  1. X-Force set came today. Awesome. Well done, Hasbro. Open picks to follow.
  2. I want more news about Stryfe. More than "oh you've been waiting for news after that teaser a year ago" Sorry. Better luck next year.
  3. Jean Grey, Sentry, Mystique, Moonstar, and Protector all look beautiful. However, if there is no BAF, I really don't see myself buying the rest. Blade, Punisher, Hyperion, Doom repaint, Iron Fist all look good but I don't really want them. However, if I needed them to build a Stryfe...I would buy all of them without hesitation. Heck even the Iron Man looks great, but I would never buy if he had no BAF.
  4. Pre-ordered from cmdstore and BBTS. Let's see which arrives first!
  5. I don't know why BBTS is so slow, but I've preorder multiple items with them including Marvel Legends and they have always the last online store to ship. I think I've only kept one prodder with them. I normally cancel it and order from another vendor online.
  6. oh i have all the villains from toybiz and i mean all of them. what drives me mad a little is that x-men and the marvel universe gets great character selections. specialy characters i havent even heard of. spiderman just gets spiderman, green goblin and venom and thats it :-( i wish that in every wave there is something from every corner. i would kill if hasbro makes something like tombstone, hammerhead, alyster smith or chameleon for crying out loud. not every time but once in a while. its what 4-5 years now and not one great villain made it out. tarantulla doesnt count, he is a dwarf, lol. what parts do you need? I agree. There is a lot of untapped potential in the Spider-Man universe.
  7. I desire X-Men characters more so than Spider-Man villains. Plus, I think Toy Biz did an excellent job covering Spider-Man villains(see pic), and I don't even have all of them. As long as Hasbro continues to do BAFs and putting one X-Men related character in each wave, they'll have me in their thrall. I have a problem with not finishing a BAF. My Fin Fang Foom is 3/4 done, and it's driving me mad.
  8. Any X-Men character is acceptable to me. I hope Stryfe is the BAF. This figure is better than the one more Iron Man figure I have to purchase. Please no more Iron Man figures.
  9. Should I crack and buy the preorder X-Force set on eBay? I'll never make it to SDCC this year.
  10. Do we think this will be available to the general public in the future???!!!! Also, this means I have to buy that d@mned X-Force Warpath. Oh well...
  11. Base paint and some grey highlights and bam: Dark Beast. Any suggestions on how to improve?
  12. INMHO, the 2-pack face off hulk(closed mouth) is a by far the best sculpt and paint job. The marvel select hulk is awesome too but its a bit massive. Next would be the Valkyrie 2-pack hulk then the Series 1 ML Hulk. Go to marvelousnews database or to marvellegends.net and click on his SHIELD database then his Hulk to see all the varieties.
  13. New Figs: Thunderball, Skaar, and Madame Masque along with my "custom" X-men Namor aka I just glued a "X" onto his belt.
  14. I just read all the Pak/Olivetti Skaar stories and I went on eBay and bought the Fin Fang Foom Skaar Son of Hulk. It's a pretty good figure. Worst of all, I'm now inspired to finish my Fin Fang Foom BAF, which will give me all the BAFs to date (Sandman doesn't count)!
  15. Both Stryfe and Cable were originally huge characters. It would fit to make Stryfe BAF size. The Messiah War Stryfe was bigger than the rest of the characters. There is no official word, but it's not crazy to image Stryfe as a BAF.
  16. Today's haul...unfortunately I cannot build Arnim Zola, because I received Madame Hydra. But I will have her soon! Sentinel is amaze-balls. This wave is really great. Got them from brianstoys.com Sentinel from BBTS.com
  17. Thanks for the tip. I cancelled by BBTS order and ordered from briantoys.com
