No, Colossus does NOT have double knee joints. It may appear like it from the picture (I guess if you have a good imagination?) but its not there. He does look great though and I'll be buying him up for sure. The articulation is pretty standard for the last x amount of MS figures (except the oversized ones) to be released.

Please don't speculate as to what I'm content with. Thanks. I'm just not a bitcher. No biggie, its all good.

I just get tired of all the complainers saying the same thing over and over and over. And no, no matter how much bitching you do, its not going to change the fact that Hasbro does NOT set the retail prices for chain stores. Once you (and all the other sad collectors) have that fact down, maybe we will stop hearing it out of everybody's unhappy little mouths. Oh, and hasbrotoyshop always has discount codes of some type. Either free shipping or a % off.
-
Hasbro doesn't determine what the retail stores will sell their product for. On Hasbrotoyshop.com, they had the same figures going for $10.99. That's Toys R Us jacking up the price, not Hasbro. Check the link. http://www.hasbrotoyshop.com/iron-man-armo...25&ID=28304

They put out more than a "few" 6 inch figures. They never stopped. The Spidey line, the IM lines, ML, etc.

How is it late? Lots of characters across several toy lines have figures released in "not up to date" costumes. I think his comparasin comes from mattels DC line? They realese all the lantern figures while its going on right now or had recantly been going on while hasbro is about a year or 2 off from the comic story lines. Again, so many lines do this. I don't see it as negative thing against them. Toybiz released all kinds of non accurate figures if you were going by current costumes alone. -

Marvel Select and Marvel Legends

While I do get a little anal about figures being overdone in size like Juggy being the size of a house or Hulk being 12+ feet tall, I let Thing slide on this one. I know he is only around 6' and there are a good amount of ML figures in the right scale. Some do prefer "their" Thing to be larger (get it??) so this is about the one way to make that happen. Agreed. He's always been on the shorter side. The movie just made him too small overall. It is hard to picture Thing at only 6' and being as strong as he is. Great thing about collecting is there is usually a decent version iof most characters out there to satisfy most people's needs. -
I really hate when artist draw characters and make them the size of Godzilla. Hulk is between 7'-8' tall. I know it changes all the time from artist to artist but I prefer my Hulk to not be a giant. Just like I prefer thing to be around the 6' mark, maybe just a tad taller. As for Juggy, he used to be 6'10" but now, Marvel has him at like 9'5" or some crap. It comes down to personal preference. I'm just glad there are enough incarnations for everybody to have it their way.

Marvel Legends 2 packs Finally Hit !
JohnnyAngel77 replied to SolidSnakeInMyPants's topic in Marvel Legends Figure Discussion
These have made their way to TRU in Oklahoma City by Quail Springs Mall. No Deadpool/Warpath though. -
New guy here, thought I'd chime in. The new upcomiong 2 packs are what have brought my interest back the the Hasbro 6" lines. I recently picked up the Shield Agent/White Hand Ninja 2 pack and the IM2 MK V. Love all 3 of those figures. I think Warpath and Deadpool are going to be my 2 new favorites though. Seems Hasbro has stepped their game up a little. Can't wait for 2012.
