  1. That’s funny! I’m happy to have the figure. The Faceoff version doesn’t really fit in anymore.
  2. Awesome! I just ordered mine through the app. For some reason it wouldn’t let me ship to store. The website normally does.
  3. Thanks. I just ordered him! Whew! This was a rough day. I picked up the Mojo Set (I’m a huge Dazzler and Longshot fan), two Toei Spider-man (one for the Spidey collection and one to play with at work), and Bag-Man. I ended up passing on Firelord and WarMachine. I like that War Machine, but not enough at these prices.
  4. Did anyone get a Bag-Man or is the page still a placeholder?
  5. Probably the best discussion of the art “reference” is here I have personally never found his art to be that interesting, all of his faces and poses seem out of place for the situation they are in.
  6. I’m hopeful these will appear in store soon. I found three Binaries in store today.
  7. After some trying I got it in my cart but it was gone before I could checkout. I’m going to keep checking and hope it comes back in stock online. Otherwise, it’s going to be a hunt in the stores.
  8. What a weird live stream. I really like Ryan, but he was totally distracted today. Dwight was awesome as always. They showed a lot, but I think we already knew just about everything (just not what it looked like). No Toad reveal? That’s why I tuned in. I’ll probably get 2 of Quake for Shield, Speedball for New Warriors (although I think the head looks strange, US Agent, and I’m debating on that Madam Hydra. The old one was ugly, but the hair on this new one is just bizarre. If it’s at the $25 price point, I don’t think it’s hardly worth it. She either needed a second head or a hooded cloak. I might get the Controller on the secondary market. Not digging the Thor and Ironman designs and I have no idea who Blue Marvel is. I have the Toy Biz Rhino. I know it’s not as articulated as this new one, but it’s just not that different in my opinion. I’m going to have to think about it. ill pick up Future Foundation Spidey - I collect all of the Spidey variants. Pass on animated stuff and Disney + stuff. Was hoping for talk about army builders and restocks of army builders.
  9. Probably just Siryn, Havok and Bonebrraker on the secondary market for me. I have never liked how Professor X was portrayed in the Deadly Genesis miniseries, so Vulcan and Darwin are out. I gave up on X-Men comics before that version of Wolverine appeared, so I have no connection. I would have bought that Sabertooth, but the head is just too offputting. At the current cost of these figures, I’ll stick with the Toybiz ML of him. I don’t love or hate Maggot. I enjoyed Madeireira’s X- Men (and I can’t remember if Maggot was around for Joe Kelly and Steve Seagle’s fun work on X-Men), but neither is enough to make me want the character on my shelf. Siryn has been needed for a while. I’ve always thought Havok was an under appreciated character and this outfit really needed up update from the Toy Biz version. Bonebreaker because...we’ll, the Reavers are an awesome villain team as we need more X-Men villains.
  10. A nice job once again by Hot Toys, but an easy pass due to a really boring character design in my opinion. What we need is an Hot Toy announcement for a Kate Bishop figure from the Disney+ Hawkeye series.
  11. Perhaps we will finally get a Team X Wolverine. I’d totally be on board for that. Albert is another Wolverine variant we could use, especially if he came with ElseDee. There isn’t a Marvel Legends of Wolverine in the Fang uniform either (even though I’m not a huge fan). I’m hoping for a first appearance Havok. The Walmart Exclusive Toy Biz Marvel Legends version really isn’t cutting it. Also, why hasn’t Hasbro done A convention boxed set of Uncanny X-Men 275 (the training uniforms). Psylocke, Storm, Wolverine, Gambit, Banshee, and Jubilee. (We already have Forge)
  12. Those are some fantastic looking figures. I really wish they had put a realistic head on Captain Carter, instead of the animated version. I’m wondering if the animated look was mandated for all What If products.
  13. After thinking about it, I just put in an order. I’ll kick myself if I miss out on Wyngarde and Callisto. Not feeling great about the others, to be honest. The $20 price point was about my limit. I’m starting to rethink my X-Men, Spider-Man, and villains purchasing. As for boxed sets, I’ve always said I would love a (in this order) Marauders set, Starjammers set, Mutant Liberation Front set, and Acolyte set. And why has Hasbro not made a Team X set? Even with all of the new tooling it would take, that seems like a solid seller.
  14. Callisto, Jason Wyngarde, and Cyber for me. I never expected we would get any of these, to be honest. I’ll pass on Wolverine and Omega Red, especially if these are at the new price point. Hopefully they are at the lower retro price point. Someone mentioned a rerelease of Multiple Man. I’d like to see him in his green uniform without the jacket and made a Pulse Army Builder. He’s a great candidate for an army builder.
  15. Yesterday my Deathstrike, Dormammu, and AIM Scientist were all cancelled.
  16. I never thought we would get a Chef action figure. 😀 Now I need a Dave Filoni action figure so him and this figure of Jon can stand on the shelf beside my Black Series Mandalorian.
  17. I’m pretty excited about adding to the Winter Guard ranks. Red Guardian, one of the two Crimson Dynamos, plus Dark Star and Ursa Major, will make a nice team. Plus that Ursa Major is one new head away from getting us Spider-Man fans a Grizzly figure! edit - Also meant to say that I’m excited they are making my second favorite Domino uniform (the first being from Ian Christiansen’s work on the Cable solo series)
  18. Thanks for the info. I’ve been reading up on her today. Somehow this character just completely blew past me. Obviously I’ve not read Spider-Man regularly in many years, but I thought I Had kept up with the big news over the years. Makes me wonder what other things I’ve missed.
  19. Peter Parker has a sister? I guess you learn something new every day.
  20. This sounds a little bit like Robert Kirkman’s Marvel Team-up. That was an excellent book that died way before it should have.
  21. I’m a big Cable fan, so I preordered this a while back. This will be my first Revoltech figure. i can’t easily tell from the packaging pictures - is the clear stand included?
  22. I ordered Jean (much needed for Classic Xmen team to replace that terrible original Hasbro version) and Moria (even though I really wanted her classic jumpsuit, at least the lab coat helps). I didn’t get anyone else. I don’t collect designs past the Jim Lee era anymore. Not sure on M.O.D.O.K. yet. I like the Toy Biz version. While I was at it I had forgotten to order Phage, J Jonna Jameson, two more Moonstars, and an extra hand ninja. Uhg, had to order from multiple sites to get what I needed - BBTS (love buying from them), Entertainment Earth (their shipping rates are crazy), and even Megalopolis (who is probably the worst retailer ever).
  23. This is great. Will look good putting the hurt on my Marvel Legends figures! If this does well, maybe we can get get a DS gear-shoulders Crimson Dynamo.
