Hi bigbudman- Which TRU did you find those 2-packs at? Did they have any left? thanks. picked them up at mentor, but they also got them in at mayfield. dammit! i have been going to mentor tru everyday this week except today because i went to see batman after work! did they have any spidey 2 packs left? which wallyworld had blake? yes on the spidey 2-packs. blake was at vine st., but i found another at the mayfield wally last night.

hey everyone. So here is my retail haul for today: I also got in my SDCC TRU Invisible Bilbo Baggins, SDCC MU MoE Set, SDCC ML X-Force set, and each of the G.I. Joe Jinxs'. Now I just need to pick up that Soundwave Hiss Tank and I will be a happy camper. Also, I picked up an extra set of the TRU 2-packs for trade. I will happily trade the pair for a set of the collosus and mandarin two packs.

Hello all. A friend of mine told me something and I wanted to pass it on. He recently grabbed a second Wally Avengers 6 in. Hulk, but he thinks it might be a variant. Where as the several I have gotten (and his other one) had black hair with green highlights, and tan pants; the one he grabbed last night has all black hair, and maroon pants. I'm not gonna see him till tuesday, but I will confirm with a photo when I do. Thats all I need, an extremely hard to find variant of an extremely hard to find fig.

Here is my mini haul from this fine sunny day here in NE Ohio.... This is now the third time this week I have been a day late on the Avengers wave 3 figs. This is my third Skrull, but no hawkeyes or widows. I also went to a Wally I never goto and grabbed the Wolvie Origins 2 packs. I am so glad I found them on "CLEARANCE". I saved a whole $1.09. WHOOOOHOOOO!!!!

I'm going back out on the hunt to Wallys tonight since they were reseting last night and today, and I have trucks coming to my local TRU on thurs at one and fri at another. Also targets get theirs on fridays. If i find any more, I will happily hook you up. I have been hunting that maglus for what seems like forever and was so happy to find him, and Darth Vader is absolutely spectacular. I giggled like a little girl when I saw the wave on the pegs. Does that mean I have a problem? I am hoping that this means he will be appearing here now. Usually the superWallys get them the same week, and the regulars about a week later, at least locally.

Here is my haul from today and last night... Grabbed the Avengers 6", MU variant Iron Spidey and blue CC at Wally last night. All my local Wallys were doing resets last night and this morning, so I'm gonna go back out tonight and see what is getting put out. Hopefully I will find some Avengers wave 3, as it has'nt hit anywhere around here yet. All the rest is from Target. I also ordered a case MU wave 18 to split with Hellseeker, The Hines Ward DK figure and a case of G.I. Joe Retaliation wave 3 this morning from BBTS. Then I read about a 20 family garage sale going on this morning, so I decided to stop by. I did'nt find any toys (all they had were baby and infant toys), but in the back corner of one garage I found this in a box topped with 80's MAD and Cracked magazines. I got this for $10 after talking her down from $20, and almost all are in NM/M condition.... ... and I have a question for anyone who is collecting the new Joes. I know about and have gotten the Retaliation variants of CC and the Joe Trooper. Has anyone seen the Zartan that is pictured on the card back? The only ones i have found have the grey body with black details on the legs, but the one pictured has a red body, with grey leg details.

I have only found them at walmart so far, and they came in a 12 figure endcap display. all movie and concept, none of the comic ones.

saw that same set today but i gotta dissagree, that catwoman is absolutely horrible. The mask make her look like a racoon or courtney love, not to mention out of 6 sets not one had a paint job that didnt look like her mascara was running down her face.

Hey, I know a couple of people on here are looking for the DG Joes. Im gonna make a run tomorrow and see if i can find any more. Any I find, I will let you fellas know and they are yours at cost or trade. Hopefully I can help a few of you out.

Pretty funny you say that clam. when I walked in the isle the employee had all the street dated DK cases stacked up in the isle. I was talking to a local scalper and commenting on how they were street dated for the 27th. at that point the TRU employee turned to us and said " Hey guys, you want me to open these boxes for you? They aint supposed to be put out for a few more weeks, but I dont care." Needless to say, I thanked him, grabbed my figs (right out from the scalpers nose, literally. He was asking me what the pack out was on the DK figs so he could grab the short packs. I pulled the Bane out of the 3 3/4 figs and told him this one, and when he opened the Movie masters box we each grabbed three. he grabbed two batmans and a bane, while I snagged the alfred and bane. I then asked him if he got an alfred, I showed him mine, and the smile disappeared from his face.), and hustled of with a smile on my face.

nice haul dude but seriously is Mattel behind the DK figures? 1 bane and a case of Batman....I remember that is how mattel crippled their Motu line, their old Batman lines and many more numerous to count....If it's not Mattel I'm puzzled, if it is They must refuse to fire the idiots that kill their toylines with bad case break downs, horrible articulation and terrible sculpts. oh yeah. They are mattel. Who else who be that bad with a case pack out.

so now I'm REALLY broke after hitting TRU this morning... picked up all the GI Joe Retaliation figs except Duke (I figure he will be everywhere once these hit more stores) and the Cobra Trooper as his card was torn straight out of the box :mad: . Also grabbed the Ninja Showdown and Ninja Dojo sets. They had the motorcycle figs, but I wasnt interested. no other vehicles yet.... I also picked up the Dark night 3 3/4 Bane (1 per case with 11 batmans filling out the rest. WTF!?! ...and I thought Hasbros pack outs were crap. ). These are only $6, but only have neck, shoulder, hip and knee artic, and besides the generic front of the cards, the back is all print in black and white. These look like like they are already packaged for the dollar stores. Grabbed the DK Movie Master Bane and Alfred. Case pack out on these are 3 batman 2 bane 1 alfred.

So after seeing Dark Knight toys last night at wally street dated for the 27th, I wandered into TRU (after being there this morning) and found the remnants of the Dark Knight 3 3/4 and movie masters on the shelf. All that was left was the Batmans.

Just a heads up. they were in the "kiddie" isle, next to the old spidey figs, thundercats and phinias & ferb stuff, not the marvel isle.

OK. So here is my haul over the last 3 days... and yes, I am now broke (at least til the other TRU gets it shipment tomorrow) Picked up the Marvel Legends Avengers figs at Wally. Now all I need is Loki, Hulk, and Hawkeye; as well as the new team packs. Picked up a maskless Cap at wally, and they had put out the new Spidey figs at TRU. Grabbed Doc Ock, Green Goblin and Venom, as they are packed one per case. Found the Single carded MU Vehicle Drivers at Dollar general while I was looking for the Joes. found the Dollar General GI Joe figs. Grabbed a full set plus an extra Cobra Trooper and Snake Eyes. I also found 2 more Renegades SS at TRU today. Found one of the new waves of SW Vintage at Wally, so I grabbed them. ... and finally, my GI Joe Renegades and Retaliation Amazon sets came in (as well as Hush and Catwoman from Arkham City from my LCS)... ... along with my SW Vintage Boba Fett Prototype. I also grabbed a J and K figs from MIB 3 for custom fodder. Hopefully TRU will have the retaliation figs out tomorrow. And if anyone is interested, I saw the new Dark Knight cases last night at Wally, 3 3/4, movie masters, deluxe and vehicles. They did'nt put them out, but they are street dated for the 27th.

Just wanted to drop a big thank you to FrankCastle for the maskless cap. Just got it and I am extremely pleased with it. great sculpt.

Only at walmart so far, but he is in wave 2 revision 1. seems to be the general pack out, so they SHOULD eventualy turn up at other retailers.
