This looks Excellent. This figure seems to have improved on the 2 main problems with the Marvel Legends 80th Hulk; The undersized feet and the shoulders protruding out too far from the torso. This figure looks much better than the Marvel legends one in these images but sometimes it's difficult to tell for certain until you get one in your hands.

I had the Hasbro 80th anniversary Hulk for awhile, just sold it recently. It was good overall but there were a few things I didn't like about it. The shoulders looked like spheres attached to the torso, or like balls of mass sticking out. Just like some of the old Toy Biz marvel legends. They just weren't set deep enough into the side of the upper torso and it just made the figure look awkward. Having the ripped shirt on him helped hide it but it still bothered me. And the figure's feet are too small as well. Hopefully some of those things will look better on this Diamond Select figure.

Dang, this is disappointing. I was afraid they might do this with the ending of the previous game being what it was. The first game was exceptionally good (except for the parts where you have to play as Mary Jane and Miles Morales). Not interested in a non Peter Parker Spider-Man. Ah well, at least I won't be at all tempted to spend money on this game, I guess that's a win in itself.

how much are Mafex figures when they are released? i cant find any under $100
They usually retail for around $95 in the US. They aren't actually distributed here directly but some online collectibles stores like Entertainment Earth and BigBadToyStore import them from Japan for purchase to buyers in the US. You can also pre order them yourself from online hobby shops in Japan such as HobbyLink Japan for about $65, but the shipping charges to the United States are around $25-30. So it ends up being close to that $95-$100 dollar mark either way.

Nice work Toytallica...is that optic blast effect from the recent vintage x-factor cyclops marvel legends?
I believe that is actually the New Mafex Cyclops along with the Mafex Wolverine. The Mafex Cyclops has a few interchangeable Optic Blast pieces. I have one pre ordered but am not sure when it will be shipped. There could be delays with everything that's going on.

That Spider-Man poster in the background looks like the Sam Raimi/Tobey Maguire Spider-Man....... Haven't seen Far From Home yet, am I missing something?

Finally, some good news today. This version of Ghost Rider was the reason I stopped watching Agents of Shield altogether. I went from having seen every episode of the show up to that point, to not watching a single episode more once this wannabe showed up. Wake me when a real Ghost Rider makes an appearance.

Do we know for sure that these new series will be live action and not animation? Seems like a live action She-Hulk series would take an awful lot of CGI... Haven't seen anything yet that actually confirms these new shows will be live action.

That's pretty cool but I have the original one already, which I'm completely fine with.
Was the comic Venom absent from SDCC? I know he was expected to release this month, but I haven't heard or seen anything about that.
Actually, I believe the Venom was scheduled to be released last month but I always add an extra month on to the estimate because they are usually a month or 2 "late". As far as an SDCC appearance, Medicom is a Japanese company and doesn't actually distribute their products in the U.S. and thus do not show them at conventions or other events here in the states. People have to import the figures from Japan themselves or purchase them from an online retailer (such as Megalopolis or Big Bad Toy Store) that has imported them from Japan for sale in the U.S.. Any convention type photos you see of the Mafex figures are from cons and shows overseas.

Have been expecting Hasbro to release a new version of of the 90's Jim Lee Jean Grey. Jean Grey was one of the first 90's X-Men Hasbro made and it hasn't really stood up to the quality of the more recent x-men legends figures. They've already re-released Archangel with a slightly different paint color app and extra accessories, brown costume Wolverine with extra accessories, and will soon be re-releasing Juggernaut, Magneto and, Scarlet Witch in costumes that have already seen release (in slight variations of course). So I'm thinking (and hoping) that the X-men 2-pack could be a Jim Lee Cyclops and Jean Grey set like they did with Cyclops and Dark Phoenix. Jim Lee Cyclops was an earlier release as well so the timing would be about right. And of course, the set would come with an optic blast accessory and some sort of telekinetic power blast for Jean. I'm so sure that Hasbro will release a new Jim Lee Jean Grey soon that I've already sold the figure I had from the Rocket Raccoon BAF wave. So if I'm wrong, then I've made a terrible mistake.

It's a shame that they're using the version of Ghost Rider that no one is interested in. I stopped watching 'Agents of Shield' completely after they debuted the Ghost Rider wannabe. Incredibly disappointing.

Definitely hoping for the white costume Storm!

As a writer, video maker and content creator myself, I’m always appreciative of a little constructive criticism... But, I think you precisely hit the nail on the head with the tonal description of your own particular brand of criticism here, as it comes across very much as being: ‘harsh’. And I think, maybe just a little bit ‘moody’, to boot.
I can’t speak for Jay C personally, as I don’t know him, apart from his video content and posts on his sites. But, I can tell you that trying to keep up with myriad news articles, updates and passing information on any given topic — especially at a crazy time like SDCC — is no small feat. All of which coincides with producing daily video content which needs to be filmed, edited, uploaded, likely at horrendous internet speeds, and secured with all of the applicable, incidental information; So, y’know, you might be able to afford the guy a break.
If not completely and totally rework your own attitude first, and come on here in a more approachable, less ‘somebody wizzed in my cereal’ tone, and make your suggestions and recommendations for any corrections he may have to make to his post(s), in a more respectful way. Lest it be said, with the added ‘I don’t even watch your videos anymore’ line of B.S., which affects no one. Just sayin’.

I like that the Archangel figure has a brighter, more comic-accurate paint app than the previous one. And the wings look to be a very shiny metallic finish as opposed to the duller matte appearance of the previous version!

....And Nightcrawler, still need a Nightcrawler

Looks like some more awesome X-Men figures coming up! Also excited about Gambit and Professor X in hover chair! Is it just me or are many of the photos screwy? Many of them aren't displaying properly, maybe it's just my computer?

The corsets on Black and White Queen seem to be a bit long. They were often drawn with more of their midriff showing. Depends on the artist I suppose.
Any guesses on whether or not the Domino figure will have armpit hair like in the movie? 😆
