I almost always do original characters for my customs, but I've really been dying to improve upon the MU Wolverine and Punisher figures that have come out. I just didn't think either character has been done very well so far in the Marvel movie or MU lines. So here's my take on Logan and Castle. . . Logan recipe: torso, arms, swappable hands - XMO Logan pelvis & legs - Paris Pursuit Snake Eyes feet - 25th Flint head - MU X-force Wolvy belt - can't remember motorcycle - Superhero Showdown Wolverine Punisher recipe: head - 25th Mutt torso, arms, & upper legs - TRU 2-pack Punisher hands - Go Native Blanxx figure lower legs - 25th Flint feet - POC commando SE belt & holster - MU Winter Soldier coat - SW Han Solo Endor Moon (dyed with Rit) guns - Marauder motorcycle - Big Lots army set

holy smokes dude, this is beyond awesome. i'm a huge proponent of original characters as well. this is one of the best i've seen in some time. ultra impressive

MEECS is a crack team of super-powered, uber-hip crime fighters dedicated to stopping the insidious threat known as The Harbingers (see here: The Harbingers (orig chars)). Sure-Shot: team leader Named after his favorite Beastie Boys song, Sure-Shot was blinded by shrapnel fire. He also sustained nerve damage to the shoulder and elbow regions of his left arm. This made him a perfect candidate for prototype bionic technology, in which a camera-eye is implanted and attached directly to targeting sensors in his new, robotic left arm. Combining these systems allows for Sure-Shot to literally hit exactly what he sees. His accuracy rate on the battle field approaches 100%. Recipe: head - Young Indiana Jones torso and arms - MU Winter Soldier swappable hands - Blanx action figure kit legs - Avatar Na'Vi Sully feet - POC Snake Eyes gun - Maurader Hardcastle: close combat specialist and all-around ass kicker Sporting a ridiculously huge shotgun that looks impossible for a man to even fire, Hardcastle can almost single handedly disable a tank. He's also an expert street fighter, which means that he doesn't even need that gun to take down a group of thugs all by himself. Recipe: head - Luke Skywalker's Uncle Ben body - MU X-Men Wolvy jacket - Endor Han Solo (dyed with Rit), with strap sown in to hold custom blade bandoleer - 6" X-Men Legends Angel belt - MU Punisher hands - ROC Destro feet - random Joe fist blade - custom made from Spidey parts in my fodder box Puhlt R. Geist: supernatural warrior from the beyond the Afterlife Going by the name "Geist", this entity is actually a collection of souls who, upon reaching the Pearly Gates of Heaven, begged for a chance to exact vengeance on the people who wronged them. Bound together by a powerful gypsy in the Bavarian mountains, their souls are able to combine their supernatural powers through the mystical silver cross. Geist cannot be killed, disintegrated or otherwise defeated in combat. However because of the pact they made with the Man Upstairs, Geist also cannot take a life in the quest for vengeance. This means the souls often find themselves in a catch-22, in their quest to right the wrongs committed against them. Recipe: head, forearms, hands & feet - XMO:W Iceman body - ROC Ripcord jacket - IM2 Nick Fury polter-kinetic blasts - random MU figs Daxx - swashbuckling infiltrator and daredevil kind of guy <insert generic story about a guy with no regard for his own life in the pursuit of truth, justice and the American way. Should include stuff about his past as an extreme athlete i.e. a base-jumping, snowboarding, computer hacking, safe cracking, hard drinking cool dude. Also loves to use dual weapons because it looks cool and it's all the rage with the kids these days.> Recipe: head - XMO:W Logan torso & upper arms - XMO:W Cyclops forearms & hands - 25th Zartan upper legs - MU Human Torch lower legs - random SW Jedi scarf - Young Indiana Jones holsters - custom made from SW stuff in my fodder box guns - 25th Zartan back straps - Big Lots army guys Dr. Divebomb: aerial recon, bombardment and destruction specialist Maker of his own flight suit and all its weaponry, the Doctor is obviously an immensely gifted inventor. He also created a robotic sidekick/butler for himself, and named it Ginsu. His flight suit is capable of all the incredible speeds and feats you can imagine, and the twin "plazookas" (plasma bazookas) can even sink an aircraft carrier with a single load-out. He also tends to spout insane, yet hilarious one-liners (Fox executives actually copied this character for Walter Bishop on Fringe). Recipe: head - Last Crusade Knight helmet - POC Firefly body - MU Ironman (modular) flaming fist - IM Titanium Man Wings & cannons - they're fully articulated and custom built from Gundam figs that I hacked apart and reconstructed Syncro: master of strategies, analytical probabilities, statistically possible outcomes and bar room trivia. The second intellectual member of MEECS, Syncro acquired his uber intelligence by synchronizing his mind with the most powerful CPU in the world. He is now capable of predicting the outcome of almost anything (dice rolls, batting averages, survival rates, bullet accuracies, etc.) to incredibly precise levels. Using his keen math skills, he also determined the best possible workout regimen to keep his body in peak physical condition. This grants him exceptional speed, coordination, endurance and acrobatic ability. Recipe: head - MU Havok torso, arms & upper legs - MU Havok hands - MU Ronin lower legs & feet - SW Cade Skywalker bracelets - MU ____?? energy whip - SW random female assassin jacket - IM2 Nick Fury goggles - random Joe Ginsu: robot ninja that wields sharp stuff; makes cool beeping noises Ginsu is named after that knife on tv in the 80's that cut cans as smoothly as tomatoes. Robots are awesome. But you already knew that. Recipe: head - XMO:W Weapon X training helmet body & cape - SW Grievous guard claws - POC Stormshadow Team name is actually meant to be somewhat satirical, as it's basically a jumbled, redundant word salad. I made it up a long time ago for a short film I did with some friends. Thought it still sounded cool, so it's my username as well. The diorama for the pics is one of those Big Lots playsets. Unfortunately it looks way better in pictures than it is fun to play with.
