Yay!
Happy Birthday to me,
Happy Birthday to me,
I got the greatest gift ever...
It's a figure of me!
Pics to come soon!

Fantastic work! And considering more than half of DC's 4 inch figures can't hold a candle to any of these, I'd say this proof Mattel needs to step up their game.

Ok Boys, I finished karma, The boots I will leave the way it is now, maybe I'll do it later.
Great to see someone's finally trying to put the New Mutants together. Great work!

This practice that brick and mortar stores have of not looking for product is pathetic. At the store I work at we pride ourselves on our customer service, we always offer to go look for product in our back room, or help customers find exactly what they're looking for. Grantited, it's food and it's easier to find certainly, but it takes probably the same amount of effort.
That's a nice haul man! I like that calendar, I'm going to have to go look that up!
It's given away free at comic stores every year.

Soundwave- I do want to make a J. Jonah Jameson sometime I just haven't found the right head. I do plan on making an Uncle Ben figure to go along with May.I'm assuming that's one of the Harry Potter characters as a base. Are they worth picking up at all? I recently got the NECA HP figs (harry, voldemort, ron, hermoine, and draco), but they didn't make Snape. I thought about getting the british ones, but wasn't sure if it's worth the trouble.
The UK Harry Potter figs ARE AWESOME. They have great articulation and are made very well. I make a lot of dios using civilian figures and they work great.
They can be pricey if you try to get them from the UK, so I actually always look at Hong Kong sellers on ebay. You can get them for 5 or 6 bucks a pop.
You think ou can ink me to a few of them? I'm having trouble finding them on eBay.

Aunt May
That is freaking brilliant! Any plans for a J.J.J. custom in the future?

Went to Target they had a ton of the DD/BE and QS/WM packs. They also had all Thor and Cap stuff on clearance at 5 bucks each.

-Hydra Soldier in variant colors
-SW TPM Darth Sidious
-RoC Cobra Eel

Everything but the GI Joe stuff is available.
Where did you get that eel figure?

He still needs a few finishing touch-ups here and there, but Earth's Mightiest Butler, Edwin Jarvis, is more-or-less ready to report for duty in the Mansion...
Lol! With that Zartan head Jarvis looks like he's planning something sinister...

A week ago I ordered the DD/BU comic pack from Amazon. It arrived today and it was crap! I mean, it had bent limbs, mismatched paint, broken accessories, and loose joints! :hulk: I'm returning it today. Maybe I can find a better one somewhere else.

Went to Walmart today and found they still had a full wall of the ROC figures. So I decided, what the heck, I'll get one, and I got the Zartan (he was the coolest character in the movie by far). Man, is this one cool figure! If most of the other ROC figures are as fun as this, I may have to pick up a few more!

Anyone know how to make the Indiana Jones figures taller?

I know this is out of place, but I have a problem, every time I click on a topic, I see the first post and then a list of responses. is there a way to fix this?
Click on the "Options" tab at the top of the screen, select "Display Modes", and pick the one you want.
Thanks!

I used an Xmen Origins Wolverine body.
Paint the wife beater black, paint the jeans brownish/black leather and use the leather coat from the Nick Fury figure in the Iron Man 3 Pk. I also used the boots from MU Punisher.
Which Wolverine figure? I've been searching for days but I don't know which one you're taking about.

Hey, what would work as a movie Bullseye body? The only one I can think of is the ROC Hawk (the one that's sold only with the pit), but I can't find it online without buying the full play set.

@soundwave
I used one of the Star Wars Endor Rebel Commando. When you take his hat off he’s bald and kind of looks like Colin Farrell.

Awesome! I've been seeing this guy a lot lately, so I shouldn't have a whole lot of trouble finding one. Thanks a lot, this is perfect.

Do you want a crazy face or a neutral face?
I always thought this head would make a good movie Bullseye... but he expression is kind of beutral.
I think I'd like to make one too, so I'm curious as to what you'll come up with.
I'd prefer more of a crazy or angry face for my Bullseye, but I'll keep that head in mind. Thanks for the help!

I want to make a custom Bullseye from the Daredevil movie. Anyone have any ideas what a good head for it might be?

Woohoo! A trip to Target allowed me to get a pretty big star wars haul (They didn't even have any MU!). I snagged an Armored Savage Opress, Commander Colt, Commander Wolffe, and a TVC Zam Wessel.

Hey guys, I have plans int he back of my mind to do a Venom custom of the new Venom (Flash Thompson). I'm just curious, what would be a good base body for this.
While I'm at it, any good base bodies for a modern Doc Strange (I have a spare head).
I always thought the Cap movie Crossbones figure would make a good body for a Flash Thompson Venom.

Went to Target and FINALLY snagged both a Stretch Strike Venom and a normal Dr. Strange. They're both fantastic figures!

that's my goal too eventually. Bucky looks like a good choice once ya sand his buttons down and get rid of the collar. The gloves and boots work well for it too. I may even re-modify mine using a bucky now that ya mention it.
I'm not quite sure what to do with beast, I keep thinking I'm going to have to sculpt his hands and feet, which I think I could do the feet the hands would be a challenge. Wrecker almost makes a good choice
You know that the flap, and collar is just a removable piece of "cape plastic" molded as part of the belt right? I used him for my Robin figure's body, head, lower arms, and upper legs:
before:
after:
Actually, where did you get that Batman head? Is it from the existing 1:18th scale TDK Batman, or is it a new mold?

Add a Stark Trek body and some paint and you've got a Galaxy Quest figure.
