  1. Picked up an Ultimate Iron Man at Ross tonight...no other figures in sight...no Mandarin, although at least I got to see what it looks like on the back of the package.
  2. Picked up an "Imperius Rex" Namor from Target today. They also had a Steve Rogers, and a couple of Ultrons. No Wave 16 yet... I did pick up this GI Joe COBRA Figure...I may be late to the game for this line, but when did they start doing this? This Cobra Commander figure (one of my favorite characters) is badass!!!!
  3. Yeah, at $12 - $15, TRU may have gotten a sale. $20 is ridiculous, as well as TRU's price increase in the 2-packs and the single carded figures. Yet, the three packs they were able to keep at $20...the same price as the Avengers light stand figure (singular). Come on TRU, do better...they are going to make me dislike them more than Toywiz.com in a minute....
  4. Yep, so did I! Wasn't even planning on going to Target today, but I see why I always miss out on everything from Target because apparently today is when they stock their shelves! Also picked up a Carnage which I have never seen before... (Sorry for the pic, the only thing I have semi charged right now is my tablet and it takes crappy indoor pics) So I went to TRU and almost fell over....after 6 months of nothing in the Marvel Universe (except the Sentinel, which has sold out), they put out a wave 15 revision pack (which was already picked through), an Avengers, X-force, and blue Fantastic Four 3-packs, and the Avengers light-up bases. I'm thinking the closer we get to the holidays, the more stuff retailers are actually willing to put on the shelves!
  5. Just placed my order. It says for a limited time, most orders over $25 is free shipping. Best time to order your stuff from HTS!
  6. I just got my Wave 15 order from BBTS, and I paused when I looked at the Steve Rogers figure...is that picture of him on the packaging just the smuggest, cockiest, sonofabitch in the whole Marvel Universe? Who the hell drew him like that? I like it. That guy is all swagger, especially in Fear Itself #6. By the way, just gave mine an extra Cap shield I had lying around. It's badass. Great minds! I was just about to do that!
  7. I just got my Wave 15 order from BBTS, and I paused when I looked at the Steve Rogers figure...is that picture of him on the packaging just the smuggest, cockiest, sonofabitch in the whole Marvel Universe? Who the hell drew him like that?
  8. My Wave 15 is out for delivery now and I should have it tonight when I get home! Can't wait!
  9. Hasbro kills me with this breakdown. Me and a friend picked up wave 3 box, and I got the white FF from that, but the breakdown should have been: wave 3: Guardians of the Galaxy x2 Future Foundation (white FF) x2 Why more X-force? They are warming the shelves over in my Walmart right now.
  10. That's funny that everyone is picking up Green Goblin. I have been passing him up for almost 2 years, but after I started collecting seriously, I just picked him up last week. I have a little Spiderman/Scarlet Spider display where they are basically being attacked by the Spidey rogue gallery, and I didn't have the Green goblin. I did get the Target 2-pack they had last year, but I didn't want to open it because....you know....another freakin' Spiderman. So I'm glad I picked this one up to open and display.
  11. Hey, I love new figures as much as the next guy, but are we really in a hurry to get the next wave? When it comes, it will come...I know these things are like crack, but jumping on them so we can have them 2 weeks earlier may be a little much.... But I digress, my Guardians of the Galaxy open! Next is my Future Foundation!
  12. A friend and I preordered the box set off of BBTS. I got the GoG and FF, and he got another GoG and X-Force.
  13. Got my Guardians of the Galaxy and Future Foundation F4 box sets!
  14. It wasn't on my radar, but I have seen a lot of folks picking up the short-haired Ms. Marvel. Went into my local WalMart during lunch today to find that they just put out a revision pack. The good stuff had already been picked up, but I did manage to find a short-haired Ms. Marvel. While I wasn't necessarily looking to add this to my collection, I didn't have one so I picked her up. Also picked up a single carded Green Goblin (I originally only had the Target two-pack with him and Spider-Man). So question: Why are the Marvel Universe Green Goblin and Hobgoblin pretty good figures while the ones in the Spider-Man line looks like someone hopped up on Meth sculpted and painted them? Why didn't they just reuse these sculpts? Hasbro are a bunch of crazy bastards sometimes...
  15. Just came back from Walmart and they had just put out a revision pack. Two Thanos were on the pegs along with Two Cable figures, four Apocalypse and a Flame-on Human torch! Pretty rare for me to walk in on this Walmart and to see the pegs so full with good figures...Picked up the Human torch and Cable (w/o Hope). Still wouldn't mind a Cable w/Hope.
  16. Gladiator was one of the most underrated figures in that wave. Next to Cable, I actually wanted Gladiator...goes nice with my Cosmic Marvel section...along with upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy, Nova, Darkhawk, and Adam Warlock...with Galactus standing over them
  17. Two of the Targets I go to have a note saying not to ask workers to look in the back for stock...so we have to wait until someone gets off their lazy butts and puts some stock out...
  18. Just came back from Walmart, and they had the x-force, ff, and avengers three packs. Picked up the x-force one, can't wait for the guardians of the galaxy and future foundation packs...
