Batman looks pretty darn good. I think the black needs to contrast more---doesn't seem black enough to me unless that is the light playing tricks.... If you weathered the black it may be beneficial to take the weathering back some... :)

Onyx, have you ever seen this head used for Sue? JediKnutt painted it for me as I stink at eyes....I know people use her a bunch for Psylocke, but I think it works...

Well, this one was pretty labor intensive, and the first Custom I've done that required so much dremel work.
Basically it is a red hulk reworked, 2 ROC Baroness hair pieces cut up, and a random piece of plastic cape thinned and shredded.

How excatly do you remove a Hulk style head for 3 3/4 figures? I know for the OPP style head I should need to sculpt a neck, but do you have to split the torso? Just rip it off? Will heating it work?

Pharma.....on your Red Skull try black sockets and white irises....the essential reverse of what you have done. you'll probably like it better. I had to experiment to discover that!

It's almost imposible to "crack" a marvel female torso without hurting their soft arms.....I'd like to get a proper method myself. It seems like I'm only successful with not scarring arms/biceps 1 out of 2 times...which I then have to repair. Even with GI Joe females I've warped torsos.

Hah, no I just cheated and double stacked some figure stands. I also cheated by abusing a Sharpie for the cloth..it worked and doesn't bleed or anything.
