  1. I haven't read since I posted my opinion, I see now that the conversation has continue.

When I said that Hasbro knows the comic versions are the ones that sell, I was taking the example that from the waves that are coming on 2018 that we know so far, we have 3 waves that are 100% comic figures (Deadpool, X-Men, Spider-Man) so taking that into consideration, it seems to me that Hasbro has found the balance, but still considers the comic figures the basis for the line.

Also, to be clear, I don't really care what figures they make anymore. Movie or comic, 30 bucks a fig got to be too much and I sold it all. Trying to fill that hole with Jesus now. He's less poseable. And his only action feature is forgiveness. But he didn't cost a thing. Except for a small donation. Every week.

$30 a fig?!? You need Jesus' forgiveness for being taken!!!! As for your previous comments, the problem you don't seem to fathom is a lot of these MCU figures AREN'T SELLING!!! Hasbro is giving in to the bitching, whining and complaining from the "actor's guild" (MCU lovers) and increased the amounts of movie figs per wave, thereby cutting down (and it looks like eventually OUT) the comic characters. They're hanging on the pegs so long, homeless people can sleep next to them for warmth! And for what? The casual person who doesn't know a damn thing about the character, but is in man love with Chris Evans?!? So many good characters have fallen by the wayside because of this.

I don't thing the movie figures will cut out the comic figures, I'm sure Hasbro knows the collector community is more interested in the comic versions, and those are the ones that sell, you can see with 2018 figures, there are a lot of comic figures, they are doing lots of classic looks, like Cable, Deadpool, Taskmaster, so I think we are in for the long run with comic figures

  3. I'm happy with the figures shown today, they gave us a closer look on every reveal so far, and a few more figures.

That Taskmaster looks incredible, as well as the Multiple Man.

Not that happy that Gladiator is part of the X-Men Wave, would have prefer a new figure.

    Reed Richards looks FANTASTIC!!

Seeing Cable and Deadpool makes me happy as we are getting them on their classic costumes.

The rest of the X-Men wave looks pretty cool, as the Iron Man, Black Bolt and Namor.

In short, 2018 is going to be awesome!

  4. I'm really happy with everything Hasbro revealed at HasCon, will be waiting for NYCC for more X-Men reveals, I hope they include a villain in the wave and Nightcrawler! Wolverine looks awesome, so does Psylocke. Was not expecting that version of Storm, but it's really cool, now we can have the Leadership duel against Cyclops on our displays.

For the BAF, I was hoping for another one instead of Sasquatch for the Deadpool wave, but it still looks great, maybe that mold could give us a new Jim Lee Beast in the future. Apocalypse looks really cool!! Can't wait to see the rest of the Avengers wave.

I have a monitor on my computer watching the page at HTS and I heard it go off this morning. I checked my phone and the page had an add to cart button, but it also said out of stock and insufficient inventory when I tried to add it. However, when I checked the monitor on my computer, it looks like I missed an alarm overnight where it flipped to "in stock" for a couple of hours. Was it actually available and was anyone able to order it?????

It looks like some people were able to get it, and hasbro is shipping them out since it was their mistake. On thefwoosh I think around 25-30 were able to place orders.

I'm usually up and check the website around that time, but figures the one day I sleep a bit longer something like this happens

Do you know at what time they should be going up on the 14th??

This whole event has really been lackluster across the board, hope something nice is revealed tomorrow.

I have a feeling they are waiting for the night or tomorrow to reveal a whole bunch of figures.

Hasbro is doing right by Marvel Legends, this has to be acknowledge

oh there not doubt about that but this is just me being impatient.

    hahahaha! we are all impatient.

is there going to be a live feed for tomorrow's panel??
