  1. I dont think anybody is pissed anymore...its more like oh here we go again. I collect way better lines than hasbro's Marvel. am not that hard core. MOTUC, WWE, Transformers is the only hasbro. You know how the business goes Hasbro makes Marvel products so crappy to profite.the selling power of superhero's to kids gives hasbro the perfect oppertunity to hike up prices and make crappy productions. look at transformers delux, $11 bucks thats reasonable. toys r us hikes up prices about $2-3 dollers more to regular retail. its all about profit for the store to survive. Please dont try to insult my intelligance. I have been in the business of profite so please save your breath. all in all I was just calling it like I see it. If you see it another way thats great for you, your content with getting ripped off, even if it is a huge company I could care less.

Please don't speculate as to what I'm content with. Thanks. I'm just not a bitcher. No biggie, its all good.

  2. By the way who are you why are u $ucking hasbl@ws nut$, If you are a collector you know whats up no excusses for them.

I just get tired of all the complainers saying the same thing over and over and over.

And no, no matter how much bitching you do, its not going to change the fact that Hasbro does NOT set the retail prices for chain stores. Once you (and all the other sad collectors) have that fact down, maybe we will stop hearing it out of everybody's unhappy little mouths. Oh, and hasbrotoyshop always has discount codes of some type. Either free shipping or a % off.

  3. the Iron man was a hit and miss too the titanum man could have been perfect buut, was too skinny and too short. the crimson dynamo was ok, did not love the paint. the rest was crap. Also at almost $20 dollers a fig at toys r us....you gotta be kidding me hasbrow, ohh wait your not kidding!

Hasbro doesn't determine what the retail stores will sell their product for. On Hasbrotoyshop.com, they had the same figures going for $10.99. That's Toys R Us jacking up the price, not Hasbro. Check the link.

  4. That was their plan when they got the license for Marvel: to make everything 3 3/4". They only put out a few 6" so the line wouldn't be abandoned right off the bat.

They put out more than a "few" 6 inch figures. They never stopped. The Spidey line, the IM lines, ML, etc.

  5. Hasbro always is late for making action figures:

    1) They changed Marvel Universe's package from S.H.I.E.L.D. to H.A.M.M.E.R. in later 2009 when H.A.M.M.E.R. was in their final days

    2) They made the Iron Patriot action figure (3,75'') in June 2010, when Osborn was no longer Iron Patriot.

    3) According to Wikipedia, in July 2011 a Commander Rogers action figure (3,75'') will be released, the same month Steve will be Cap America again...

    And now...

    4) They are making a Commander Rogers action figure (6'') in 2012, this year in July Steve will be Cap America again...

I want to see a Bleeding Edge Iron Man, a Luke Cage, the Wrecking Crew, Hood and more...

How is it late? Lots of characters across several toy lines have figures released in "not up to date" costumes.

I think his comparasin comes from mattels DC line? They realese all the lantern figures while its going on right now or had recantly been going on while hasbro is about a year or 2 off from the comic story lines.

Again, so many lines do this. I don't see it as negative thing against them. Toybiz released all kinds of non accurate figures if you were going by current costumes alone.

  7. But characters like Ben Grimm shouldn't be that huge.

While I do get a little anal about figures being overdone in size like Juggy being the size of a house or Hulk being 12+ feet tall, I let Thing slide on this one. I know he is only around 6' and there are a good amount of ML figures in the right scale. Some do prefer "their" Thing to be larger (get it??) so this is about the one way to make that happen.

i think it depends on what you like. i always liked big figures like ms has to offer and i preffer ben smaller too but i love the size of the ms thing and he looks great next to hulk.

    Agreed.

Yeah they made him that size in the crappy movies, looked way too small to be that strong.

He's always been on the shorter side. The movie just made him too small overall. It is hard to picture Thing at only 6' and being as strong as he is. Great thing about collecting is there is usually a decent version iof most characters out there to satisfy most people's needs.

  8. I really hate when artist draw characters and make them the size of Godzilla. Hulk is between 7'-8' tall. I know it changes all the time from artist to artist but I prefer my Hulk to not be a giant. Just like I prefer thing to be around the 6' mark, maybe just a tad taller. As for Juggy, he used to be 6'10" but now, Marvel has him at like 9'5" or some crap.

It comes down to personal preference. I'm just glad there are enough incarnations for everybody to have it their way.

  9. he is a moronic retard. I can't stand it when people feel sorry for those who are stupid. Cry me a river.

Actually, the entire site is backed up. I simply chose not to continue it. Don't base too many assumptions on the "word on the street." You don't really know anything for someone so arrogant.

Thanks for the site, while it was up. I went to it multiple times a day. Hands down was THE best site for this kind of stuff.

thanks for the site it helped me so much when i was purchasing toys and if you ever do decide to start it back up let us know!

    ^^^ And this

  10. yeah word on the street is it got hacked. In another forum I was reading all about it. Looks like the moronic retard who managed it literally didn't keep a backup of his files. So when it got hacked and cleared out he didn't have all of his pictures or web code to put it back up again.

I don't think that is grounds for name calling though. Come on now, lets be big boys in here.

  11. New guy here, thought I'd chime in. The new upcomiong 2 packs are what have brought my interest back the the Hasbro 6" lines. I recently picked up the Shield Agent/White Hand Ninja 2 pack and the IM2 MK V. Love all 3 of those figures. I think Warpath and Deadpool are going to be my 2 new favorites though. Seems Hasbro has stepped their game up a little. Can't wait for 2012.
