  1. Damn you just gave me a reason to leave the house at 12:26 am
  2. http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product...amp;mode=retail but it does say regular or blue and red warpath randomly packed in case . there may be hope yet for that black and silver. damn im sherlock holmesin the universe. Elementary my dear crayons. It even says that the Havok and Archangel are randomly packed as well. That revsion case has the same pre-order date at the figs on HTS. Also the cases are factory sealed so why would BBTS say they were random unless they were told by the manufacturer? So either someone at Hasbro is playing a cruel joke or they're still hope! GREAT POINT SUPERTOM! Obviously BBTS does not have the cases yet, so Hasbro HAD to tell them they are randomly packed. But you know the naysayers will say anything to ruin ones high.
  3. Thanks guys! Sorry I must have missed this but my commissions start at $50 dollars plus parts supplied. The price can go up depending on how much sculpting is involved. Just him me up through PM. Same as mine. He's my protege...LOL Both of you guys do work, but... why would I pay the same amount for the protege as the teacher? Has the student surpassed the teacher, lol.
  4. super sweet haul. i bet no wal-mart in my area has no backstock like that. I bet that was an employee's stash. lol.
  5. Would it have been too much for hasbro to put these figures up when shipping was free? LOL. J/K. I wish I could have gotten that Warpath/Vision, I want to process an order for my Sunfire now but not with just one figure. Guess I will wait and see if they restock again.
  6. Target.com has that stair case for about the same, I'm going to print it out and see if my target will do a price match.
  7. Shawdow Tracker is a dope figure IMO, not groundbreaking in any way but he is solid. I agree with you on the destro as I only got him for the money briefcase and to do a head swap. As far as MU...sigh... I've missed out on two revision cases at my Target. Both with clear vision and Thanos. My thing is that I normally always need two figs, one for me, one for Mr.Dizzle (a buddy I work with who also post here). He hooks me up with ALOT of stuff so I have to look out for him. So I gave him the fist Phasing Vision I got, now I need one of myself. But if I see like a Thanos or anything else of value I leave it for other collectors and kids. Tho I know it may not reach them, my intentions are good. The only figure I have an extra of is Thanos, but thats only bc I ordered him off of TR4S.
  8. LOL. A wal-mart in my area has like 10 Shawdow Trackers, 10 Low Lights, and 15 Skydives. Maybe I should troop build Skydive. I love that fig. That's crazy. I have all of POC4 but only saw Skydive at Wally and Target today. Did see POC3 Snake Eyes(the awesome one) and some shock troopers. Also a Hulk/Cyclops 2 pack im tryin to get a couple more of the new Destro, but him and Lowlight are gettin cherry-picked HARD. i can see why Destro is hot- pop & swap heads and you have a "Heavy Viper." But Lowlight ? Hes cool and all (I grabbed one for his gear) but multiples? btw, is it ok to talk joes in here ? im goin thru a heavy MU drought... My wal-mart has a crap load of Heavy Armour Destro with the breifcase as well. I still can't believe they have all those awesome joe figs.
  9. LOL. A wal-mart in my area has like 10 Shawdow Trackers, 10 Low Lights, and 15 Skydives. Maybe I should troop build Skydive. I love that fig.
  10. Man I hope you get it. I hope they update again as well. I need a shot at the Vision, Jean Grey, Sunfire, Reg. Warpath and a few others.
  11. It would suck badly if it is a Phasing Vision when they have a Regular Vision listed on the site. I would probley call Hasrbo and complain to be honest. I was not luck enough to order one, but if they are available again I will. I need a regular vision and a phasing since I traded that one to my buddy. But the Reg is a priority.
  12. LOL. That was pretty good. At times I get mad over "scalping" and "over buying" but at the end of the day if I was able to get every figure I wanted, when I wanted, half of the joy of collecting would be gone. The chase is what makes me love the hobby of collecting.
  13. He's already out of stock. That didn't last long. Ha ha WOW! that lasted a whole 7 minutes!!! Because people get on HTS and order 3-5 of the same figures @ a time to scalp on ebay. I always see people crying about the lack of marvel u figures. Given the quality of most of these figures and the amount of retailers they are available @ I wouldn't say the issue is with a lack of production, it's an issue with over buying with intentions to scalp. while I agree that purchasing from the websites of multiples of the same figure can hurt collectors (especially limited edition figs), I do feel that Hasbro chooses to do it this way. I find it very hard to believe that the manufacturer does not have access to the figs for their own website. They know that, say, vision, is selling huge all over the country. Yet they refuse to put up more than a couple at a time on their website. I cannot believe for a minute that if hasbro wanted to put more up, they could'nt. And with that I drop the scalper arguement as it has been flogged to death. :spidey_deadtopic: I agree Hasbro could put up more if they wanted, but supply vs. demand would ruin their ability to sell the figure at the rate it sells @ now. If every figure was easily accessible because Hasbro over produced them then they would take a loss on this line of action figures. They turn a bigger profit by making a few of their popular figures every now and then and sitting back and watching them sell out in under 7 mins. The scalper is conducive to Hasbro's business because they set the demand for the figure in the secondary market which is what Hasbro WANTS to happen. Because they produce these figures for pennies on the dollar, I promise you they keep a closed fist on product for keen business purposes, not because they care about overworking the underpaid laborers in China and Indonesia. I don't feel that the scalper sets the demand so much as the collectors and distribution. I'm not saying that in some areas scalpers are not a problem, but in most cases it is not. A lot of the complaints I see blaming scalpers are also in areas with low distribution. Remember, you are not the only collector in the area, and kids buy a lot of figs too. I see it all the time. Actual quote from Walmart yesterday over a Thanos from an 8 year old - "look mom, I don't have that one! He looks cool!!! BUY HIM FOR ME PLEASE!!!!!" (BTW she did ) anyone who has collected HASBRO for any length of time, or is on these and other similar boards know that eventually these figs will become available through the hasbro website or retail (unless it is a con or subscription promo, or not being manufactured any more). It is more a matter of the collectors having the patience to wait for it, and the effort to keep checking up on if they are available. I know that for months I only saw, and picked up, 1 thanos. yet in the last two weeks I ordered one off of the hts website, and have seen 5 in local stores (wally, TRU, disney and Target), of which I picked up one. same with sunfire. I saw him once at retail (and didn't follow my own advice, if you see it, BUY IT!!), but picked him up a month later off of hts. I also feel that allot of collectors are frankly lazy or misdirecting their efforts. (I am not calling anyone out, and this is not directed at any individual or person on this board). I happen to live in an area that seems to have good distribution, therefore I have the ability to grab almost everything at retail without to huge of an expense for gas and travel. I make sure to be friendly with the staff and find out when shipments come in so i don't waste my time going over and over to stores day after day that wont receive in a shipment. If I go to a store that has had the same 4 or 5 figs sitting on the pegs I find the manager and let them know that they have not gotten any new stock in for several weeks or months. Most of the time when I do this, I get a thank you from the manager, as they didn't even know they needed to order more (especially at Wallyworld). I do a lot of "work" to keep up on my "hobby". But I see ALOT of complaints about no MU available in many peoples areas. All I have to say is PREORDER!! I know some people will complain that its more expensive (usually only by a couple bucks, which when you add in gas and time of hunting on your own is equal to or cheaper), but if there is no way for you to get them in your area because no one in your area carries them, or moves enough stock too restock on a regular basis (and from the number of complaints I see on this and other websites this is a fairly common occurrence), than this is the fastest, easiest and cheapest way to guaranty you get them. It is not just a matter of going out and looking, but of directing your efforts in the way that will work for your situation. If you follow these simple rules you will NEVER have to worry about "scalpers" again. I don't have to worry about "scalpers" to be honest. I could pay ebay prices all day and not think about it because I agree that the convince factor will always rule over paying retail price especially when gas is about $4.00 a gallon in most places. To be honest I don't have a problem getting Marvel U figs. I just started collecting in January and have most of the figs that people who have been collecting since 2009 don't have. So I know that I have been very blessed in that regards. Personally I can't complain, mainly because I do ALOT of the things you stated above. Like I was @ Target just browsing and ran into the zone manager got Toys and was talking to her about how big the Marvel universe figures following was and how her store liquidates stock better than any store in town. She scanned the peg and saw they only had 4 figs left and remembered they had JUST got restocked that week, and boom ordered another case. Which they got this week and is already half way gone. So I agree a lot of what you say is right. But I do know in some areas scalpers hurt peoples chances of getting good figures, one of our own members daughter was physically hurt by a scalper running them down to get to a couple of fresh revision cases! Not only did dudes daughter get hurt but the scalper also got TWO visions and some other stuff. It will probley be months before they get restocked again. . On the same ticket those people could easily have these figures on sites like ToysR4Smiles and if they hunted HTS and other sites more often.

  16. Good haul bro! I had no idea Stan would be @ Dallas comic con, that gives me a reason to grind this month and make sure my bonus check is crazy fat for dallas con.
  17. I wonder if any of you guys who ordered 2-3 of the same figures will be willing to trade any or will they all hit ebay for x3 the price.
  18. Quoted for truth. That Ghostrider is nasty. I always wanted him in all black.
  19. I can get a movie version for you if you need one. Would be willing to trade for any decent older MU figure.
  20. Hey, I have a Comic Iron Monger if you want to trade one of those shock troopers. PM if interested. I bought a Comic Iron Monger off of T4S for $5, I just haven't updated my sig. Honestly man Shock Troopers are hard as hell to come by. I would trade one for a Phasing Vision, that's about it.
  21. Found two shock troops @ walmart, and my buddy bought my Warpath to work;
  22. Past two days have been good to me, got some serious JOE and MU Hauls... Several joe vehicles, and some bad azz figures; Sorry this one is blurry, but i have here; Thanos x2, AIM Soilders x4, X-Force Wolvie, Winter Soilder, and Phasing Vision. My buddy MrDizzle who post here as well, picked me up a Warpath today.
