pack in the mail yesterday. Not bad, Since I have a loose old man Logan from last year, I'm pretty caught up.

Bronx,New York: insane sighting: THEY have sdcc exclusives at BJ's variety... 85 bucks a piece the taco truck and said the Marvel legend set is coming out today over there. total re-retail prices but they have them. don't ask I'm totally broke. but if you can get there it's there for at least the weekend.

..yeah I figured, but when I found it NONE of the new 2013 figures were at the store... so were the new figures in the revision wave? (I know the store was raided before I was there but NO Elektra, Mysterio, new Cap. or Rhino?) or are they just throwing up both waves together?

ARE you sure? I mean I know that the Silver/black Wolverine has a Belt on the torso but other than that it looks awfully similar or close enough to me. but the Vision without the cape is a blind spot for me. I know the legs are different but the torso looks close enough.

One would certainly hope so.Are you guys talking about the X-force wolverine buck that was used for vision becauseThose bucks seem alive and well in that particular figures rerelease. I personally want a updated Vision versus the original old buck too but it isn't dead. (Although they have visions head, cape and Cyclops buck so how hard would it be for them to kit bash it and release a updated version like Bullseye and Daredevil)
