Great haul today! WAVE 11 has officially landed in Chicago! I hit up the TRU on Western this morning and they were packed with MU! I walk to the isle and see a ton of IPs Iron Spideys Winter Soldiers and thought it was gonna be another crappy day until I walk further down the isle.... I spot Thanos, Dark Hawkeye, Constrictor x2, Ant Man x2, 2020 Ironman x2!! After a week of checking Target daily I can finally rest! Also they had a TON of secret war 2packs! Finally got my Cyclops/Hulk! Today's haul: Cyclops/Hulk Thanos Dark Hawkeye Constrictor x2 one for trade Ant Man x2 one for trade 2020 Ironman Pics will be up later if my gf doesn't kill me first...

Let me know when they come in. I'm just saying, I hope you get what you want. It doesn' take me maybe 3 mins tops to complete the order. I've been through that before, find some cool stuff then end up wanting it go back for it later only it's gone and ya spend months looking for it. Not anymore, plan ahead and you'll never be miserable. Agreed. Should've just ordered. Actually this is the second time I missed out. A few months back I saw Archangel at Target and said eh ill get him later.... never seen him in retail since... Now if I see something I just charge it on the card and just return if needed.

Noo! As soon as I got to work I added Archangel, Havok, Ronin and sdcc Spidey to my cart @ hasbrotoyshop..... got caught up in a meeting for about an hour..... went back to hit the checkout button and Archangel GONE! Oh well..... still hoping to trade a death mask for a reg...

Went to 2 Targets today, nothing on the pegs and nothing in the stock room. Both Targets had at least 3 Ben Reilly Spideys though. I decided to pass.

Just came back from TRU in Deerfield 30 min north of Chicago. I got there around 7:30pm and except for 2 employees the place was completely empty. I walk up and see a fully stocked CUBE. A ton of X Wolvies, a ton of Multiple Man, about 8 Mystiques, 5 Iron Patriots, 3 Capt Brit and 3 Ghost Riders. I picked up 2 Ghost Riders 1 for trade. Also they had several Dark Spidey/Dark Wolvie 2 packs, 4 Dark Phoenix/Cyclops 2 pack and 4 Galactus. If you are in the Chicagoland area I highly suggest making the trip to Deerfield.

Thanks for the comments guys! Here's another Spidey custom Cosmic Spiderman And here is the next batch of Scarlets I am working on... Just a repaint and a head swap. Iron Spiderman with Black Costume Spidey head. Base coat of chrome silver with a coat of clear yellow. Masked then top coat of clear red. Looks much better in person. Still debating on whether or not I should just leave the original head on.

Final Attempt Got the idea to use the hood off a snake eyes figure from a member on this board and it turned out perfect. He's still missing a belt but I don't think it does any harm. I will probably add the belt on my 4th attempt but overall I am very please with how it turned out. Oh and here is a variant that I decided to experiment with... Again, favorite character design!

Thanks again for the comments and here are more pictures as promised. Not the best pictures but they will have to do until I can get a hold of a DSLR. I just want to point out that Scarlet Spider is my favorite Marvel character design! The previous pic I posted was the 3rd attempt on making this custom. Here is a pic of the 1st attempt (rough draft) I tried molding the hood out of putty but it didn't turn out as I had hoped... 2nd attempt Molded details to the wrist and ankles but hoodie still wasn't doing it for me...

Not the greatest day but I did manage to pick something up I had my eye on for a while.... Went to TRU early this morning to see the latest shipment and nothing new. Feeling disappointed I decided to stop by the Target on the way to work and nothing.... until I started thumbing through the Spidey stuff and to my pleasant surprise I found one Carnage! This was a total score for me because I have been wanting him since I saw the review on youtube. I didn't think I would see him on shelves this soon! Pretty cool figure although I wish he had a couple more points of articulation. I say keep a look out for Carnage and pick him up if you can!

Hi everyone! I am new to the forum and have been collect MU for only about 3 months now. Before that I collected various japanese figures, Marvel Legends and was big on model kits. I have recently blended the two into customizing MU figures. I just sold my DSLR and Im in the process of getting a new one. Hey guys! Im new to the forum and I would like to contribute in anyway I can! I'll report sightings for Chicago area! I went to Walmart on Touhy and to my surprise they had restocked! A ton of multiple man and X Wolverines (15 plus of each) and about 4 Captain Britain. I picked up 3 Multiple Mans and 1 Capt Brit. All excellent paint apps. Target on Addison still nothing great but they are usually good for one or two IP variant. I picked one up with noticeably the best paint app I have seen so far. He will probably be the only one I keep moc. TRU on Western has the same ol batch of Iron Spideys, Winter Soldiers (short hair) but I did manage to find 2 Archangel variants and Havok variants. I picked up 2 AA variants one for me and one for trade if needed.
