  1. Kavball - they all look good, even the characters i'm not familiar with. And I'm stealing your inspiration for a Pyro, like it that much. Legend - I'm happy to see your Ares again!
  2. Dragonkings - that Blazing skull is sick and absolutely ready to be carded and sold at retail.
  3. That's funny. Actually today I was in TRU looking at this, and as crappy as the Cap figure is, it's the best likeness of Cap in uniform so far. Commander Rogers aside obviously. We still do not have a good Captain America in his classic normal uniform. And this is after a whole Captain America line.
  4. It does look good! The only issue is I would find another head that looks like Clint Barton and pop that on instead of Steve Rogers.
  5. Masters of Evil and Thunderbolt, the Radiation Man - Chen Lu!
  6. NY is a big place! 10 hours north to south. I live in Orange County NY and got at least 5 Sentinels on clearance at Walmart. That was 1-2 months ago already though.
  7. I've been lucky enough to see every new Legends figure I wanted at least once somewhere and take advantage, but I have to say, I see Klaw, Constrictor, and Iron Man in every single store I go into to check. That's on Hasbro. That's 2 things right there. Character selection first. If instead of Klaw, Iron Man and Constrictor, they did Deadpool, Domino and Psylocke, there would be no pegwarmers. Second, it's case pack ratios. If you're going to do 3 weak figures like the ones that are on every peg hook in America right now, then at least put them in every other case or something. I swear members of this board would do a million times better with character selection and case assortments than Hasbro does. That said, Hasbro has done a really nice job on the figures I have wanted to pick up. Fantomex, Thor, Steve Rogers, Daken all really good. Legends has been good so far, but it could have been great.
  8. I'd say all of those are worth picking up at that price. I'd be interested in the Phasing Vision probably. Shoprite is a grocery store in the North East? Yeah. Pretty much all groceries with an 8 foot section of toys. There just so happens to be Marvel Universe there but I have never seen them there before. I might go back today and pick up a couple of those figures.
  9. Just saw Black Panther, Silver Surfer and Phasing Vision MUs at my local Shoprite for $11.99 plus tax. Checked eBay and Black Panther is being bid up to like $35. Maybe I should pick it up. Also Bucky, Jean Grey, Grey Hulk, Union Jack, Black Widow in that case and they have 2 of each.
  10. I am currently seeing 19 Fantomex and 76 Dark Wolverine. Try this link to Fantomex http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=12475938
  11. how do you guys see the quantities? Add 99 to your cart and your cart will have the amount it was able to put in.
  12. Uh... another 20 Fantomex figures just came in stock at toysrus.com Haha they must be unpacking boxes as I speak. Funny. Okay well you guys have another shot now. Fantomex
  13. Wave 2 was In Stock at TRU.com when I woke up at 7:15 AM, ordered Fantomex and Dark Wolverine, was debating Bucky then placed my order. There were 21 Fantomex figures in stock at that time. 2 minutes later when I was coming over here to post for you guys to know where to get them, they all went out of stock. It's episodes like that, that makes me think they were all bought in 1 order. Especially at that time of the day.
  14. I do understand how the $10 looks on the surface. I just have to give you a little info on this. What you might not realize, when we custom sculpt, mold, and cast these things, we don't have access to a production line like Hasbro that rolls out thousands of them at once and keeps cost rock bottom. We have to pay for pretty expensive molding and casting materials, not to mention the work and time that goes into this. When you add up all the time Rodimus spent on these, then subtract what he paid for materials, he's making around minimum wage per hour probably. I know because I've explored this myself and done some custom casting especially of late. What it all boils down to I guess, custom figures are expensive. And when you've done this process yourself, it really makes you understand just how lucky we are that a huge company like Hasbro is pumping out these figures in the MU for us. And it makes you realize what Rodimus is charging for these parts is actually quite reasonable. I appreciate what Rodimus has done here and I will be getting around to placing an order by the weekend.
  15. Rodimus you did a hell of a nice job on that Fantomex.
  16. I've only been able to sight and haul the life-size and 12" Biebers so far feihong. If I can find him in 3 3/4" that's actually going to be more excitement than I can handle.
  17. Oh hell yeah. Uruk-hai, orcs, elven warriors etc. I'd go nuts on those.
  18. I just realized only through taking a photo that I kinda rushed a couple parts of this figure and need to resculpt. I'll have to fix the figure and repost. But at any rate, here are some shots of the fight with the T-Bolts...
  19. Jack Flag. Thunderbolts issues 110-111. Hunted by the Thunderbolts who were tasked with bringing in unregistered superhero combatants during Civil War. Former ally of Captain America. He put up quite the stink when the Thunderbolts came to get him. He KO'd Swordsman and Songbird, contributed to Venom going down, survived two major blasts from Radiation Man and Penance, before finally being crippled by Bullseye. He was later rehabbed in the Negative Zone and went on to recently voyage with Guardians of the Galaxy.
  20. Thanks for the props on Songbird people. The Fantomex is 2 G.I. JOE Beachhead figures combined and a coat from Han Endor in Star Wars. The paintjob is what makes it really. Most of you have probably guess I'm a Thunderbolts fan. Issues 110 to 145 are just beyond awesome. One of my favorite moments is Osborn's team hunting down and apprehending Jack Flag in issue 111. So he's my WIP, I should be wrapping him up tomorrow:
  21. Found the new Wave 17 rev. 2 case at Target today. Notables in the case are Archangel, Black Widow, Havok, Kitty Pryde, Psylocke, House of M Spidey. Bought the Archangel for trade and House of M Spidey which apparently I was missing from my carded collection.
  22. Finally completed my 1st Norman Osborn-led Thunderbolts team with Songbird: Here she is with the rest of the team: From left to right that's Moonstone, Venom, Songbird, Radiation Man (Chen Lu), Norman, Penance (Speedball Robby Baldwin), Swordsman (Andreas Von Strucker), Bullseye.
